How to Mount the Ear Hooks
Gently remove any build-up from the mesh filter with the tip of a
toothpick. Please take care to ensure that no foreign particles fall
inside when doing so.

Note on use of the detachable cable
The warranty for this product is valid for 1 year from the day of purchase. During the
warranty period, we will repair products free of charge or offer a replacement in the case of
defects in product design or production. Based on the characteristics of the tuning kit, it
would be difficult to determine whether damage is caused by work performed by the
customer, so after checking the product, we will inform you of the results. Please first
contact the store you purchased the product. After the warranty expires, we will repair or
replace products for a fee.
* If inspection reveals that repair is deemed to be difficult, the manufacturer may choose to
provide a new unit as a free replacement.
* Damage resulting from natural disasters or carelessness or negligence on the part of the
user, such as breakage from falls or pulling on the cable with excessive force, are excluded
from warranty coverage.

After attaching the ear hooks to the cables, insert the housings into each ear,
hook the ear hooks over the ears and adjust the fit.
* Using the ear hooks makes for an even more stable fit, and also
makes for a reduction in touch noise.

MAKE2 is made of metal. Please be aware that metal parts may
come into direct contact with your skin. Therefore, if you have an
allergy to metal you should not use this product. Also, if you
experience skin irritation, stop using the product immediately and
seek medical attention. When using the product in cold climates,
be sure not to allow the product to strongly contact with your skin.
Ignoring the content of this indication could result in death or
serious injury.
Do not use the earphones while driving a bicycle, car or motorcycle.
Doing so could cause a traffic accident and/or serious injury.
Do not use the product while walking in dangerous environments
such as near a railroad crossing or intersection where you cannot
hear sounds from the outside.
Ignoring the content of this indication could cause injury or damage
to household articles in the vicinity.
When using the earphones, be careful not to play the sound too
loud. Doing so for a long period of time could affect your hearing. At
80 dB (A) exposure time shall be limited to 40 hours / week, whereas
at 89 dB (A) exposure time shall be limited to 5 hours / week.
If you experience skin irritation, stop using the product immediately
and seek medical attention, or consult with our sales agent.
If the sound volume is too loud, sound can be heard by other
people. Use care not to disturb other people.
The way you position the earphone in your ear affects the sound quality. We recommend
trying different positions by moving the earphone around while playing music. This will
allow you to find the position that generates your most preferred sound. Once you figure
out your favorite position it will be easy to set that position each time. The shapes of a
person's right ear and left ear are usually different. Therefore, the best position for each ear
is usually different as well.

Because the housing is made of metal, if you bring the earphone from a cold environment
and the temperature rapidly changes, condensation could occur inside the housing. In
such a case, leave it for a while until any condensation inside the unit evaporates and then
use the product.
Do not apply strong impacts to the earphones or put excess force on the cable. If the
product fails or wires are broken due to abnormal use, the product warranty is invalidated.

When removing the earphone from your ears, always hold the main unit first and then
remove. Pulling the cord could cause the wire to become disconnected.
Leaving the product in locations exposed to direct sunlight, high humidity, or a dusty
environment could cause the product to fail.
The earphone jack is for stereo reproduction only. If the earphone is connected to a
monaural output jack, sound may not come out of one side.

To prevent damage to the connecting terminal, please ensure
that all parts are held straight when connecting or
disconnecting them.
When disconnecting them, do not pull on the cable; ensure that
you hold the plug (ABS section). Since the housing is slippery,
please use the silicone sheet accompanying the product.
(The silicone sheet has release paper on both sides; remove the
release paper prior to using the silicone sheet).
In the event that evidence of excess wear or damage to the
connecting terminal is recognized, the product will not be
covered by the warranty, even during thewarranty period.
The connecting terminal has not been configured with a view to frequent connection and
disconnection. Repeatedly connecting and disconnecting the terminal may lead to contact
failure owing to wear or damage to the terminal; please ensure that any connection or
disconnection is limited to situations of cable breakage or when the cable is replaced with
other final cables that are sold separately.

Regarding earpieces
To make it easier to differentiate between the right and left earpieces, we have given the
bushes different colors; the bush of one earpiece is gray, while the other is red. (*1)
By pulling the earpiece back slightly to check the color of the bush, it is easy to distinguish
between left and right, even in places with subdued lighting.
Since the bush colors of neighboring sizes are different (the gray bushes alternate between
dark and light gray; the red bushes alternate between red and pink), it is also easy to
distinguish between sizes. (*2)

Turn the lid back to open the case; store the earphones inside, then close the lid, ensuring
that all three tabs are securely fastened. The lid may open if the case is exposed to
inordinate force. Please take the necessary care to ensure that this does not happen.

The cable may harden if it comes into contact with certain chemical agents and in particular
with the natural oils in human skin. After using the product, please wipe the cable with a soft
damp cloth. Please refrain from using wet wipes that contain alcohol; using these may result
in hardening of the product. Please also refrain from using alcohol-free wet wipes; these
may contain a variety of other additives which may adversely affect the product.

MAKE2 は金属製です。
直接金属面が肌に触れる設計となっておりますので、
金属アレルギーをお持ちの方はご使用にならないでください。また、皮膚に
あわないと感じられた際には、すみやかに使用を中止し、医師にご相談くださ
い。また、寒冷地でのご使用の際には、肌に無理のないようにご注意ください。
装着位置によって音質が大きく変化致します。音楽を再生しながら片方ずつ本体を立体的に動かし、
最も好ましく聴こえる位置に合わせてください。それがベストポジション（最適位置）です。一度体
験すると、二度目からは無理なく位置を合わせる事が可能です。通常耳の形状は左右で大きく異な
ります。そのため、ベストポジションは左右の耳で異なります。
耳からイヤホンを外す際には、本体を持って外してください。ケーブルを持ち引っ張って外すと、
ケーブル断線の原因となります。
筐体が金属製のため、寒い戸外から室内へ持ち込むなど、急激な温度変化の際、筐体内部で結露し
ます。その際はしばらく時間をおいて、内部が乾燥してからご使用ください。
直射日光の当たる場所、湿気、埃他の多い環境に放置すると、故障の原因となります。
イヤホンに強い衝撃を与えたり、ケーブルに無理な力がかからないようにしてください。異常な使用
状況下での故障や断線等は保証の対象外となります。
このイヤホンのプラグはステレオ再生専用となっています。モノラル出力ジャックに接続した場
合には、片側から音が出ない可能性があります。

この製品の保証期間はお届け日より 1 年間です。設計及び製造に起因する不良の場合は、無償に
て修理・交換対応致します。チューニングキットという商品の特性上、お客様の作業のミスによ
る故障かどうかは、判断することが難しい為、一旦サポートセンターへお送りいただいて、症状
を確認し、結果をご連絡いたします。保証期間後は有償となりますが、修理・交換対応させて頂

なってください。
着脱式ケーブルの注意点
接続 端子は頻 繁な抜き差しを想定したものではございません。着脱を繰り返すと、端子の摩耗や
破損による接触不良を引き起こす事がございますので、ケーブル断線時の交換や弊社別売ケーブ
ルへの交換以外での着脱はお控えください。
接続端子の破損を防ぐ為、まっすぐ抜き差しを行なってください。
取り外しの際はケーブルを引っ張らず、必ずプラグ
（樹脂部分）
を
掴んでください。筐体が滑り易い為、同梱のシリコンシートで
筐体を掴んでください。（シリコンシートは両面に剥離シートが
付いていますので、剥離シートを剥がしてからご使用ください。）
接続端子に過度の摩耗や破損の形跡が認められた場合は保証期間内
でも保証対象外となります。

イヤーフック装着方法
イヤーフックをケーブルに装着した後、筐体を耳に挿入し、イヤーフックを
耳にかけて、フィット感を調整してください。
※イヤーフックを使うと筐体をさらに安定して装着でき、またタッチノイズ
を軽減することができます。

イヤーピースについて
左右判別をしやすくする為、軸色を、片方はグレー、もう一方は赤にしています。
(*1) イヤーピース
を少しめくって軸色を確認することで、
薄暗い場所でも左右の判別がしやすくなっています。
さらに、隣のサイズの軸色を変えておりますので（グレー軸は濃いグレーと薄いグレーの交互、赤軸
は赤とピンクの交互）、サイズの判別もしやすくなっています。

メンテナンス
フィルターに付着したゴミは、爪楊枝の先端にゴミを付着させる形
でやさしく取り除いてください。内部にゴミが落下しないように、気
をつけて作業してください。
裏返して蓋を開けてイヤホンを収納し、蓋を閉じて3箇所あるツメがしっかりと留まっていることを確認
してください。過度の衝撃が加わると、蓋が開いてしまう場合がございます。十分にご注意ください。

ケーブルは様々な化学物質、特に皮脂と反応し、硬化する場合がございます。製品使用後は、ケー
ブルを水で少し湿らせた柔らかい布で拭いて下さい。硬化の原因となりますので、アルコール入り
のウエットティッシュのご使用をお控えください。ノンアルコールのウエットティッシュも様々な
添加剤が入っている可能性がありますのでご使用をお控えください。

検査の結果、修理が難しい症状の場合は、新品交換となる場合もございます。
