Make sure to wear protecve gloves and foot protecon when installing and assembling this product. Unpack the unit and make sure all the components are
included before proceeding. This acvity requires two o more people as liing is involved. Please ensure bolts are only nger ghtened during the assembling
process for exibility in lining up components. Securely ghten the bolts before anchoring the product to the ground.

A. Have the two external frames
[SSG1A/D] in place, lugs facing
inwards. Aach them to the back
and front seat planks [SSGS09], with
hex head bolts [SSGS13] and lock
nuts [SSG14]— nger ghten.
B. Locate the inner frames [SSGS01B/C]
in place and repeat the same assem-
bling procedure as per item 1. —
nger ghten.

Aach the rest of the seang/foot
planks [SSGS09] to the main frames
[SSGS01A/B/C/D], by using hex. head
bolts [SSGS13] and lock nuts [SSG14]
— nger ghten. It is advisable to
install the planks as shown the illus-
traon sequence above.

A. Aach the 2 rear shelter posts [SSGS02]
to the side frames [SSGS1A/B], with
hex. head bolts [SSGS18], locknuts
[SSGS21] and washers [SSGS22].
A. Aach the crossbars [SSGS11] to the
back of the main frames [SSGS1A/B/
C/D], with hex head bolts [SSGS18],
lock nuts [SSG121] and washers
[SSGS22]— nger ghten.
B. Have the Back rest plank [SSGS08] in
place and secure it to the main
frames, by using hex head bolts
[SSGS13], lock nuts [SSG14]— nger
ghten.

A. Fix the 2 shelter trusses [SSGS06] on
both back and front shelter posts
[SSGS2/3], with hex head bolts
[SSGS20], lock nuts [SSG21] and
washers [SSGS22]— nger ghten.

A. Locate the 4 upper shelter beams [SSGS04] onto the
lower shelter beams [SSGS05] and secure them with
hex. head bolts [SSGS18], locknuts [SSGS21] and wash-
ers [SSGS22]. - Finger ghten.

A. Aach the roong pieces [SG512] to the upper shelter
beams [SG504], by installing self taped screws [SGS23].

Aach the unit with M12 dyna-bolts on each frame lug.
