Areas of application
The system is equipped with a highly ecient ltration and cleaning system
including a HEPA H13 lter, an activated carbon lter, a titanium dioxide
photo-catalyst lter, a UV sterilization lamp with a 254-nm wavelength, and a
plasma generator.
ETS air cleaning systems are used to eectively remove toxins, viruses,
bacteria, pathogens, dust, allergens, and odors from the ambient air.
Test reports
The system has been microbiologically tested. The test reports can be called up
with the test number below on the Institute website (http://english.gdim.cn).
We would also be happy to make them available to you if you need.

Installation instructions
Commissioning
The device must be freestanding during operation with space of at least
30 cm to the rear and to both sides. The rear air inlet, the lateral sensors,
and the air outlets must remain free and may not be covered.
The systems are tested and delivered ready to operate. Remove any packa-
ging and protective lm. Ensure that the mains voltage and frequency
indicated on page 2 match your mains voltage and use the power cable to
connect the system to power.

Reset after replacement:
After replacing the HEPA lter, press the On/o button and the speed
button simultaneously for ve seconds. The machine emits a signal tone.
The icon no longer ashes. This means that the lter has been replaced
and the duration of lter use re-calculated.
When the device is rst used, the icon ashes as well.
Follow the same procedure as that for replacing the HEPA lter. The device
begins re-calculating the duration of HEPA lter use.

On/o:
Press the On/o button to switch on the device.
By default, the device runs at Fan Level 1 in manual mode.
Auto mode:
In automatic mode, the fan level is controlled automatically according to air
quality
Timer:
Shut-o time can be planned. After the set time, the air cleaner automatical-
ly switches o. The planned time can be between one and nine hours.
Sleep mode:
The mode has minimum wind speed, and the light is switched o.
Only the night mode icon is lit up.
UV sterilization:
Press the UV sterilization button to set the air cleaner to sterilization mode.
The sterilization icon is lit up. Press the button again to leave this mode.
Note:
1. Press the On/o button. The air cleaner switches on.
2. Press the fan speed button. At Level 1, the fan begins to operate
3. As necessary, increase fan power by repeatedly pressing the fan
speed button.
4. Press the sterilization button. The UV lamp switches on
5. Press the sterilization button again to switch o the UV lamp.

Tuya Smart App Control
(AP-120 EDM)
1. Scan the QR code in order to download and install
the Tuya Smart App.
2. Get the Tuya Smart App started by clicking on„log in“ (or sign up for the rst
time) or„try now“ (some of the functions might be not accessable yet).
3. Connect the device and then hold the power button for 5 seconds until
you hear a beep. Now the pairing mode is activated and you can connect the
device with your smart-phone.

4. Click „ADD DEVICE“ then select„AUTO SCAN“ amd enable„access location,
Wi and Bluetooth“.
Please ensure that the device and your smartphone is using the same network.
Click on„AUTO SCAN“ to nd available devices.

5. Select the new device on your screen and connect it with the system.
6. Now you have full control of the device via your smartphone

Maintenance and cleaning
To clean the air, the system uses several lters and air cleaning systems
simultaneously:
Prelter
The prelter lters out large particles such as human hair, animal hair, lint, etc.
HEPA H13 lter
The HEPA H13 lter removes smoke, dust, pollen, allergens, toxins, and ne
particles larger than 0.3 μm.
Activated carbon lter
The activated carbon lter removes gases such as benzene and methanol,
odors, etc.
Photocatalyst TiO lter and UV-C lamp
Eliminates viruses and bacteria in reactions with the titanium dioxide coating
in conjunction with UV-C light with a wavelength of 253.7 nm.
Plasma generator
At the plasma stage, air is routed between electrodes carrying high electrical
voltage. Plasma neutralizes bacteria, viruses, and mold spores.

Use only original replacement parts. They have been harmonized with
device operation. Using third-party replacement parts can impair
cleaning performance. Doing so invalidates the guarantee and the
test results from the microbiological institute.
Switch o the device and pull the power plug before working on the
machine to avoid danger of electric shock.
Take o the top cover to remove the lter. To do this, unscrew the two cross-
head screws, one each on the right- and left-hand side of the cover, and re-
move the cover upwards. After the cover is removed, the lter packages can
be removed from the front.
Note for model AP-120EDM:
The control panel is in the cover. The cover must not be left hanging down
onto the supply line. Two people are needed to remove the cover. Place it
on the housing after the lters have been removed. Secure the cover against
falling.
Prelter
The prelter must be checked regularly at intervals of no longer than four
weeks and cleaned as necessary. The prelter can be vacuumed o.
HEPA lters and activated carbon lters cannot be cleaned. Do not replace
these lters until the system indicates that doing so is necessary.
Note:
The UV lamp may be replaced by technical customer service personnel only.

• Before use, the rear housing cover must be completely closed.
• Do not open the rear cover or the maintenance panel while the device
is in use.
• Before connecting the machine to the power source, ensure that the voltage
indicated on the type plate is the same as the mains voltage in your region.
• Do not use the product if the plug, the power cable, or the housing is
damaged.
• Keep the product away from children.
• Do not block air inlets and outlets.
• The product is suitable for dry rooms only.
• Clean the housing with a dry or slightly moist cloth.
Never use alcohol-based cleaning agents to wipe o the housing!
