Thank you for choosing this garden building
manufactured by the UK's largest manufacturer of
timber garden products. In order to gain the most
benefit from it, please note the following:
- This building is pressure treated to ensure the
longevity of all timber components and protect
against rot. This may leave a colour difference on
some parts that will even out as the moisture
contents stabilize.
- In line with your statutory rights, please check all
parts prior to assembly, as assembly of damaged
parts may be deemed to be acceptance and this
may affect the remedies you are entitled to.
-If the product is not constructed in accordance
with the instructions, or is altered in anyway (e.g.
painted), the manufacturer cannot be held liable
for any resulting damage.
- Timber is a natural material. It will shrink and
swell as a result of varying moisture content.
- Please keep all plastic bags and small parts
away from children in order to reduce the risk of
suffocation.
- Important Note : Do not lean or stand on roof
during assembly. The roof is not load bearing.

Fix the uprights to the panels using
4x70mm screws for each side.
Place all panels onto the floor so that
everything is flush (Pre- drill).
Position the floor section together, face
down, as shown and fix together using
4 x 70mm screws. (Pre- drill)

Place the floor sections together and so
that they are tight. Place the floor plug in
the centre. (Pre- drill)

FINIAL
ROOF PANEL
RAFTER
Use the silicon to seal along the
edges of the roof panels
Fix each panel to the floor sections
using 4x70mm screws, screwing
through the panel framing. (Pre- drill)
Slot the rafters into the finial
and fix using 1x120mm screw
for each rafter as shown.
(Pre- drill)
Place the rafter assembly on
to the building so that the
rafters sit in the top of the
uprights. Further secure the
rafters by using 2x70mm
screws for each. (Pre- drill)
Place the roof sections so that
they sit in the grooves of the
rafters. Fix each in place using
4x45mm screws for each side,
screwing through the framing into
the rafter. (Pre- drill)

SIDE BRACE
Assemble each work bench as
shown. Fix each board using
2x45mm screws for each end.

Fix the lock and
handle as shown
using the fixings
supplied. (Pre- drill)
Place and fix the hook to the post so that is in
line with the door. Fix the eye to the door at the
desired position. Repeat for the opposite door.
