Step 1 Installing the Battery
1Slide the rear cover off from T2 and then open the battery cover, as shown below.
2Pull out the insulation sheet from the battery slot.

3Replace the battery cover and the rear cover, and then finish the battery installation.
Step 2 Adding T2 to Internet Alarm Hub
T2 should be used cooperating with an Internet Alarm Hub (such as A1, should be
purchased separately).
• Option 1 (Recommended) Adding by EZVIZ App
1. Installing the EZVIZ App
- Connect your mobile phone to Wi-Fi.
- Download and install the EZVIZ app by searching “EZVIZ” in App Store (iOS version)
and Google PlayTM (Android version).
- Start the app and register for an EZVIZ user account.

2. Adding T2
- Log in the EZVIZ app.
- Find your Internet Alarm Hub and enter the Linked Device list.
- Tap the “+” of the Linked Device and scan the QR code of T2, which is on the battery
cover of T2, to link T2 to the Internet Alarm Hub.
• Option 2 Adding by Operating Internet Alarm Hub
1. Turn on the “Adding Detectors Mode” of your Internet Alarm Hub by pressing the
Setting button. Refer to Quick Start Guide of your Internet Alarm Hub for details.
2. Take T2 close to the Internet Alarm Hub (within 50cm) and separate the two parts of T2
to send the adding request.

3. The Internet Alarm Hub issues a voice prompt of the device type and serial No.
indicating T2 has been added.

Step 3 Installing T2
• The installation place should with no strong magnetic field nearby.
• To ensure the detection effect, the distance of two parts of T2 should be as small as
possible (within 5mm) when you install T2.

You can install the detector on the door or window, as shown below.

2. Installing T2
Make sure the door or window is closed. Paste the foam sticker to the bottom of the
two parts of T2 and then fix them on the selected position, as shown below.

You are recommended to install the main body of T2 on the immovable place
(such as door frame) in case it falls down when you open and close the door or
window.
Maintenance
When the battery runs out, a low battery warning will be sent to the EZVIZ account to remind
you to change the battery.
- If you install the main body on the left, push the main body upwards and take it off from the
rear cover; if you install the main body on the right, pull the main body downwards and take
it off from the rear cover.
- Open the battery cover and then change the battery.
- Install the main body back to the rear cover.

Schritt 1 Batterie einsetzen
1Schieben Sie die Rückabdeckung des T2 auf und öffnen Sie dann das Batteriefach, wie
unten dargestellt.
2Ziehen Sie die Isolierfolie aus dem Batteriefach.

1. EZVIZ-App installieren
- Verbinden Sie Ihr Mobiltelefon mit einem WLAN.
- Laden Sie die EZVIZ-App herunter, indem Sie im App Store (iOS-Version) oder in
Google PlayTM (Android-Version) nach „EZVIZ“ suchen, und installieren Sie sie.
- Starten Sie die App und registrieren Sie sich für ein EZVIZ-Benutzerkonto.

2. T2 hinzufügen
- Melden Sie sich an der EZVIZ-App an.
- Suchen Sie nach Ihrem Internet-Alarm-Hub und rufen Sie die Liste der verknüpften
Geräte auf.
- Tippen Sie unter „Linked Device“ (Verknüpfte Geräte) auf „+“ und scannen Sie den
QR-Code des T2, der sich auf dem Batteriedeckel des T2 befindet, um den Melder
mit dem Internet-Alarm-Hub zu verknüpfen.
• Option 2 Über den aktiven Internet-Alarm-Hub hinzufügen
1. Aktivieren Sie den „Adding Detectors Mode“ (Melder-hinzufügen-Modus) Ihres Internet-
Alarm-Hubs, indem Sie auf „Setting“ (Einstellung) drücken. Einzelheiten hierzu
entnehmen Sie bitte der Kurzanleitung Ihres Internet-Alarm-Hubs.
2. Bringen Sie den T2 in die Nähe des Internet-Alarm-Hubs (maximal 50 cm Abstand) und
trennen Sie die zwei Elemente des T2, damit die Hinzufügen-Anfrage gesendet wird.

3. Der Internet-Alarm-Hub gibt per Sprachausgabe den Gerätetyp und die Seriennummer
aus und weist so darauf hin, dass der T2 hinzugefügt wurde.

Schritt 3 Installation des T2
• Am Montageort dürfen keine starken elektromagnetischen Felder auftreten.
• Um die Erkennung zu gewährleisten, muss der Abstand zwischen den zwei Elementen
des T2 so gering wie möglich sein (unter 5 mm).

Sie können den Melder wie unten dargestellt an einer Tür oder an einem Fenster anbringen.

2. Installation des T2
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Tür oder das Fenster geschlossen ist. Bringen Sie das
Klebepad an den Unterseiten der zwei Elemente des T2 an und befestigen Sie diese
dann wie unten dargestellt in der gewünschten Position.

Es ist empfehlenswert, das Hauptelement des T2 an der unbewegten Stelle
anzubringen (etwa auf dem Türrahmen), damit es beim Öffnen oder Schließen
der Tür bzw. des Fensters nicht herunterfällt.
Wartung
Bei geringer Batterieladung schickt der Melder eine Warnmeldung an die EZVIZ-App, um Sie
darauf aufmerksam zu machen, dass Sie die Batterie wechseln müssen.
- Ist das Hauptelement linksseitig platziert, schieben Sie es nach oben und nehmen es von der
Rückabdeckung ab; ist das Hauptelement rechtsseitig angebracht, ziehen Sie es nach unten
und nehmen es von der Rückabdeckung ab.
- Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach und wechseln Sie die Batterie.
- Setzen Sie das Hauptelement wieder auf die Rückabdeckung.

Funktionen
Die Funktion des T2 basiert auf dem Magnetismus. Wenn der Abstand zwischen dem
Hauptelement und dem Magnetelement 3 cm übersteigt, sendet der T2 ein Alarmsignal an die
EZVIZ-App.

2. Agregar el detector T2
- Inicie sesión en la app EZVIZ.
- Busque su concentrador de alarmas por Internet e introduzca la lista de
dispositivos vinculados.
- Toque el símbolo “+” del dispositivo vinculado y escanee el código QR del detector
T2, que está en la tapa de la batería y vincúlelo con el concentrador de alarmas por
Internet.
• Opción 2 Añadir usando el concentrador de alarmas por Internet
1. Active el “modo Añadir detectores” del concentrador de alarmas por Internet pulsando
el botón de ajustes. Consulte los detalles en la guía de inicio rápido del concentrador
de alarmas por Internet.
2. Acerque el detector T2 al concentrador de alarmas por Internet (a menos de 50 cm) y
separe las dos partes del detector T2 para enviar la solicitud de adición.

3. El concentrador de alarmas por Internet reproducirá un mensaje de voz con el tipo de
dispositivo y el n.º de serie para indicar que se ha agregado el detector T2.

Paso 3 Instalación del detector T2
• El lugar de instalación no debe estar cerca de campos magnéticos fuertes.
• Para garantizar la detección, la distancia de los dos componentes del detector T2
debe ser lo menor posible (a 5 mm) cuando instale el detector T2.

2. Instalación del detector T2

Mantenimiento
Cuando se agote la batería, la cuenta de EZVIZ recibirá un aviso de batería baja para recordarle
que cambie la batería.
- Si instala el cuerpo principal a la izquierda, empújelo hacia arriba y sáquelo de la tapa
trasera; si instala el cuerpo principal a la derecha, tire de él hacia abajo y sáquelo de la tapa
trasera.
- Abra la tapa de la batería y cámbiela.
- Vuelva a colocar el cuerpo principal en la tapa trasera.
