- This building is pressure treated to ensure
the longevity of all timber components and
protect against rot. This may leave a colour
difference on some parts that will even out
as the moisture contents stabilize.
- In line with your statutory rights, please
check all parts prior to assembly, as
assembly of damaged parts may be deemed
to be acceptance and this may affect the
remedies you are entitled to. If the product is
not constructed in accordance with the
instructions, or is altered in anyway (e.g.
painted), the manufacturer cannot be held
liable for any resulting damage.
- Timber is a natural material. It will shrink
and swell as a result of varying moisture
content.
- Please keep all plastic bags and small
parts away from children in order to reduce
the risk of suffocation.
- This product must be built on a solid level
base.
- Important Note : Do not lean or stand on
roof during assembly. The roof is not load
bearing.

PLUG
Place the floor sections together
and so that they are tight. Place the
floor plug in the centre.

Fix the arch section in place using 70mm
screws, at an angle, on each side.
Fix the uprights to the panels using 4x70mm
screws for each side screwing through the
panels framework.
Place all panels onto the floor so that
everything is flush.

Fix each panel to the floor
sections using 4x70mm screws,
screwing through the panel
framing.

Place the rafter assembly on
to the building so that the
rafters sit in the top of the
uprights. Further secure the
rafters by using 2x70mm
screws for each.

Slot the rafters into the finial and fix
using 1x120mm screws screwing
through the rafter into the finial for each
rafter as shown.

Place the roof sections so
that they sit in the grooves of
the rafters. Fix each in place
using 4x45mm screws for
each side, screwing through
the roof into the rafter.

Fit each of the loose roof boards
into the ends of the roof sections.
Fix each board using 2x45mm
screws for each end
Assemble each bench as shown.

Use the silicon to seal along the
edges of the roof panels.
