FEATURES
• 100 disc capacity
• USB or Ethernet connectivity
• AcuGrip technology minimizes
two-disc feeding
• Highest quality printing in its class
• Six high-capacity ink cartridges,
each with low ink sensor
• Prints up to 60 discs/hour
• Compact rugged construction for
top reliability
Whether you need to burn and print a
few discs or up to 100, Epson’s easy-to-use
Discproducer is the solution. It’s ideal for
a wide range of business applications from
service bureaus, schools and photographers
to government, medical and general business.
Built to perform
With its rugged, compact design, dust-proof
case and minimum number of moving parts,
Discproducer delivers high performance, fast
throughput and top reliability. Its robotic
arm with AcuGrip™technology eliminates
two-disc feeding which can damage discs
and interrupt unsupervised production
runs. In addition, everything can be quickly
accessed from the front of the machine for
easy operation and maintenance.
Best-in-class printing
Discproducer features a built-in inkjet
printer with Epson’s patented MicroPiezo®
technology. Using six colors it delivers the
highest print quality in its class with clear,
crisp text and vibrant graphics. And with
just one set of high-capacity ink cartridges,
you can print over 1,000 discs.*
Software simple as 1, 2, 3
Discproducer’s easy-to-use Total Disc Maker
Software includes disc selection, label design
and publishing functions. Simply select data,
design the label, configure the run, click
“Publish” and you are done. In addition,
Total Disc Bridge Software tools are available
for developers and integrators.
Network model makes shared access easy
The Network model supports shared access
with Ethernet connectivity. It includes an
LCD display, embedded processor, a hard
drive to store publishing jobs and a door
lock to restrict access.
Network Security model protects
data and costs
The Network Security model helps protect
confidential information. With PIN mode,
authorized users are required to enter an ID
and password before removing published
discs. And with Security mode, approval is
required for each authorized user’s job before
it is released for publishing, to protect data
and help control costs.
Count on Epson quality and reliability
Built with Epson’s advanced robotics and
printing technologies, Discproducer has all
the features you need to publish vibrant,
discs every time. Best of all, it is backed by
Epson’s worldwide reputation for quality,
reliability and industry-leading service.
Epson Discproducer
The right choice for professional CD/DVD
publishing.
Discproducer is also available in
Network and Network Security models
*Cartridge yields vary considerably based on images printed, print settings, media type, frequency of use
and temperature. For print quality, a variable amount of ink remains in the cartridge after the “replace
cartridge” indicator comes on. Discproducer ships with full cartridges and part of the ink from the first
cartridges is used for priming the printer. See discproducer.epson.com for more information about cartridges.
**The printer’s ink pad is estimated to become saturated and need replacing after about 30,000 discs. Based
on printing 2000 discs per month, bi-directional. Actual results will vary based on such factors as images
printed, print settings, media type, frequency of use and temperature.
