POWERPOD
WIRELESS CHARGING PAD USER GUIDE
Declutter and simplify everyday
charging with the sleek Encased
Wireless PowerPod. Place any
wireless charging compatible device
on the PowerPod and enjoy rapid
wireless charging without fussing
with wires or plugs.
SETUP
Connect the supplied power cord to PowerPod.
Connect power cable to a power source, the PowerPod’s
Glow-Ring indicator will briey ash from green to blue
to red.
To achieve optimal charging speeds, use a QC 2.0 or
greater power source or an adapter with a minimum
output of 9V.
Place your wireless charging compatible device on the
PowerPod. Make sure the center of your device is aligned
over the center of the PowerPod. Charging will begin
automatically.
GLOW-RING INDICATOR
Brief Flash Green > Blue > Red: Power on
Brief Solid Blue: Standard Charging initiated
Brief Solid Blue > Green: Fast charge initiated
Continues Flashing Blue + Green: Foreign object
detected (See troubleshooting 1)
Solid Red: Charging disabled (See troubleshooting 2)
Brief Solid Blue + Red: Attempting to charge while
charging is disabled (See troubleshooting 2)
Flashing Blue + Green + Solid Red: Foreign object
detected while charging is disabled (See troubleshooting 2)
TROUBLESHOOTING
1. Foreign object detection identies when metallic
material exists between the PowerPod and the
device that is attempting to charge. When metallic
material is detected, wireless charging is paused
to prevent possible damage to your device or the
PowerPod. To remedy the issue, remove the metallic
material.
2. When a foreign metallic object is detected for an
extended period of time the PowerPod automatically
disables wireless charging. To re-enable; power cycle
PowerPod by disconnecting and reconnecting power
cord.
SAFETY INFORMATION
Do not expose to excessive heat, water or moisture.
Do not drop or disassemble.
When cleaning, use a soft cloth, if necessary dampened
with a minimum amount of water or diluted mild soap.
Do not use any cleaning agents containing alcohol,
ammonia, benzene, or abrasives.
Operate or store in a place where temperature is between
-15ºC (5ºF) and 55ºC (131ºF) (up to 90% relative humidity.
Charging speed may vary depending on temperature
conditions.
WARRANTY
Your new PowerPod is covered by a Limited
Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Warranty Details: for a period of one (1) year from the
date of retail purchase, Encased warrants that this product
is free of any defects in manufacturing, materials and
workmanship. During the warranty period, we shall, at
our sole discretion, repair or replace any defective parts
within a reasonable period of time and free of charge.
Return shipping charges are excluded from warranty
coverage.
