Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result
in serious injury or death.
• FALL HAZARD - To prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant
begins to push up on hands and knees or has reached 25 lb (11,3 kg),
whichever comes first.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD - If a sheet (not included) is used with the pad,
use one specifically designed for a bassinet or cradle mattress
(14" x 31"/35,6 cm x 79 cm).
• Strings can cause strangulation! Never place items with a string around
a child’s neck such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Never suspend
strings over product or attach strings to toys.
• Never place product near a window where cords from blinds or drapes
can strangle a child.
• To reduce the risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS),
pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to
sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician.

• While pressing the buttons on the ends of a base tube, fit it into the tubes on
the liner.
• Make sure each button on the base tube “snaps” into place. Pull the base tube
to be sure it is secure.
• Repeat this procedure to assemble the other base tube to the liner.

• Position the assembly so that the feet on the base tubes are on the ground.

• Pull apart the upper tubes on bassinet frame.

• While sliding the lock switch to unlock A, use your thumbs to push the upper
frame tube toward the liner B. Then, clip the liner onto the upper frame tube C.
Make sure you hear a “click”.
• Pull up on the liner to be sure it is secure to the upper frame tube.
• Mientras pone el interruptor del seguro en la posición abierta A, empujar con
