• Retirez l’appareil ainsi que ses accessoires de l’emballage en prenant soin de

chaude savonneuse. Séchez avec un chiffon doux et sec. Veillez à ne pas
faire pénétrer d’eau à l’intérieur de l’appareil.
• Lavez les spatules et la louche avec une éponge douce et de l’eau chaude
additionnée de produit vaisselle. Rincez à l’eau claire et séchez soigneusement
à l’aide d’un chiffon doux.
• Lors de la première utilisation, il est possible qu’une légère odeur et un peu de
fumée se dégagent. Ceci est normal et se résorbera rapidement.
• Afin de limiter ce phénomène, faites chauffer votre appareil pendant une
dizaine de minutes sans nourriture (aérez la pièce durant cette période), puis
laissez-le refroidir complètement.

Mise en route / Préchauffage
ATTENTION : la température des surfaces

Ne touchez jamais la plaque chauffante lors de
l'utilisation, vous risqueriez de vous brûler.
1. Placez votre appareil sur une surface plane, stable et résistante à la chaleur.
2. Déroulez entièrement le cordon d’alimentation. Branchez une extrémité sur la
fiche de branchement de l’appareil et l’autre extrémité sur une prise secteur
facilement accessible.
3. Placez l’interrupteur marche/arrêt sur la position « I » (marche) pour allumer
l’appareil. Le témoin lumineux de fonctionnement s’allume.
4. Faites préchauffer l’appareil environ 10 minutes. Attendez que la plaque soit
chaude avant d’y placer des aliments. Vous pouvez si nécessaire huiler la
plaque.
5. En fin d’utilisation, placez l’interrupteur marche/arrêt sur la position « 0 »
(arrêt) puis, débranchez l’appareil de la prise de courant.
6. Attendez le refroidissement complet de l’appareil avant de le nettoyer.

Utilisation de la plaque
• Utilisez la louche fournie pour répartir la pâte à crêpes dans les 6 cercles
dessinés sur la plaque.
• Utilisez une spatule en bois ou tout autre ustensile plastique résistant à la
chaleur pour retourner les crêpes. N'utilisez pas d'ustensile métallique.
Vous risqueriez d'endommager le revêtement antiadhésif de l'appareil.
• La plaque peut aussi être utilisée pour faire des oeufs au plat, des pancakes,
cuire de petits morceaux de viande ou tout autre aliment au gril.
• Ne recouvrez jamais la plaque de papier aluminium et ne posez jamais de
plats, assiettes, etc. sur la surface de cuisson.
• Afin de préserver le revêtement antiadhésif de la plaque, ne coupez pas
les aliments directement sur la plaque. L’usage d’ustensiles métalliques
(fourchettes, couteaux, etc.) sur la plaque est à proscrire.
nettoyage et entretien
• Après chaque utilisation, placez le bouton marche/arrêt sur la position « 0 »
(arrêt) et débranchez l’appareil de la prise de courant. LAISSEZ REFROIDIR
L’APPAREIL AVANT DE PROCÉDER AU NETTOYAGE.
• N’utilisez jamais de poudre à récurer ou d'éponge à récurer abrasive pour le
nettoyage de la plaque.
• N’immergez jamais l’appareil ou le cordon d'alimentation dans l’eau ou

à l’aide d’un chiffon doux. Ne laissez pas tremper les spatules en bois.
• Ne placez aucun élément au lave-vaisselle.

Before using for the rst time
• Remove the appliance from the packaging, taking care to remove the packing
materials.
• Wipe the hotplate with a soft sponge lightly moistened with hot soapy water.
Dry with a soft, clean cloth. Be careful not to let water get inside the unit.
• Wash the spatula and ladle with a soft sponge and hot soapy water. Rinse
with clean water and thoroughly dry using a soft cloth.
• A slight odour and a little smoke might be given off the first time the appliance
is used. This is normal and will quickly go away.
• To limit this effect, heat your appliance for about ten minutes without food on
it (air the room during this time), then let it cool completely.

Using the appliance
Start-up/Preheating
IMPORTANT: The accessible surfaces may be hot
to the touch when the appliance is on.
Never touch the hotplates during use as youcould
burn yourself.
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface.
2. Fully unwind the power cable. Plug one end into the appliance plug and the
other end into an easily accessible power outlet.
3. Set the on/off switch to the I (on) position to turn on the appliance. The
indicator light comes on.
4. Preheat the unit for about 10 minutes. Wait until the hotplate is warm before
placing food on it. If necessary, pour a little oil onto the hotplate.
5. When you have finished using the appliance, turn the on/off button and the
temperature control button to the 0 (off) position and unplug the appliance
from the mains power.
6. Wait for the appliance to cool completely before cleaning it.

Using the hotplate.
• Use the ladle provided to spread the pancake dough into the 6 indented
circles on the hotplate.
• Use a wooden spatula or other heat-resistant plastic utensil to turn the
pancakes over. Do not use metallic utensils on this appliance. You may
damage the appliance’s non-stick coating.
• The hotplate can also be used to make fried eggs, pancakes, cook small
pieces of meat or any other food to grill.
• Never cover the hotplates with aluminium foil and or place dishes, plates,
etc., on the cooking surfaces.
• To preserve the non-stick coating on the hotplate, do not cut the food directly
on the hot plate. Do not use metal utensils (forks, knives, etc.). with the
appliance.
Cleaning and maintenance
• When you have finished using the appliance, turn the on/off button and the
temperature control button to the 0 (off) position and unplug the appliance from
the mains power. LEAVE THE APPLIANCE COOL DOWN COMPLETELY
BEFORE CLEANING.
• Never clean the appliance with abrasive detergents or scouring sponges.
• Never immerse the appliance or power cord in water or any other liquid.
• You can wipe the hotplate with a soft sponge moistened with hot soapy water.
Dry with a soft, clean cloth. Be careful not to let water get inside the unit.
• Wash the spatula and ladle with a soft sponge and hot soapy water. Rinse
with clean water and dry thoroughly using a soft cloth. Do not leave the
wooden utensils to soak.
• Do not put any of the parts in the dishwasher.

Verwendung der Platte

Inwerkingstelling/Voorverwarmen

Raak de verwarmingsplaat nooit aan wanneer u

2. Rol het voedingssnoer volledig af. Sluit een uiteinde aan op de aansluitfiche
van het toestel en het andere uiteinde in een gemakkelijk toegankelijk
stopcontact.
3. Zet de aan/uit-schakelaar op de stand “I” (aan) om het toestel aan te zetten.
Het controlelampje gaat branden.
4. Laat het toestel ongeveer 10 minuten lang voorverwarmen. Wacht tot de
plaat warm is alvorens er voedingswaren op te plaatsen. Indien nodig kunt u
de plaat inolieën.
5. Zet na gebruik de aan/uit-schakelaar op de stand “0” (uit) en trek vervolgens
de stekker van het toestel uit het stopcontact.
6. Wacht tot het toestel volledig is afgekoeld alvorens het te reinigen.
