Carefully refold the tonno
without shifting its position on
the truck bed.
Unfold the Tonno fully and adjust
position over the truck bed for
proper cab/tail alignment.

Ensure clamp is positioned
under bed wall flange. Hand
tighten until clamp contacts,
then tighten an
additional two
turns.
Trim only enough of the bed cap edge or liner wall so clamp
contacts bottom of metal flange.
Do not secure to only lip of
bedliner or wall cap.
Do Not Use Wrench
or Overtighten!
Pull rear
clamp down
and hook
under bottom
edge of bed
wall flange.

matter before folding cover.

clamps make solid contact.

■WARRANTY CONDITIONS:
This warranty is against defective materials r w rkmanship. The warranty is v id if the pr duct has been dam-
aged by accident, unreas nable use, neglect, impr per service/installati n/rem val, m dificati ns, n rmal wear
and tear r ther causes n t arising ut f defective materials r w rkmanship. C nsequential and incidental
damages are n t c vered under this warranty.
THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL ALSO VOID THE WARRANTY:
■ Wind whi damage - Tarps must be secured at all p ints when vehicle is in m ti n. An unsecured tarp
will flap, resulting in damage t the fabric.
■ Im ro er cleaning - It is rec mmended t use the tested and appr ved Extang T nn T nic™ r clean with
s ap and water nly. D n t use vinyl c nditi ners (i.e. Arm r All®) because they will shrink the vinyl.
■ Overloading of cargo - Carg sh uld n t t uch the t nneau’s tarp at any p int. Pr trusi ns in the tarp will
stress the fabric. Carg may shift while traveling and cause it t push against the tarp fabric and damage it.
The warranty applies t the riginal c nsumer / purchaser. Warranty registrati n must be n file and/ r pr f f
riginal purchase (detailed and dated receipt) required f r warranty t be effective. Warranty c verage starts
fr m the date f purchase.
