Check all parts prior to assembly.
This buildings is pressure treated to ensure longevity of all timber
components and to protect against rot. This may leave a colour
difference on some parts that will even out as the moisture content
stabilises. This will not need additional treatment.
- Timber is a natural material. It will shrink and swell as a result of
varying moisture content.
- Please keep all plastic bags and small parts away from children
- This product must be built on a solid level base.
- The roof of this building is not a load bearing structure.

Make sure the panels are tight and sat on the floor correctly before fixing each panel to the floor
using 50mm screws. Make sure that the screws are in line with the floor bearers.
(A) = 3 x 50mm screws (B) = 2 x 50mm screws ( C) = 3 x 50mm screws

Position the four panels so that they sit on top of the floor as shown making sure that the
bottom board is overhanging the floor. Make sure that the panels are flush before fixing
them to each other using 3 x 50mm screws.

Fix the two L’ brackets to each end of the 1508mm batten, offset by 28mm, using 2 x 25mm
screws for each.
Place the batten so that it sits between the front and back panels. Make sure that it is tight
before fixing the L’ bracket to the vertical batten using another 2 x 25mm screws for each
end.
Position the corner strips so that they are tight and cover up where the panels join. Fix each
strip in place using 4 x 25mm screws.
Place the 1968mm batten against the front and above the entrance. Fix this in place using 4 x
50mm screws. Make sure that the screws are positioned in line with the vertical framing on the
reverse of the panel.

Place the roof sheet on top of the three patterns shown. The two 2400mm battens
should be flush on the ends and one of them should be offset from the edge 20mm. Fix
the roof sheet to the batten using 10 x 30mm nails (spaced evenly).
Position the 2294mm batten between these spaced as shown and offset on each end
by 50mm. Fix using 9 x 30mm nails. (spaced evenly)

From inside the building place the two 1667mm strips (Q) against both sides of the door
entrance. Make sure that each strip sits tight and is flush with the framing. Fix in place
using 30mm nails.
Position the strips (O) and (S) to frame the entrance and fix using 30mm nails. Make sure
that each strip is flush with the framework and leaves a slight lip over the entrance.
(Q) = 5 x 30mm nails (O) = 5 x 30mm nails (S) = 4 x 30mm nails

Place a roof sheet on top of the 1129mm batten (P) and the 1690mm (N) battens as shown.
Batten (N) should be flush on all sides and secured in place using 30mm nails spaced
evenly.
Position batten (T) so that is offset from the end 12mm and flush with the short edge of the
roof sheet. Fix using 30mm nails.
(5) = 2 x 30mm Nails (N) = 7 x 30mm Nails.

Place the 358mm notched pieces (U) into the bottom of the window openings so that they are
flush on all sides and fix each piece in place using 2 x 25mm screws.
Position a 1238mm piece of glazing into the window frame before securing a 1238mm batten to
each side with 2 x 50mm screws. Slot the 358mm piece of beading between the two battens at
the bottom 3 x panel pins to secure it.
Place the completed roof sections onto the building so that the angled batten is at the front and
the roof sheet lines up with the apex and eaves. Fix each roof section in place using 30mm
screws.

Place the sheets in to the door so that each sheet sits on the rebated frame. Place each piece of
beading on top of the sheets makings sure that everything is flush. Fix the beading in place
using Panel Pins.

ATTENTION:
TAKE CARE
WHEN TRIMMING
THE ROOF FELT.
Unroll the felt and place each section so that they overlap at the apex and overhang on the
eaves by approximately 50mm. Fix the felt to the roof using felt nails spaced in 150mm intervals
along the edges and the seam. Make sure that the felt nails are positioned so that they locate
into the batten on the eaves.
Cut and fold the corners securing with a single felt nail.

Place the barge boards against the ends of the roof so that they meet at the apex and are flush
on all sides. To secure each barge board in place use 3 x 30mm screws.
Secure the finial in place using 2 x 25mm screws for each.

From the outside place the remaining beading against the bottom front of the glazing and fix in
place using 3 x panel pins for each.

Position the doors in
to the door frame and
make sure that the
larger part of the
hinge is sat tight
against the framing
before fixing each
hinge with 3 x 30mm
screws.
The doors should be
positioned squarely
and open outwards
without obstruction.
Position the two
747mm strips
against the inside of
the doors so that
they overlap the gap
equally.
The bottom strip
should be offset
80mm from the
bottom of the door.
The top strip should
be in line with the top
of the door and
spaced roughly

bottom strip.

left hand door using

From the inside
position a small
barrel bolt against
top and bottom of the
left hand door. Make
sure that the bolts
will close properly
and hold the door
securely. Fix in place
using the screws
provided.
Place and fix a turn
button to the left
hand door so that
when it’s in the
locked position it
holds the doors level.
Use a 30mm screw.

top and bottom of
the door frame. Fix
the smaller part of
the hinge to the
door using 2 x
30mm screws.
Repeat

Maintenance.
- Regularly check all fixings and parts are secure.
- Visually check for wear and tear.
- Check your roof felt for tears and leaks.
