The powerful steam kills up to 99.9% of germs and bacteria. Sanitize all kinds of
hard floors without chemicals and only the use of water. Easily kill germs, bacteria,
viruses and eliminate mould, dust mites and all other pathogens, using nothing
but the most natural cleaning method – superheated steam – perfect for cleaning
and disinfection.

Steam POD
The steam POD mode gives the user the convenience to convert the steam
cleaner into an handheld device, which can be easily carried to perform cleaning
chores with ease. The steam POD can smartly be utilized to clean up surfaces like

4. Grasp by steam mop handle and detent to begin mopping.
5. Begin cleaning by slowly moving the unit over the floor surface. Moisture on the
floor is normal when cleaning.
6. When the Zero Bend Series Steristeam stops emitting steam, turn the unit off
and unplug. Verify if there is water in the tank. If empty, refill the water tank.
IMPORTANT: Sanitizing on timber floors is not recommended, as prolonged
application of steam in one area increases the risk of damage to the surface
treatment on timber floors, especially in areas with regular foot traffic and
direct sunlight, which will wear down timber floor surface treatments, making
it more susceptible to steam damage.
USING THE STEAM POD
NOTE: When changing from mopping to hand pod use, press the On/Off
button to turn the steam OFF and wait ten seconds.
1. Make sure the steam is OFF and wait ten seconds.
2. Press the Lift-off release button and pull the hand pod out by the handle.
3. With the connector or extension hose attached to hand pod, connect the tool
to the opening.
4. Turn the tool in order to lock into place.
5. Press the ON/OFF button. Once the ready light stops blinking and is solid, the
heat up is completed.
6. Press the Hi/Lo button, depending on volume of steam desired.
7. ONLY then will the hand-held unit steam.
NOTE: The handheld steam pod will not operate without the proper
attachments. You must have the connector or extension hose attached for the
steam to emit. A safety feature has been designed to prevent steam emission
without the connector or extension hose.
NOTE: Turn the steam OFF before removing or connecting tools and
accessories.
Use of distilled or demineralized water is recommended, to prolong the life of your hard floor cleaner.

GETTING READY
1. Attach pad to the mop foot. (Elastic band will secure pad on the foot.) *This may
already be attached.
2. Fill the water tank.
a. The water tank opening is located on the side of the water tank. Remove the
cover and use water cup to fill. NOTE: Do not overfill or water may spill. Room
temperature water may provide better results.
b. Close the tank cover and press down firmly.
3. Pull and twist the cord holder clockwise to unwrap the power cord completely
and plug into an outlet as described on the Important Safety Instructions page.
NOTE: Do not use chemicals in the water tank of your Zero Bend Series
Steristeam.
NOTE: Upon the first use of your Zero Bend Series Steristeam or first use after
refilling the water tank, the pump may make a ‘knocking’ sound. This is normal
and could last up to 30 seconds.
USING YOUR STEAM MOP
The floor mop can be used on hard floors. For best results, vacuum the floor first to
clear dust and small debris before using your steam mop. Your Zero Bend Series
Steristeam floor cleaner is designed to clean hard flooring, such as ceramic tile, vinyl,
marble, stone and sealed hard wood floors. Use on waxed or some unwaxed floors
may result in a diminished glossiness. The Zero Bend Series Steristeam is not for use
on unsealed wooden floors. For best results, test in an inconspicuous area and check
the care instructions from your flooring manufacturer.
1. Plug
the unit in and wait 30 seconds for it to heat up. The “ready” light will blink
while the steam mop heats up. The “ready” light will be solid and lit up when heat
up is complete. Press the On/Off button first. Then choose HI or LO steam. HI (for
durable floors or sticky messes) or LO (for delicate floors or everyday cleaning).
2. Trigger is ‘steam on demand’. When steam is wanted, pull trigger. When you do
not want steam, release trigger.
3. To be sure to sanitize an area of your floor, use the microfibre cloth pads and slowly
and evenly stroke your steam mop back and forth at least three times over the area,
using continuous steam. For best results, remove the pad and wash after use.

WARRANTY TERMS &

WARRANTY
Euroclean Zero Bend Series Vacuum Cleaners are warranted against defects arising from faulty
workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years.
• The customer will notify the Company in writing promptly of any defects noticed and give
the Company or its authorized agent adequate opportunity to inspect, test and remedy
them for which the customer will deposit the goods if so required by the Company, with the
Company's Office/Service Centre along with original Invoice, in the city where they are sold.
• Inspection and Test Report of the Company's Office/Service Centre will be final and binding
under the Warranty for determining defects, repairs/alterations which are required or carried
out for certifying working of the goods thereafter.
• The Company or its authorized agent will be entitled to retain any defective part replaced
under the Warranty.
• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in or implied by this.
WARRANTY
• The Company's liability under this Warranty shall be limited to the first sale of the goods by
the Company to the Customer and will not apply or extend to any secondary sale of any of
these goods by the Customer.
• The Company's liability under terms of Warranty shall be limited only to defects in the goods
which occur under the conditions of normal operation of the goods and their proper and
prescribed use. This Warranty does not cover or extend to defects which are determined by
the company or its authorized agents as occurring or resulting from or attributable to
negligence, abuse, misuse, faulty care operation or maintenance or repairs, alterations to the
goods or any part thereof by others or the use of the goods on electric supply for which they
are not designed or suffer damage caused by lightning or any other electrical disturbance or
interruption which may occur. The rectification/replacement of the motor shall be at the
company's discretion.
• The Customer will have no claim against the Company, its employees and its authorized
agents or franchisees under or pursuant to this Warranty in respect of death or injury to the
Customer or any other person or loss or damage to any property caused by or due to
equipment failure, breakdown or accident, fire or operation or utilization of the goods
otherwise than in accordance with the User Guide or by or due to any other cause or
circumstance beyond the control of the Company.

WARRANTY TERMS &
CONDITIONS
• The Company's liability under this Warranty shall in no event and under no circumstances
exceed the price paid by the Customer to the Company for the goods stated in the invoice.
GENERAL
For the purpose of this Warranty, the following expressions shall have the following meanings
respectively:
• The Goods' shall mean the goods described in the Order Form.
• The Customer' shall mean the original purchaser of the mentioned goods from the Company.
• The Company' shall mean the Company ‘EUREKA FORBES LIMITED'.
• General Terms and Conditions' shall mean the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the
Customer and the Company which are printed on the Order.
• Invoice' shall mean the invoice issued by the Company to the Customer describing the goods
and indicating, inter alia, the total purchase price thereof and the name of the Customer.
• User Guide' shall mean the instructions for installation, use and maintenance contained in the
leaflet, which is supplied by the Company.
POST-WARRANTY
• The Customer may be offered a yearly Service Contract based on the prevailing Company
Rates and Terms.
• In case the Customer does not wish to enter the Service Contract, he has the option of calling
our Service Centre and having his Euroclean Vacuum Cleaner serviced on an actual basis, i.e.
by paying for Labour Cost and Spares needed to attend to that Service/Complaint call at the
prevailing Company rates. Such service will be rendered by the Company in towns/places
where there are Service Centres.
• The Company will provide free servicing of the goods brought to the Service Centre by the
Customer, provided that all expenses of transporting the goods to and from the Service
Centre shall be borne by the Customer directly. If during such servicing it is necessary for the
Company to replace or repair defective components or parts, the Customer shall be required
to pay for the same as per the Company's prevailing price list.
