Intended use
This round barbecue is intended exclusively for the preparation of grilled foods.
It is suitable only for use outdoors. This round barbecue is intended for use only
in domestic environments, not for commercial applications.
No liability will be assumed for damage caused by misuse or improper handling,
the use of force or unauthorised modification.
Claims of any kind for damage resulting from unintended use, incompetent
repairs, unauthorised modification or the use of unauthorised spare parts will
not be accepted.
The user is the sole bearer of the risk.

Basic safety instructions
WARNING
Risk of burns
1. Place the round barbecue on a secure, level and firm surface during use,
otherwise it could tip over.
2. CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol to ignite or reignite the grill! Use only
ignition aids that comply with EN1860-3. The deflagration could cause an
uncontrollable development of heat.
3. ATTENTION! During use, the round barbecue will become very hot and
may not be moved, otherwise it could tip over.
4. ATTENTION! Keep children and pets well away from it!
5. When grilling, wear appropriate grilling gloves and use grilling tongs.
6. Never leave the round barbecue unsupervised when hot.
7. Allow the round barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning it.
8. Never use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.
WARNING
Risk of suffocation!
► The round barbecue must only be used outdoors!
► Do NOT operate the round barbecue in enclosed spaces or covered areas.

Assembly
Preparing for assembly
Allow yourself plenty of time to assemble the round barbecue. Find a level work
surface about one to two square metres in size. Remove all individual items from
the packaging and place them where they are conveniently handy.
Required assembly materials
Phillips head screwdriver
Open-ended spanners width across flats 5 mm,
width across flats 8 mm
WARNING
► To avoid possible injury, the screw heads should always face outwards.
Step 1
♦ Screw the handle to the hood 3using bolt M5 x 10 C , washers
Ø6 x 16 F , spring ring Ø5 H and wing nut M5 L .
♦ Secure the air vent 2to the hood 3using bolt M5 x 10 C , washer
Ø6 x 12 G , spring washer Ø5 H and nut M5

♦ Screw the support legs 10 to the firebowl 7using bolts M6 x 30 B and
washers Ø6 x 25 E .
♦ Secure the ventilation plates 2to the firebowl 7using screws M5 x 10 C ,
washers Ø6 x 12 G , spring rings Ø5 H and nuts M5

♦ Secure the bracket closures 8and the brackets 9to the firebowl 7using
bolts M3x10 D and nuts M3 J .

Step 4
♦ Place the charcoal bowl 6into the firebowl 7and screw in place using
bolt M6 x 60

and wing nut M6 K .
Step 5
♦ Attach the handle 5to the cooking grill 4and place it onto the brackets 9.
You can now remove the handle 5from the cooking grill 4again, so that
it does not interfere when you are barbecuing.
♦ If you would like to transport the round barbecue, place the hood 3onto
the firebowl 7and secure it with the bracket closures 8.

Using the device
NOTE
► Before initial use, the round barbecue must be warmed up for at least
30 minutes.
WARNING
Warning about burns!
► Place the round barbecue on a secure, level and firm surface during use,
otherwise it could tip over.
► CAUTION! Do not use spirit or petrol to ignite or reignite the grill! Use only
ignition aids that comply with EN1860-3. The defl
agration could cause an
uncontrollable development of heat.
■ Layer a portion of the charcoal into the charcoalbowl 6.
■ Place one or two solid firelighters on the existing layer of charcoal and ignite
the solid fi
relighters with a match or lighter.
■ Allow the firelighters to burn for 2 to 4 minutes. Then slowly fill the charcoal-
bowl 6with charcoal.
■ After about 20 minutes the charcoal will display a white coating of ash.
The optimal burning temperature has now been reached.
■ Use a suitable metal tool to distribute the charcoal evenly in the charcoal-
bowl 6.
■ Hook in the 4cooking grill and start barbecuing.
■ If you are barbecuing using the hood 3, ensure that the ventilation plates 2
on the firebowl 7and the hood 3are open in order to provide a supply
of oxygen.

Cleaning and care
WARNING
Risk of burning
► Allow the round barbecue to cool down completely before cleaning it or
putting it into storage. NEVER use water to extinguish the glowing charcoal.
CAUTION
► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents, they can damage the
enamelled components.
For normal cleaning, use a cloth and water with normal detergent.
Clean the cooking grill with detergent and a household sponge.
Disposal
Dispose of flammable materials carefully and in an environmentally
friendly manner. Only dispose of residual waste in containers made of
metal and intended for this purpose or made of non-flammable materials.
Dispose of the round barbecue via an approved waste management centre or
at your community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations.
Please contact your waste management centre should you be in any doubt.
Dispose of all packaging materials in an environmentally friendly manner.

This device has been manufactured with care and inspected meticulously prior
to delivery. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a
warranty claim, please contact Customer Service by telephone. This is the only
way to guarantee free dispatch of your goods.
NOTE
► The warranty only covers claims for material and manufacturing defects,
not for transport damage, parts subject to wear and tear or damage to
fragile components such as switches.
This device is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty is deemed void if this product has been subjected to improper or
inappropriate handling, abuse or modifications not carried out by one of our
authorised service centres. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way
by this warranty.
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs made under the warranty. This
also applies to replaced and repaired parts. Damage and defects present at the
time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking, or no later than
two days after the date of purchase. Repairs made after expiry of the warranty
period are chargeable.

Montering
Förberedelser för montering
Ta god tid på dig när du monterar grillen. Röj upp en arbetsyta på ca en till två
kvadratmeter på ett jämnt underlag. Ta upp de enskilda delarna ur förpackningen
och lägg ut dem så att du har dem nära till hands.
Nödvändigt monteringsmaterial

Skruvnyckel SW 5 mm, SW 8 mm
VARNING
► Skruvarnas huvuden ska för säkerhets skull alltid vändas utåt för att undvika
skador.
Steg 1
♦ Skruva fast handtaget med skruv M5 x 10 C , mellanläggsbricka
Ø6 x 16 F , fjäderbricka Ø5 H och vingmutter M5 L på locket 3.
♦ Fäst ventilen 2på locket 3med skruv M5 x 10 C , mellanläggsbricka
Ø6 x 12 G , fjäderbricka Ø5 H och mutter M5
