Make sure that all parts and screws are in the box before
mounting the product, please note that some parts may be
placed in the styrofoam in the side walls of the packaging.
Compare the parts list with the contents of the box.
Do not mount this grill if parts are missing, contact your
dealer or [e-mail].
Remove all packaging material and any plastic wrap from the
grill.
●FOLLOW THE ORDER IN THIS MANUAL TO AVOID ERROR
ASSEMBLY. PARTS OF THE ASSEMBLY WILL REQUIRE HEAVY LIFTS
WHICH SHOULD BE CARRIED OUT BY TWO PERSONS TOGETHER.
SOME METAL PARTS MAY BE SHARP, USE PROTECTIVE GLOVES.
●POWER TOOLS SHOULD NOT BE USED FOR INSTALLATION AS
THIS MAY DAMAGE THE SURFACE TREATMENT ON SCREWS AND
LOOSEN PRE-MOUNTED NUTS.

1. To assemble 4 castors (number 30 & 29, 2 with break and 2 without) on
the bottom panel, please tighten up the screws.
2. Use screw A to assemble left side panel (16) and right side panel (32) to the
bottom panel(27), and assembly the pivot(B) assembly on the bottom as well.

3. Use screw (A) to assemble back panel (24) to left side panel (16) and right side
panel (32) and bottom panel (27)
4. Firstly use the screw (A) to fix the door girder to the left side side panel (16)
and right side panel (32), then use screw (A) to fix the left stator of oil tray (19)
on the left side panel (16), use screw (A) to fix the right stator of oil
tray (21) to the right side panel (32), shown in the illustration above.

5. Use screw A to assemble the cabinet stiffening board (23) upper to the door
girder (22) and left side weld assembly (16); use the screw to assemble the cabinet
stiffening board (23) upper to the door girder (22) and right side weld assembly (32).
6. Use screw A to assemble the cabinet stiffening scute (26) upper the bottom (27)
and left side assembly (16); Use screw A to assemble cabinet stiffening scute (26)
upper the bottom (27) and right side assembly (32), shown as below picture.

7. Use Screw (A) to fix the main burner assembly (01) upper to the left side shelf
assembly (16) and right side shelf assembly (32), shown as below picture.
8. Use screw D to assemble the right shelf decoration board (35) on the right
shelf (34), use screw D to assemble the left shelf decoration board (10).

9. Use the screw (A) to assemble the foldable right shelf weld assembly to the main
burner assembly (01), shown as n the illustration above.
10. Firstly pre-assemble 3pcs screws (M6*16), and fix the left side burner assembly,
then use 2pcs screws A to fix the side burner assembly, at the same time to
tighten up the preassembly screws, shown as below.

11. Use screw D to assemble the side burner valve assembly (13) and decoration ring (11)
to the left side burner assembly, and assemble the knobs (15).
12. Firstly insert the side burner assembly (12) to the side burner valve assembly (13),
and then use the screw D to fix it to the side burner assembly.
To insert the wire port to the side burner valve assembly and end electrode of
the lighting candle, please make sure to insert to the right position.

13. Put the pot support (14) into the holes of left side burner table.

15. Please put the cast iron grill (04) and multifunction cast iron grill (05) into
the firebox, and then the multifunction round cast iron grill (06) into the
round opening of the multifunctional cast iron grill (05).
16. Insert warming rack (03) making sure that the tabs on the warming rack fit into
the predrilled holes in the firebox.

1 7. Insert the Drip Tray (18) into the bottom of firebox, then put the Grease Cup (20)
on the slot as hown in illustration above.

18. Assemble the two sets of the door assembly (28) to the cabinet, please note that
must insert the holes under the door to the pin, and press the spring catch, then to
insert the hole from the door assemble to the spring catch.
1 9. Hang the single loop end of matchstick holder (33) onto the screw on right firebox.

21. Connect the correct flexible hose to the gas inlet connection.
Plug the hose into the nozzle on the gas inlet and fix it with a clamp firmly.
Check up the gas tightness after connection.
The flexible tube should avoid coming in contract with hot surface or directly
placing below the side burner.

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
TO AVOID SERIOUS DAMAGE TO YOUR BBQ
AND CAUSE PERSONAL INJURY.
HOSE
•Connect the gas hose to the gas inlet on the grill. Tighten well.
•Install the regulator and hose. Follow the installation instructions that
came with the controller set.
•Do not use sealing tape, glue or liquid on the connection.
•Gas hoses used for this product must not be longer than 120 cm.
•Check the gas hose regularly for cracks, damage and rot. Never use a
damaged gas hose.
REGULATOR
•Check that all controls on the control panel are in the OFF position
before connecting the regulator to the gas cylinder.
•Connect the regulator to the gas cylinder according to your regulator
and the cylinder dealer’s instructions.
•We recommend propane gas for use in the Nordic countries, but
butane can also be used. Butane is poorly suited for low temperatures.
•Check that the regulator is not damaged.
•Check that the gas cylinder is on a firm, level surface and is lower than
the gas inlet on the grill.
•Use an approved gas cylinder that fits the regulator.
Bottles of 10 kg or more are recommended.
ALWAYS PERFORM A LEAK TEST
BEFORE USING THE BARBECUE!
Connecting gas
1. Thread the hose all the way into the gas nipple.
2. Place the hose clamp 0.5 - 1 cm from the end of the
hose.
3. Use a socket wrench (size 7), wrench (size 7) or
screwdriver to tighten the hose clamp and tighten well.
4. IMPORTANT! A gas leak test must be performed as
described on next page before using the barbecue.

1. Extinguish all live flames, heat sources and cigarettes in the area
where the leak test is to be performed..
2. Turn all controls on the grill to the OFF position.
3. Set the regulator to the OFF position and connect it to the gas
tank.
4. Spray the leaking spray (or brush the soap mixture) on all joints
and connections on the gas cylinder, regulator, the entire hose
and all valves on the barbecue.
5. Open the gas supply on the regulator and carefully check for bubbles in any
of the places where the spray mixture is applied.
6. IF BUBBLES OCCUR,
CLOSE THE GAS SUPPLY
AND TIGHTEN ALL
CONNECTIONS / JOINTS.
THEN DO A NEW TEST.
THE BARBECUE MUST
NOT BE USED UNTIL YOU
ARE SURE THERE ARE NO
LEAKS. GAS LEAK CAN
CAUSE UNCONTROLLED
FIRE WHICH MAY
INJURY PERSONS, FIXED
INSTALLATIONS AND YOUR
BARBECUE.
7. If detected leakage cannot be rectified, do not attempt to cure leakage but
consult your dealer or FCC BBQ Products support at
[e-mail] for help in solving the problem.

BEFORE USING THE BARBECUE,
A LEAK TEST MUST BE CARRIED OUT!
●LEAK TEST MUST BE DONE REGULARLY AND EVERY TIME THE GAS
CYLINDER, REGULATOR OR HOSE IS REPLACED.
●ALSO TEST BEFORE NEW BARBECUE SEASON AND IF THE BARBECUE HAS
NOT BEEN USEDFOR A WHILE.
Never check for leaks by using an open flame, use
a leak spray or alternatively a soapy water mixture
(two parts dishwashing soap and one part water).

PLACEMENT OF THE BBQ
•Ensure that the grill is placed at least 150cm in all directions from house walls,
trees, plants and other flammable materials or liquids when in use.
•Do not place the grill under a roof or overhang.
•Make sure that the barbecue is placed in a wellventilated place to avoid carbon
monoxide poisoning.
•The barbecue must not be used below normal ground level, as this can lead to an
explosion hazard and a risk of lack of oxygen.
FINAL CHECK
• Check that all control knobs work
normally.
• Check that the gas hose is free
of cracks and damage (it should
always be done before using the
BBQ).
• Check that the gas cylinder and
hose do not come into contact
with hot objects.
GOOD ADVICE
• KEEP THE BBQ CLEAN. A clean barbecue
gives better effect, less smoke, less
irregular flames and reduces the risk of fat
burning.
• PREHEAT THE GRILL for 10-15 minutes at
maximum temperature. After preheating,
adjust the controls according to the type
of grilling and the desired grilling result.
Using too much heat can result in burnt
and overcooked food.
