Please note the following information given:
Whilst checking the parts list pay attention to the frame, due
to some parts having already been added to the frame.
The following parts have already been added to the frame:
• 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 39
(Some screw bolts, washers and nuts may have already been
added to the frame)
• Parts 20 and parts 44 are pulleys, added together makes 14
pulleys. In reality there should be 10 pulleys in total, 6
pulley (20) and 4 convex pulleys (44).

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Assemble main support tube (3,4) onto the bottom tube (1) and lower cross beam (2).

STEP 2
1. Fix the weight slider tube (5) into weight plate (30).
2. Equip selector bar (6) with tube housing (27). Then put the pin (28) into the holes and insert
selector bar into weight plate (30), slide down the top plate (29) nally.
3. To connect the upper beam (8) onto the main support tube (3 ,4).

1. Connect top beam (9) with the pulley frame (7) and upper beam (8).
2. Please connect the handrail (10) onto the main support tube (3 ,4).

To cross the weight cables (38) over the pulleys (20) and xed by bolts (14) and nuts (17).
