This isbuilding pre-treated with a factory base coat for protection during
storage and transit. We recommend that you treat your new building as soon
as possible after assembly using a wood preservative treatment. Apply in
accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
nPlease keep all plastic bags and small parts away from children.
nThe roof of this product is not a load bearing structure.
nTimber is a natural material and will shrink and swell as a result of
varying moisture content.
Assembly of damaged parts may be deemed to be acceptance and this may
affect the remedies you are entitled to.
If the product is not constructed in accordance with the instructions, or is
altered in anyway (e.g. painted), the manufacturer cannot be held liable for
any resulting damage.

Wear gloves when handling freshly treated wood. Avoid breathing
dust when cutting treated or untreated wood. Dispose of off-cuts

Place the panels on top of the base making sure that they are all tight and flush before fixing the panels
together using 3 x 50mm screws for each corner.
From inside the unit secure the front and back panels to the floor using 3 x 50mm screws and 2 x 50mm
screws for the sides. Screw down through the bottom batten into the bearers underneath.
Place each of the corner
strips against the ends
of the front and back
panels so that they are
tight and fix them in
place using 3 x 30mm
screws for each.
Place the thinner strip
against the inside of the
door entrance, on the
left hand side as shown.
Again make sure this is
flush before fixing in
place with 3 x 30mm
screws.

Position the roof sheet
over the top of the
1699mm batten so
that the batten is in
the middle of the
board and off set
45mm on both ends.
Fix this in place
hammering through
the board into the
batten using 30mm
nails spaced in 300mm
intervals.
Fix the 1791mm
battens so that they
are flush on all sides,
as shown, and agin fix
these in place using
nails in 300mm
intervals for each.
Fix a Z’bracket to
each end of the
middle using abatten
25mm screw.

Lift the roof section into
place making sure that it
is in line with the sides.
Fix the roof in place using
30mm nails spaced in
approximately 300mm
intervals.
Make sure the nails locate
into the framework of the
panels.

Place and fix the hinges to the door. Each
hinge should be positioned in line with the
horizontal framing.Fix the smaller piece of
the hinge to the door.

not be backed out.
You may need to
cut the plastic
strips to size using
a pair of scissors

Place the barge boards so that
they line up at the corners and
the top of the roof. Fix each in
place using 30mm screws.
Position the Hasp so that the
screws will locate into the middle
batten on the reverse of the door.
Position the staple opposite so
that both pieces will slot together
and again making sure that the
screws will locate into the
framework behind.
Unroll the felt and cut it into two equal lengths.
Place the felt at the over the roof at the back so that there is
approximately a 45mm overhang on the edges. Secure the felt
to the roof, nailing along the sides using felt tacks placed in
150mm intervals. Place the remaining piece of felt over the top
and secure the same way also using tacks to secure fasten
down the overlap along the middle of the roof.
Cut and fold the felt at the corners as shown.
With another person holding the
door and the hinges open place and
fix the hinges to the door frame.
Place the window from the outside so that the lip sits on the bottom board as shown.
Place the plastic strips at the top, bottom and right hand side of the window so that strips butt up against the cladding. Fix each strip in
place using 2 x security screws.
Place the 675mm wooden strip against the left side of the window so that it overlaps the window and the strips. It should also be flush
with the cladding on the door side. Fix this in place using 2 x security screws.
