•Beachten Sie, dass mit dem
Einbau des Blindstopfens 2
die Ventilfunktion der VUVB
Ventile wie folgt festgelegt
wird:
–NC
Normal geschlossen
(normally closed)
–NO
Normal offen
(normally open)
2. Demontage

Beim Austausch einer Cart-
ridge 1bzw. eines Blindstop-
fens 2:
•Entfernen Sie die Schläuche.
•Entfernen Sie den Feder-
bügel 3mit einem ge-
eigneten Werkzeug z.B. ei-
nem Schraubendreher.

•Ziehen Sie die auszu-
tauschende Cartridge 1he-
raus.

•Drehen Sie den Blindstopfen
2heraus mit einem pas-
senden Schraubendreher.
3. Montage

•Setzen Sie die Cartridge 1
bzw. den Blindstopfen 2
formbündig mit dem Ge-
häuse in die gewünschten
Anschlüsse.

•Drücken Sie die Cartridge
1
und den Blindstopfen 2
fest, bis zum Anschlag des
ersten Absatzes.
Damit gewährleisten Sie, dass:
–der O-Ring beim Einführen
des Federbügels 3nicht be-
schädigt wird.
–die Cartridge 1und der
Blindstopfen 2sicher ge-
halten werden.

•Führen Sie den Feder-
bügel 3in die Nut ein, bis er
einrastet.

•Note that if the blanking
plug 2is fitted, the valve
function of the VUVB valves
is defined as follows:
–NC
normally closed
–NO
normally open
2. Disassembly

When replacing a cartridge 1
or a blanking plug 2:
•Remove the tubing.
•Remove the spring clip 3
with a suitable tool, e.g. a
screwdriver.

•Pull out the cartridge 1to
be replaced.

•Remove the blanking plug 2
with a suitable screwdriver.
3. Assembly

•Place the cartridge 1or the
blanking plug 2flush with
the housing into the desired
connections.

•Press the cartridge 1and
the blanking plug 2firmly
up to the first shoulder.
You can then ensure that:
–the o-ring is not damaged
when the spring clip 3is
inserted.
–the cartridge 1and the
blanking plug 2are held
securely.

•Insert the spring clip 3into
the groove until it clips into
position.
