1. Zweckbestimmung und Wirkung
Die Behandlung mit dem System Perlux ist eine elektromagneti-
sche Bestrahlung, welche auf die Haut in Form von Licht mit einer
konstanten Frequenz punktuell oder flächig appliziert wird.
Aufgrund des sehr geringen Stromes, findet nur eine geringe Ener-
gieübertragung statt.
Die Wirkung beruht auf der Resonanz des applizierten Lichtes mit
einer konstanten Frequenz.
Dabei werden die empfindlichen Oberflächensensoren der Haut
und deren Wechselwirkung und Kommunikation mit den Steue-
rungsorganen des Körpers angeregt.
Die Familie der Perlux Farbpunkturgeräte wird in folgenden medi-
zinischen Bereichen eingesetzt:
Sportverletzungen (Prellungen, Zerrungen, Verspannungen), Kno-
chen- und Gelenkbeschwerden, Muskelreizungen, Nerven-
schmerzen, Schmerzen im Bewegungsapparat, auch nach
Traumata und bei chronisch, degenerativen Erkrankungen
Mit dem Perlux Farbtherapiesystem können Flächen- und Aku-
punkturanwendungen durchgeführt werden.
2. Inbetriebnahme:
Der Perlux IR-950 ist nach dem Einlegen von 2 x 1,5 Volt Mignon
Batterien betriebsbereit. Öffnen Sie durch Drehen den Deckel am
flachen Ende des Stiftes und legen Sie die Batterien mit dem Plus-
pol nach innen ein.
Bitte verwenden Sie keine anderen Batterien, die nicht dieser
Typenbezeichnung entsprechen.
Aufladbare Batterien dürfen nicht zum Einsatz kommen.
Die Betriebsdauer mit einem Satz neuer Batterien beträgt ca.
8 bis 10 Wochen.

3. Bedienung des Perlux IR-950:
Um das Gerät zu aktivieren drücken Sie 1 mal leicht den schwar-
zen Knopf am Kopfteil des Gerätes.
• Die rote Leuchtanzeige zeigt an, dass das Gerät betriebsbereit
ist.
• Die Diode an der Spitze des Gerätes leuchtet nicht, da das
Infrarotlicht bei dieser Frequenz unsichtbar ist.
• Zum Ausschalten drücken Sie ebenfalls 1 mal den schwarzen
Knopf. Die Leuchtanzeige darf nicht mehr leuchten.
• Üben Sie keinen Druck auf die Diode aus.
Punktsuchstift:
• Das breite Ende des Stiftes dient zur Stimulation und Massage.
• das spitze Ende des Stiftes dient zur Lokalisation von Punkten
für die Behandlung.
Das Applizieren des Lichts auf bestimmte Anwendungspunkte
und -zonen der Haut sowie die Dauer der Bestrahlung wird vom
Therapeuten gemäß des therapeutischen Konzepts festgelegt.

4. Pflege:
Zur Reinigung der Oberfläche des Gerätes, sowie der Diode an der
Spitze können Sie alle milden Reinigungs- und Desinfektionsmit-
tel verwenden. Benutzen Sie dazu nur ein angefeuchtetes Tuch.
Achtung: Es darf keine Flüssigkeit in das Innere des Perlux IR-950
gelangen. Versuchen Sie niemals das Gerät zu sterilisieren!
Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall organische Lösungsmittel oder
scharfe Haushaltsreiniger um das Gerät zu reinigen.Bei längerem
Nichtgebrauch (länger als 5 Tage), entnehmen Sie bitte die Batte-
rien, sonst droht Beschädigung des Gerätes (Auslaufgefahr).
5. Kontraindikationen, Vorsichtsmaßnahmen und Nebenwirkungen:
Es sind uns keine Nebenwirkungen bekannt.
Wichtig: Strahlen Sie mit dem Gerät Perlux IR-950 niemals in das
offene oder geschlossene Auge!
Das Gerät wurde ausschließlich für Therapeuten entwickelt und
darf nur vom geschulten Fachpersonal verwendet werden. Diese
Infrarot-Therapie basiert auf den Somatotopien, Zonen und Punk-
ten, die Herr Peter Mandel in langjähriger Arbeit in seiner Praxis
entwickelt hat. Die Wirkung auf Zonen und Punkte, die evtl. an-
deren Infrarot-Therapien entnommen sind, sind nicht überprüft.
Wir empfehlen daher ausdrücklich auf den Einsatz nicht über-
prüfter Anwendungen zu verzichten und übernehmen keine Ga-
rantie hinsichtlich der Wirkung am Patienten.
6. Kontrolle, Wartung und Reparatur
Der Perlux IR-950 bedarf keiner regelmäßigen Wartung. Bei Unklar-
heiten oder Reklamationen hinsichtlich der Funktion wenden Sie sich
direkt an den Hersteller, esogetics GmbH in Bruchsal. Reparaturen
oder sonstige Veränderungen am Gerät sind ausschließlich vom Her-
steller oder von einer von diesem autorisierten Person auszuführen.
Für unsachgemäße Veränderungen und Handhabungen, die nicht
dem beschriebenen Verwendungszweck entsprechen, kann keine
Haftung übernommen werden. Die Garantiezeit für Ihr Gerät beträgt
1 Jahr ab Kaufdatum. Sollte Ihr Gerät trotz sachgemäßer Anwendung
einmal nicht funktionieren, wenden Sie sich bitte direkt an den Her-
steller. Er wird dafür sorgen, dass Ihr defektes Gerät umgehend in
Stand gesetzt wird oder Ihnen einen gleichwertigen Ersatz anbieten.

1. Purpose and Effect:
The treatment with the Perlux system is an electromagnetic irra-
diation which is applied on points or small areas on the skin in a
kind of light with constant frequence.
As very low voltages are used, an infinitesimal energy transfer
takes place. The effect is based on the resonance of the applied
light with a constant frequence.
In doing so, the sensitive sensors of the surface of the skin and
their interdependency and communication with the command or-
gans of the body are stimulated.
The Perlux colorpunctur devices are used in the following medi-
cal fields:
Sporting injuries (contusions, strains, hardenings), complaints of
bones and joints, irritations of muscles, nervous pains, pains in
the musculoskeletal system, as well as consequences of traumas
and chronical degenerative diseases.
Treantments on the surface of the skin are possible as well as
treatments in a kind of acupuncture are possible with the Perlux
color therapy system.
2. Startup:
The Perlux IR-950 is ready for use, following the insertion of 2 x
1.5 volt Mignon batteries. Open by turning the cap on the flat end
of the pen, and insert the batteries with positive polarity pointing
inward.
Please to not use any batteries not of this type designation.
Chargeable batteries may not be used.
The period of service with a new set of batteries is circa 8-10
weeks.

3. Operating the Perlux IR-950:
In order to activate the device, press the black button on the head
piece of the device once.
•The red indicator lamps show that the device is ready for oper-
ation.
•The diode at the point of the device does not illuminate, since
infrared light is not visible at this frequency.
•To switch off, you also press the black button once.
The indicator lamps should no longer be illuminated.
•Do not exert pressure on the diode.
Point locator:
•The wide end of the pen can be used for stimulation and mas-
sage.
•The pointed end of the pen serves the purpose of localizing
points for treatment.
The application of the light on certain points and zones upon the
skin as well as the duration of the irradiation is always determined
by the therapist according to the therapeutical concept.

4. Cleaning:
To clean the surface of the device, as well as the diode at the
point, you may use all mild cleaning agents and disinfectants. For
this purpose, only use a dampened cloth.
Attention: Liquids must not be allowed to enter the interior of the
Perlux IR-950. Never attempt to sterilize the device!
Organic solvents and strong household cleaning agents must
never be used to clean the device. In the case of longer periods of
non-use (longer than 5 days), please remove the batteries, other-
wise the device may be damaged (battery leakage).
5. Contraindications, Precautions and Side Effects:
No side effects are known to us.
Important: Never beam into open or closed eyes with the device
Perlux IR-950!
The device has been exclusively designed for therapists and may
only be used by trained personnel.
This infrared therapy is based upon the somatotopies, zones and
points, which have been developed over the many years that Mr.
Peter Mandel has worked in his practice. The effects on zones and
points, which may have been derived from other infrared thera-
pies, have not been checked.
For this reason, we explicitly recommend not using unchecked ap-
plications, and we assume no liability for the effects on patients.
6. Inspection, Maintenance and Repairs
The Perlux IR-950 does not require regular maintenance. In case of
uncertainties or complaints about the functionality, please contact
the manufacturer directly: esogetics GmbH in Bruchsal, Germany.
Only the manufacturer or persons appointed by the manufacturer are
authorized to repair or to make other changes to the instrument. We
assume no liability for inappropriate changes and handling that does
not conform to the described purpose of use. The warranty period for
the instrument is one year from the purchase date. Please contact the
manufacturer directly, if your instrument does not work properly al-
though you have handled it correctly. The manufacturer will immedi-
ately repair the device or replace the defective one with an equivalent
device.
