BE SURE TO READ THE ENTIRE MANUAL BEFORE YOU ASSEMBLE OR
OPERATE YOUR MACHINE. IN PARTICULAR, NOTE THE FOLLOWING SAFETY
PRECAUTIONS:
1. Read all instructions and follow it carefully before using this equipment. Make sure the equipment is
properly assembled and tightened before use.
2. Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring the muscle, warm-up exercises are recommended.
3. Please make sure all parts are not damaged and xed well before use. This equipment should
be placed on a at surface when using. Using a mat or other covering material on the ground is
recommended.
4. Please wear proper clothes and shoes when using this equipment; do not wear clothes that might
catch any part of the equipment.
5. Do not attempt any maintenance or adjustments other than those described in this manual. Should
any problems arise, discontinue use and consult your local dealer.
6. Do not use the equipment outdoors. It is not a commercial model.
7. This equipment is for household use only.
8. Only one person at a time should use this equipment.
9. If you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising
immediately and consult your physician before continuing.
10. Care should be taken in mounting or dismounting the equipment.
11. Do not allow children to use or play on the equipment. Keep children and pets away from the
equipment while in use. This machine is designed for adults use only. The minimum free space
required for safe operation is not less than two meters.
12. The maximum weight capacity for this product is 120kgs.
WARNING: Before beginning any exercise program consult your physician. This
is especially important for the people who are over 35 years old or who have
pre-existing health problems. Read all instructions before using any tness
equipment.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
1. Remove two M8×65 Bolts (66), two Φ8×Φ20×1.5 Curve Washers (21) and two M8 Cap Nuts
(22) from the Front Stabilizer (3).
2. Attach the Front Stabilizer (3) to the Main Frame (1) with two M8×65 Bolts (66), two
Φ8×Φ20×1.5 Curve Washers (21) and two M8 Cap Nuts (22). Tighten nuts with the Spanner
with Phillips Screwdriver provided.

STEP 2
1. Insert the Seat Cushion (64) into the Rail (2), then install two Φ23×15 Cushions (58), two
Φ5×Φ9×1.0 Flat Washers (57) and two ST4.2×25 Cross Pan Head Self-drilling Screws (56) to
the Rail (2).Tighten screws with the Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
2. Install two Φ38×M10 Rubber Pads (49) onto the Rear Support Stabilizer (4). Then attach the
Rear Support Stabilizer (4) onto the Rail (2) with three M8×15 Hexagon Bolts (59) and three
Φ8×Φ16×1.5 Flat Washers (18).Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench provided.

STEP 3
1. Connect the Rail (2) onto the rail joint of Main Frame (1) with one M10×105 Hexagon Bolt
(53),one Φ10×Φ20×2.0 Flat Washer (55) and one M10 Nylon Nut (54).Tighten bolts with the
Spanner provided.
2. Insert the Φ10×98 Pin (33) to lock the Rail (2) in place. Connect the Sensor Wire (36) and
Extension Sensor Wire (72).

STEP 4
Attach left and right Foot Pedals (32) onto the Main Frame (1) with four M12×160 Hexagon Bolts
(30). Tighten bolts with the Spanner provided.

STEP 5
1. Remove two M5x10 Phillips Screws (15) from the U-shape tube of the Main Frame (1). Install
the Meter Plate (6) onto the U-shape tube of Main Frame (1) with removed two M5x10 Phillips
Screws (15). Tighten bolts with the Spanner with Phillips Screwdriver provided.
2. Connect the Extension Sensor Wire (72) to the wire that comes from the Meter (17). Then
Attach the Meter (17) onto the Meter Plate (6).

FOLDING THE ROWER
When not in use, you can save space by folding the Rail (2).
Pull out the Pin (33) to fold the Rail (2) to a vertical angle, then insert to lock the Rail (2) in a place.
SAFETY NOTICE: The Seat Cushion will glide down when folding the Rail (2). Align the hole of the
Rail (2) with the Main Frame (1) and lock with the Pin (33).
CAUTION:
Move with caution when you vertically fold the Rail (2), as your head may touch the Rear Support
Stabilizer.

PRECAUTIONS
1. Do not use exercise machinery without the consent of your doctor.
2. There is no supervision do not allow children to use this product
3. Keep your ngers, body parts, children and pets away from moving parts
4. Warm up before each workoutand cool down after each workout
5. Insure that all nuts, bolts, and screws are completely tightened before using this product.
6. If any parts appear worn, or broken, or if this product is not working properly, do not use .
7. This product is for consumer use only and is not meant for commercial use
8. Keep product indoors away from moisture and dust .
9. Place the weight bench on level surface with a mat beneath it to protect the oor or carpet.
10. Always place and equalamount ofweight on each side of the barbell.
11. Always secure theweightswith the lock collars when they are mounted on the barbell.
12. Always exercise with a partner.

MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
The rower can be cleaned with a soft clean damp cloth.Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts.
Please wipe your perspiration o the bench after each use.Be careful not get excessive moisture
on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.
Please keep the bench, especially the computer console out of direct sunlight to prevent screen
damage.
Please inspect all assembly bolts and pedals on the machine for proper tightness every week
STORAGE
Store the bench in a clean and dry environment away from children.
TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM SOLUTION
There is no display on the computer
console.
1. Remove the computer console and verify
the wire that comes from the computer
console is properly connected to the wire
that comes from the handlebar post.
2. Check if the batteries are correctly
positioned and battery springs are in
proper contact with batteries.
3. The batteries in the computer console
may be dead. Change to new batteries.
The bench wobbles when in use Turn the rear stabilizer end cap on the rear
stabilizer as needed to level the magnetic
bike.
The bench makes squeaking noise when in
use.
The bolts may be loosen on the bench.
Please inspect all of the bolts and tighten any
loosen bolts.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
The WARM-UP is an important part of any workout. The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body
for exercise and to minimize injuries. Warm up for two to ve minutes before aerobic exercising.
It should begin every session to prepare your body for more strenuous exercise by heating up and
stretching your muscles, increasing your circulation and pulse rate, and delivering more oxygen to your
muscles.
COOL DOWN at the end of your workout, repeat these exercises to reduce soreness in tired muscles. The
purpose of cooling down is to return the body to its resting state at the end of each exercise session. A
proper cool-down slowly lowers your heart rate and allows blood to return to the heart.
HEAD ROLLS
Rotate your head to the right for one count,
you should feel a stretching sensation up the
left side of your neck. Then rotate your head
back for one count, stretching your chin to the
ceiling and letting your mouth open. Rotate
your head to the left for one count, then drop
your head to your chest for one count.
SHOULDER LIFTS
Lift your right shoulder toward your ear for one
count. Then lift your left shoulder up for one
count as you lower your right shoulder.
SIDE STRETCHES
Open your arms to the side and lift them until
they are over your head. Reach your right arm
as far toward the ceiling as you can for one
count. Repeat this action with your left arm.

WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE
QUADRICEP STRETCH
With one hand against a wall for balance, reach
behind you and pull your right foot up.Bring
your heel as close to your buttocks as possible.
Hold for 15 counts and repeat with left foot.
INNER THIGH STRETCH
Sit with the soles of your feet together and
your knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as
close to your groin as possible. Gently push
your knees toward the oor. Hold for 15 counts.
TOE TOUCHES
Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting
your back and shoulders relax as you stretch
toward your toes.Reach as far as you can and
hold for 15 counts.
HAMSTRING STRETCHES
Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your
left foot against your right inner thigh. Stretch
toward your toe as far as possible. Hold for 15
counts.Relax and then repeat with left leg.
CALF/ACHILLES STRETCH
Lean against a wall with your left leg in front of
the right and your arms forward.Keep your right
leg straight and the left foot on the oor; then
bend the left leg and lean forward by moving
your hips toward the wall.Hold, then repeat on
the other side for 15 counts.
