IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
1. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is
left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
2. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the
appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
3. Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way
and if they understand the hazards involved.
4. Children shall not play with the appliance.
5. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
6. Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply
before changing accessories or approaching parts that
move in use.
7. There is a potential risk of injuries from misuse.
8. Regarding the instructions for cleaning the surfaces which

12. When carrying the unit be sure to hold the motor housing
with both hands. Do not carry the unit by holding only the
hopper plate or head.
13. Do not fix the cutting blade and cutting plate when using
kibbe attachment.
14. Never feed food by hand. Always use food pusher.
15. Do not grind hard food such as bones, nuts, etc.

16. Do not grind ginger and other materials with hard fiber.
17. Continuous running of meat grinder should be not more
than 3 min. Before it’s used again, it must cool down
enough, about 1 min.
18. Reverse function is prohibited while the appliance is
operating (for example switch “ON” knob to “R” knob or
on the contrary), wait at least one minute until grinder has
come to a complete stop, otherwise it may cause an
abnormal noise, vibration or a transitory electric spark in
the appliance. It could result easily damage to appliance
and make a user frightened.
19. After use, there will be a little food left in the grinder head.
This is normal. There might be a bit of black metal powder
adhering to the food ground in the end. Please pick them
out and throw away, do not eat them.
20. To avoid jamming, do not force to operate the unit with
excessive pressure.
21. Never try to replace the parts and repair the unit by
yourself.
22. When the appliance is not in use and before cleaning,
unplug the appliance from the outlet.
23. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not
immerse the unit, cord or plug in water or other liquid.
24. Never leave the appliance unattended during use.
25. The blade is sharp, always pay close attention during use.

FOR THE FIRST TIME
1. Check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to the mains voltage in your home.
2. Wash all parts (except body) in warm soapy water.
3. Before plugging in, ensure the “ON/OFF/ Reverse” switch is turned to "OFF" position.
FOR USE
ASSEMBLING
1. Place the feed screw into the head, long end first, by turning the feed screw slightly until it is set into the
motor housing (fig.1).
2. Place the cutting blade onto the feed screw shaft with the blade facing the front as illustrated (fig.2). If it is
not fitted properly, meat will not be ground.
3. Place the desired cutting plate next to the cutting blade, fitting protrusions in the slots (fig.3).
4. Support or press the centre of the cutting plate with one finger then screw the fixing ring until tight with
another hand (fig.4). Do not over tighten.
5. Holding the head and insert it in the inlet with one hand, tighten it by turn the LOCKING KNOB clockwise
to secure the head (fig.5, 6).
6. Place the food chute on the head and fix into position.
7. Locate the unit on a firm place.
8. The air passage at the bottom and the side of the motor housing should be kept free and not blocked.

MINCING MEAT
1. Cut all foods into pieces (Sinewless, boneless and fatless meat is recommended, approximate size: 20 mm
x 20 mm x 60 mm) so that they fit easily into the hopper opening.
2. Before plug in, make sure the cutting blade was fixed securely with head and motor housing.
3. Plug in and turn the “R / ON” switch to "ON" position, then turn the “ON/OFF/ Reverse” switch to "ON"
position.
4. Feed foods into the hopper plate. Use only the food pusher (fig.8).
5. After use, switch the unit off and unplug it from the power supply.
REVERSE FUNCTION
1. In case of jamming, switch the appliance off by turning the “R / ON” switch to "R" position and “ON/OFF/
Reverse” switch to "R" position.
2. The feed screw will be rotating in the opposite direction, and the head will get empty.
3. If it doesn't work, switch the unit off, unplug and clean it.
MAKING KIBBE
RECIPE
Stuffing
Mutton 100g
Olive oil 1/tablespoons
Onion (cut finely) 1/tablespoons
Spices to your taste
Salt to your taste
Flour 1/tablespoons
1. Mince mutton once or twice.
2. Fry onion until brown and add minced mutton, all spice, salt and flour.
Outlet cover
Lean meat 450g
Flour 150-200g
Spices to your taste
Nutmeg (cut finely) 1
Powdered red pepper to your taste
Pepper to your taste

1. Mince meat three times and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. More meat and less flour for outlet
cover creates better consistency and taste.
2. Grind the mixture three times.
3. Disassemble by reversing the steps from fig 5-fig 3 to remove the cutting plate and cutting blade.
4. Place kibbe attachments A and B onto the feed screw shaft together, fitting protrusions in the slots (fig.9).
5. Screw fixing ring into place until tight. Do not over tighten (fig.10).
6. Make the cylindrical outlet cover (fig.11).
7. Form kibbe as illustrated below and deep fry.
MAKING SAUSAGE
Using below attachments and steps for making sausage. (fig.12)
1. First, mince the meat for 2-3 times. Then, mix all ingredients, like oil, salt, pepper, hard liquor, etc.,
according to your favor.
2. Let the casing for filling macerate in warm water for about 10 minutes.
3. Put the casing on the outlet opening of the appliance. Let 5 cm free on the end of the casing and tie it up
or skewer it.
4. Feed the meat into the hopper plate to make the sausage.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
DISASSEMBLING
1. Make sure that the motor has stopped completely.
2. Turn the switch off and disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
3. Disassemble by reversing the steps from (fig.6) pictures.
4. If the fixing ring is not easily removed by hands, please use tools (fig.13).
5. To remove the cutting plate easily, place a screwdriver between the cutting plate and the head as
illustrated and lift it up (fig.14).

CLEANING
1. Remove meat, etc. Wash each part in warm soapy water.
2. Do not immerse the motor housing in water, but only wipe it with a damp cloth and then dry it thoroughly.
3. Wipe all the cutting parts by vegetable oil -wet cloth.
4. Never use the bleaching solution containing chlorine or thinners or petrol for cleaning.
5. Never use dishwasher to clean any part of this appliance.

VOR DER ERSTEN INBETRIEBNAHME
1. Ü berprüfen Sie, ob die Netzspannung in Ihrem Haushalt mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild des Geräts
übereinstimmt.
2. Reinigen Sie alle Teile (ausgenommen die Gerätebasis) in warmer Seifenlauge.
3. Bevor Sie den Netzstecker einstecken, schalten Sie den ON/OFF
(EIN/AUS)-Schalter in die Stellung
„OFF“ (Aus).
BEDIENUNGSANWEISUNGEN
ZUSAMMENBAUEN
1. Stecken Sie die Förderschnecke mit dem langen Enden voran in das Schneckengehäuse, indem Sie die
Förderschnecke etwas drehen, bis sie in dem Schneckengehäuse (Abb.1) sitzt.
2. Setzen Sie wie dargestellt das
Schneidmesser mit den Schneidflächen nach vorne auf die Achse der
Förderschnecke . Wenn sie nicht korrekt montiert wurden, wird Fleisch nicht zerkleinert (Abb. 2).
3. Setzen Sie die gewählte Lochscheibe so auf das Schneidmesser, dass der Vorsprung in der Kerbe einrastet
(Abb. 3).
4. Drücken Sie mit einem Finger auf die Lochscheibe und drehen den Verschlussring, bis er fest sitzt (Abb. 4).
Nicht zu fest anziehen.

5. Halten Sie das Schneckengehäuse mit einer Hand und stecken Sie es in die Einlassöffnung. Drehen Sie das
Schneckengehäuse bis zum Einrasten im Uhrzeigersinn. (Abb. 5, 6).
6. Stecken Sie die Einfüllschale auf das Schneckengehäuseund befestigen sie.
7. Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine stabile Fläche.
8. Die Belüftungsöffnungen unten und auf der Seite des Motorgehäuses müssen stets frei bleiben und dürfen
nicht abgedeckt werden.
FUNKTION ALS FLEISCHWOLF
1. Schneiden Sie das Fleisch (ohne Sehnen, Knochen und Fett) in Streifen (20 mm x 20mm x 60 mm), so dass
diese ohne Probleme in die Einfüllöffnung passen.
2. Achten Sie vor dem Einstecken des Netzsteckers darauf, dass das Schneidmesser gut am Schneckengehäuse
und beide gut am Motorgehäuse befestigt sind.
3. Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Steckdose und drehen den Rücklaufschalter in die Stellung "ON".
Anschließend stellen Sie den ON/OFF (Ein/Aus)-Schalter in die Stellung “ON".
4. Geben Sie das Fleisch in die Einfüllschale. Benutzen Sie nur den Stopfer, um das Fleisch in das Schneidwerk zu
drücken (Abb. 8).
5. Nach dem Gebrauch schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen den Netzstecker.
RÜ CKLAUFFUNKTION
1. Im Falle einer Blockade des Antriebs schalten Sie das Gerät durch Drehen des Rücklaufschalters in die
Stellung „R“ und des ON/OFF (Ein/Aus)-Schalter in die Stellung „R“.
2. Die Förderschnecke dreht sich in der umgekehrten Richtung und das Schneckengehäuse wird ausgeleert.
3. Vor der Aufbewahrung schalten Sie das Gerät aus, ziehen den Netzstecker und reinigen das Gerät.
HERSTELLUNG VON KIBBEH
REZEPT
Mischung
Hammelfleisch 100g
Olivenöl 1 Esslöffel
Zwiebeln (fein geschnitten) 1Esslöffel
Gewürze nach Geschmack
Salz nachGeschmack
Mehl 1 Esslöffel
1. Das Hammelfleisch ein oder zweimal durch den Wolf drehen.
2. Braten Sie die Zwiebeln, bis sie braun sind und geben das zerkleinerte Hammelfleisch, die gesamten
Gewürze, Salz und das Mehl hinzu.

Röllchen
Mageres Fleisch 450g
Mehl 150-200g
Gewürze nach Geschmack
Muskatnuss (fein geschnitten) 1
Rote Paprika als Pulver nach Geschmack
Pfeffer nach Geschmack
1. Das Fleisch drei Mal durch den Wolf drehen und alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel vermengen. Mehr Fleisch
und weniger Mehl für die Röllchen sorgen für eine bessere Konsistenz und einen besseren Geschmack.
2. Drehen Sie die Mischung drei Mal durch den Wolf.
3. Entfernen Sie die Lochscheibe und Schneidmesser vom Schneckengehäuse.
4. Stecken Sie den Kibbeh-Füller A und B so auf die Achse der Förderschnecke zusammen,dass der
Vorsprung in der Kerbe einrastet (Abb. 8).
5. Drehen den Verschlussring, bis er fest sitzt. Nicht zu fest anziehen (Abb. 9).
6. Formen Sie hohle Röllchen (Abb. 10).
7. Kibbeh wie unten dargestellt herstellen und frittieren.
