Check all parts prior to assembly
- The timber in this product is pressure treated to
ensure longevity and protection against rot. This may
leave colour variations, but these will even out as the
moisture content stabilises.
- Timber is a natural material. It will shrink and swell as
a result of varying moisture content.
- Please keep all plastic bags and small parts away
from children
- This product must be built on a solid level base.

Place and fix the
remaining boards
the same as step 2.
Make sure the
boards are spaced
out evenly.

Place a post
against the corner
so that the notch
sits on the deck
board you have
previously placed.
Make sure this is
tight and flush.
Secure this in place
using 2 x coach
bolts for each post.
(PRE-DRILL)
Place a board at
each end so that
they are flush with
each side. Fix each
board in place using
two screws for each
board (joist) it sits
on as illustrated.

Use four of the
boards to create
your square base
as shown. Fix at the
corners using the
blocks provided.
Place another four
boards inside the
square spaced
446mm apart. Fix
these in place using
2x50mm screws for
each end screwing
from the outside.

Hint: To ensure the deck is
perfectly square. Measure
diagonally across from
point to point. It should be

Measure the
distance between
the posts and cut
the rails to the
correct size so that
they can fit in
between the posts.
Fix the rail to the
balusters you have
previously secured
using 2 x 45mm
screws for each
end.
(PRE-DRILL)
Cut the two hand
rails to size and
place these on top of
the baluster
assembly.
Fix each in place
using 4 x 45mm
screws.
(PRE-DRILL)
Place a baluster
against the post so
that it is 50mm
above the deck and
flush with the
outside of the post.
Fix this in place
using 3 x 50mm
screws. Repeat for
the other posts.
(PRE-DRILL)
Fix the remaining
balusters to the
outside of the rails
making sure each is
spaced
approximately
91mm apart.
Fix each in place
with a 45mm screw
at each end.

Rail placed on

Place a rafter into
the slotted posts.
Make sure that
there is equal
overhang on either
side.
Fix the in place
using 2 x 60mm
screws for each
post

Place the rafters in
to the brackets.
Make sure these all
line up correctly
before fixing with
25mm screws.

Place the braces
into position as
shown and fix to the
posts and rafters
using 2 x 60mm
screws for each.

Fix a bracket to the
rafter at the top of
each post. Make
sure these are lined
up equally.
Position the
remaining brackets
so they are equally
spaced along the
rafters.
Fix the brackets in
place using 25mm
screws.

Fix the two decks
together at step 3
screwing the deck
boards together.
