NEW DURABrite™Ultra Ink
Through constant ink technology research and development, Epson has
introduced the DURABrite Ultra ink. With better than ever quality on glossy
paper, an increased range of supported media and DURABrite’s highly
acclaimed plain paper performance, it’s the ideal ink for virtually all print
applications.
A new chemical formulation provides this ink with greater resistance
to the damaging effects of light, gas, handling and even moisture.
In fact, Epson DURABrite Ultra ink has a lightfastness rating of up to
120 years*. DURABrite Ultra ink makes even more sense for business
printing because it won’t smudge, fade or run – even if you spill water
on your document.

Individual Intellidge™Ink Cartridges
With individual Epson Intellidge ink cartridges, the Epson STYLUS CX3700
is ideal for users looking for a high quality multi-function printer with
exceptionally high levels of ink utilisation. Each Intellidge ink cartridge
contains sophisticated circuitry that maintains an accurate record of how
much ink has been used and the amount remaining. To avoid running out
of ink half-way through a print, the Epson STYLUS CX3700 printer driver
checks on the amount of ink in each cartridge and then displays a warning
if one or more cartridges are running low. It’s a case of replacing only the
cartridge that’s empty or running low.
Since each Intellidge ink cartridge tracks its own ink levels and maintains
that information even when unplugged from the unit, it’s the best possible
system for using full cartridges for continuous large print jobs whilst partly
used cartridges can be used for other smaller jobs - maximum ink usage,
maximum benefits.
True BorderFree™#Printing
Beautiful, vibrant and borderless prints. By taking
advantage of Epson’s edge-to-edge BorderFree print
technologies used in high-end printers, Epson has
designed the Epson STYLUS CX3700 to generate
graphic and photo prints that are borderless on A4
and 4" x 6" size paper#.
Using a variety of Genuine Epson papers, such as
Premium Glossy Photo Paper and the Epson STYLUS
CX3700’s bundled Epson PhotoQuicker software,
BorderFree printing is surprisingly easy.

simple drag-and-drop batch-file projects, such as Easy Photo
Print and Attach to E-mail.

including fluorescent light indoor display. Temperature, humidity and some atmospheric gases may
also affect the rate of fading. The estimated lightfastness period does not indicate the colour changing
or the durability of the paper itself. Epson recommends that your prints be stored in a photo album (or
plastic photo storage box) in acid free, archival sleeves commonly available from most camera shops.
