GB Thank you for buying Forever brand product. Before use, read
this instruction manual and keep it for future reference. Do not
open the device on your own – any repairs should be carried
out by a serviceman. Only use original parts and accessories
supplied by the manufacturer. The device must not be exposed
to direct re or other heat sources. We hope that Forever will
meet your expectations.
Introduction
Before using the kids watch, carefully read the instruction ma-
nual to ensure correct operation. Kids watch is a small telecom-
munication device, used to locate its position and send data.
Operation of the device is based on GSM/GPRS mobile network.
IMPORTANT!
The device requires installation of a micro SIM card with active
service, allowing to make and receive calls, with no PIN lock. It is
recommended to deactivate voicemail. When sending information
regarding location, the watch will require access to mobile Internet,
therefore, you should buy at least 1 GB package. Use of the watch
may be associated with fees for using the network and calls, in ac-
cordance with the operator’s tari.

Charging
It is recommended to use a charger of output parameters of 5
V DC, 500 mA. Charger is not included in the set. Full charging
time of the watch is approximately 2 hours.
Open the plug protecting the micro USB port, and then connect
the micro USB cable included in set.
Instruction manual
1. Preparation of the watch.
– Open the back ap of the watch by carefully levering its upper
part and sides until the latches are disengaged. Then, remove
the battery, paying attention not to damage the battery cables.
Remember its positioning.
– Before inserting or removing the SIM card, always ensure that
the watch is turned o. Never insert or remove SIM card when
the watch is turned on.
– Open the protection of the micro SIM card by carefully moving
it to the right, and then insert the SIM card into the slot, so that
the chip of the SIM card is facing up towards the screen of the
watch. Then, close the protection by moving it to the left.
– Place the battery in the watch in its original position, and then
close the back ap by engaging the latches.

GB 2. First launching
– After installation of the SIM card in the watch, and making sure
that the device is charged up, you may activate it by pressing
and holding the ON button, located on the right-hand side.
– Upon activation, the watch will connect with a mobile network.
3. Watch operation
The watch is operated using the touch screen. By moving your
nger on the screen, you may switch between particular func-
tions; you select functions by pressing the screen.

1. The main screen of the watch shows the current date and
time, as well as the battery charge level. The screen also conta-
ins an icon indicating connection with a mobile network, as well
as an icon indicating the amount of received prizes.
2. Allows to make a phone call by manually entering the number.
3. The phone directory provides access to 10 contacts, dened
using the application.
4. Allows to take a photo that will be saved in the album.
5. Access recently taken photo. Ability to preview, send or dele-
te. Each taken photo overwrites the previous one.
6. Simple mathematical game with three diculty levels.
7. Allows to send voice messages, as well as receive text and

voice messages.
8. Allows to activate a torchlight built in the watch.
4. Use of application
Download the „Forever Care” application for iOS or „Forever
KidsCare” for Android.

Account and watch registration:
In the registration window, enter or scan the watch code (REG CODE)
located on the bottom of the package and by the watch.Enter your
e-mail address, name and password.Then, select the language of the
application and the area in which the watch will be used.
– Chat: Send a text or voice message to the watch by entering it
with keyboard or recording with phone microphone. Here you
can also listen to voice messages sent from the watch.
- Remote camera: Take a photo using the camera of the watch and
receive it on your phone. Taken photo will appear after some time,
depending on the strength of the mobile network signal.
– Map: Shows the current position of the watch on the map.
Click button to select one of the three map modes.
Click button to refresh location of the watch.
Click button to locate the watch.
Click button to locate the marker of the watch.
Click button to switch between paired watches.
– Route: Set date and time for which you want to check the route
traveled by the user of the watch in a given time.

GB – Safety zone: Click the + mark to specify safety zone. Enter the
name of your zone, click on the map, and then select the size
of the mapped zone in the range between 200 m and 2000 m.
When the watch leaves the zone, you will be notied.
– Alarm clock: Alarm clock settings. Set selected time and frequ-
ency of repeating.
– Find the watch: Click nd the watch to nd it if it is near you.
The watch will ring, informing about its location.
– Me:
• Personal data: Your account settings
• List of devices: Add, edit or delete connected watches.
• Change password: Change your account password.
– Prizes: Send the appropriate number of hearts that will be
displayed on the watch screen. Specify any meaning for each
number and prize the user of the watch.
– Notications: Here you may receive and view any notications
and alarms received from the watch.
– Settings:
• SOS numbers: When the user of the watch presses and holds
the SOS button, the watch will automatically make an alarm call
to three contacts dened here.
• Voice monitoring: enter a phone number which the watch will
call, allowing to listen the surroundings of the watch. Answer the
call and check what is happening in the vicinity. The user of the
watch will not be notied about such a call.
• Do not disturb: Select the time during the day, at which the
user of the watch will not get any phone calls.
• Locating mode: Select normal mode – refreshing the location
of the watch once every ten minutes; energy saving mode –
once every hour; tracking mode – once every minute.
• SMS notications: Enter a number, to which you want to re-
ceive SMS notications about events, such as: low watch battery

level, SOS alarm activation using the watch button, as well as
losing or taking the watch o.
• Phone directory: dene up to ten contacts that will be available
to the watch user in the phone directory.
• Time zone: Set your time zone to allow the watch to display
correct date and time on the screen.
• Language: Select one of the available languages of the watch.
• Settings switch: Activate or deactivate functions of the watch
• LBS localization: Activate or deactivate localization using an-
tennae of network operators
• Remotely deactivate the watch: The watch will be turned o
Questions, problems and solutions
The application does not receive commands and shows in-
formation that the watch is disconnected from the network.
Reason: The watch is disconnected from the network
Solution: – Check whether GMS signal is correct.
– Check whether SIM card is correctly installed in the watch and
whether it supports 2G Internet.
– Send an SMS from the phone to the number of the SIM card
installed in the watch of the following contents: pw,123456
,ip,52.28.132.157,8001# – the watch will respond with an SMS
of the following contents: [surl,52.28132.157,port,8001#]ok.! it
should work properly after this action.
– Check whether the parameters of the server have correct IP
number, port and ID. Check the parameters by sending an SMS
from a phone to the number of the card installed in the watch
with the following contents: pw,123456,ts# – the watch should
respond with an SMS including the IP, port and ID numbers, as
in the example:

the plate included with the watch and on the bottom of the package)

Compare data included in the SMS with the watch number. If
the ID number is dierent from the number provided on the
plate included with the watch or on the bottom of the packa-
ge, set new IMEI number. Send the following SMS from a phone
to the number of the card installed in the watch: pw,123456,i-
mei,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx# – after receiving the SMS, the watch
will respond with SMS including the correct IMEA number, for
example: pw,123456,imei,359614514986574#
– Check whether the ID number matches the ID number of the
watch provided in the devices list in the application.
You may not call the watch. The signal is busy or the subscri-
ber does not answer the call.
Reason: The watch does not recognize the incoming number or
the application is set to “do not disturb” mode.
Solution: – Check whether the number you are calling from is
not restricted.
– Check whether there are contact numbers set in the applica-

tion. The watch only answers the calls from numbers that were
previously set in the application contacts.
The application does not update location in real-time. It se-
lects LBS locations only
Reason: GPS signal is too weak to locate the watch or the watch
is in sleep mode.
Solution: – Leave the building with the watch and press the “LO-
CATION” function in the “MAP” function.
– Remember that the application allows to set appropriate
watch operation mode. This is associated with the frequency of
collecting data, also those related to the location. In the energy-
saving mode, data is send once every hour. Therefore, to main-
tain full control of the location in real-time, it is recommended
to use normal mode, which collects data every 10 minutes, or
tracking mode, in which data is collected every minute.
The watch does not display current time and date
Reason: The watch failed to connect with the application server
in order to update time.
Solution:– Time may also be updated in connection with GPS
location. It may be checked by going outside and using GPS lo-
calizer function.
– If the watch is several hours behind, check and select ap-
propriate time zone via the application.
– If the aforementioned activities will not solve the problem,
send the following SMS from your phone (to the number
of the SIM card installed in the watch): pw,123456,ntp-
servers,121.40.88.40,8089#
The watch should respond with an SMS with similar contents.
Then, restart the watch. Additionally, you may also send a

conguration SMS to the SIM number in the watch with the
following contents: pw,123456,time,hour.minute.second,da-
te,year.month.day# – including, for example, the current time
pw,123456,time,09.50.00,date,2016.06.01#
The watch does not connect with the server and the appli-
cation may again show that the watch is oine.
Reason: APN (Access Point Name – a specic package network,
e.g. Internet) of the operator of the installed SIM card will not
always be present on the list of APNs directly after activating the
device. This, in particular, applies to Play and Virgin operators!
Solution: – Send the following SMS to the number of the SIM
card installed in the watch: pw,123456,APN,internet #
Principles of safe use
• Read and keep this manual.
• Do not remove the cover of the device. Inside, there are no
parts that can be repaired by the user. Any repairs should be
carried out by a serviceman.
• Protect the device against contact with water and moisture to
avoid electric shock.
• Note: Only use original parts/accessories supplied by the ma-
nufacturer.
• Follow the recommen dations provided in the manual. This
product is not a toy

Wstęp
Przed rozpoczęciem używania zegarka dziecięcego przeczytaj
instrukcję ze zrozumieniem w celu zapewnienia jego prawidło-
wej pracy. Zegarek dziecięcy jest małym urządzeniem telekomu-
nikacyjnym służącym do lokalizowania jego położenia i przesy-
łania danych. Urządzenie w swoim działaniu opiera się na sieci
komórkowej GSM/GPRS.
WAŻNE!
Urządzenie wymaga instalacji karty micro SIM z aktywną usługą
wykonywania/odbierania połączeń z wyłączoną blokadą PIN. Suge-
rowane wyłączenie poczty głosowej. Podczas przesyłania informacji
o lokalizacji zegarek będzie potrzebował dostępu do mobilnego
Internetu, dlatego warto wykupić pakiet minimum 1 GB. Podczas
użytkowania zegarka mogą zostać naliczone opłaty za korzystanie
z sieci i połączenia zgodnie z taryfą operatora.

Ładowanie
Zalecane używanie ładowarki o parametrach wyjściowych 5V
DC, 500mA. Ładowarka nie jest dołączona do zestawu. Czas
ładowania zegarka do pełna to około 2 godziny.
Otwórz zaślepkę chroniącą port micro USB, a następnie podłącz

Instrukcja obsługi
1. Przygotowanie zegarka.
- Otwórz tylną klapkę zegarka delikatnie podważając ją w gór-
nej części oraz po bokach do momentu odpięcia zatrzasków.
Następnie wyjmij baterię zwracając uwagę, aby nie uszkodzić
przewodów baterii. Zapamiętaj jej ułożenie.
- Przed włożeniem lub wyjęciem karty SIM zawsze upewnij się,
że zegarek jest wyłączony. Nigdy nie wkładaj lub wyjmuj karty
SIM, gdy zegarek jest włączony.
- Otwórz zabezpieczenie karty micro sim przesuwając je delikat-
nie w prawo a następnie włóż kartę SIM w slot w pozycji takiej
aby chip karty sim był zwrócony do góry do ekranu zegarka. Na-
stępnie zamknij zabezpieczenie przesuwając w lewo.
- Umieść baterie w zegarku w pozycji pierwotnej, a następnie

2. Pierwsze uruchomienie
- Po przeprowadzeniu instalacji karty SIM w zegarku oraz uprzed-
nim naładowaniu urządzenia możemy je uruchomić poprzez naci-
śnięcie i przytrzymacie przycisku włącz po prawej stronie.
- Po uruchomieniu zegarek połączy się z siecią komórkową.
3. Obsługa zegarka
Zegarek obsługujemy za pomocą ekranu dotykowego. Przesuwa-
jąc palcem po ekranie przechodzimy pomiędzy poszczególnymi
funkcjami a daną funkcje wybieramy poprzez naciśnięcie ekranu.

poziom naładowania baterii. Na tym ekranie widzimy również ikon-
kę połączenia z siecią komórkową oraz ikonkę ilości otrzymanych

Rejestracja konta i zegarka:
W oknie rejestracji wprowadź lub zeskanuj kod zegarka ( REG CODE)
znajdujący się na spodzie opakowania oraz przy zegarku. Wprowadź
swój adres email, nazwę oraz hasło. Następnie wybierz język aplikacji
oraz obszar użytkowania zegarka.
- Czat: Wyślij wiadomość tekstową lub głosową do zegarka poprzez
wpisanie jej na klawiaturze lub nagranie za pomocą mikrofonu te-
lefonu. W tym miejscu odsłuchujesz również wiadomości głosowe
wysłane z zegarka.
- Zdalny aparat: Wykonaj zdjęcie używając aparatu zegarka i otrzymaj
je na swój telefon. Wykonane zdjęcie pojawia się po pewnym czasie
oczekiwania w zależności od siły sygnału sieci komórkowej.
- Mapa: Pokazuje aktualną pozycję zegarka na mapie.

pieczeństwa. Wpisz nazwę Twojej strefy, kliknij na mapę, a na-
stępnie wybierz rozmiar wyznaczanej strefy w przedziale od
200m do 2000m. Po przekroczeniu strefy przez zegarek otrzy-
masz powiadomienie.
- Budzik: Ustawienia budzika. Ustaw wybraną godzinę oraz czę-
stotliwość powtarzania.
- Znajdź zegarek: Kliknij szukaj zegarka, aby odszukać go jeśli
jest w Twoim pobliżu. Zegarek będzie dzwonił informując o swo-
im położeniu.
- Ja:
• Dane osobiste: Ustawienia Twojego konta
• Lista urządzeń: Dodawaj, edytuj lub usuwaj powiązanie z zegarkami.
• Zmień hasło: Zmień hasło do Twojego konta.
- Nagrody: Wyślij odpowiednią ilość serc, która pojawi się na
ekranie zegarka. Ustal dowolne znaczenie każdej liczby i nagra-
dzaj użytkownika zegarka.
Ustawienia
• Powiadomienia: W tym miejscu otrzymujesz i masz podgląd
do wszelkich powiadomień i alarmów otrzymywanych z zegarka.
Ustawienia:
• Numery SOS: Kiedy użytkownik zegarka naciśnie i przytrzyma
przycisk SOS, zegarek wykonuj automatyczne połączenie alar-
mowe do trzech zdeniowanych w tym miejscu kontaktów.

• Monitoring głosu: wprowadź numer telefonu na które ma
zostać wywołane połączenie z zegarka w celu słuchania jego
otoczenia. Odbierz połączenie i sprawdź co dzieje się w pobliżu.
Użytkownik zegarka nie ma żadnego powiadomienia że takie
połączenie zostało wykonane.
• Nie przeszkadzaj: Wybierz czas w ciągu dnia w którym użyt-
kownik zegarka nie będzie otrzymywał połączeń telefonicznych.
• Tryb lokalizacji: Wybierz tryb normalny – odświeżanie lokaliza-
cji zegarka raz na dziesięć minut, oszczędzanie energii - raz na
godzinę, śledzenie - raz na minutę.
• Powiadomienia SMS: Wpisz numer na jaki chcesz otrzymywać
powiadomienia SMS o zdarzeniach takich jak: niski poziom ba-
terii w zegarku, uruchomienie alarmu SOS za pomocą przycisku
zegarka oraz utrata lub zdjęcie zegarka.
• Książka telefoniczna: zdeniuj do dziesięciu kontaktów, które w
książce telefonicznej będzie miał dostępne użytkownik zegarka.
• Strefa czasu: Ustaw Twoją strefę czasu, aby zegarek pokazywał
poprawną datę i godzinę na ekranie.
• Język: Wybierz jeden z dostępnych języków zegarka.
• Przełącznik ustawień: Włącz lub wyłącz funkcje zegarka
• Lokalizacja LBS: Włącz lub wyłącz lokalizację za pomocą anten

9. Pytania problemy i rozwiązania
Aplikacja nie przyjmuje komend i pokazuje informacje, że
zegarek nie jest w sieci.
- Sprawdź czy sygnał GSM jest prawidłowy.
- Sprawdź czy karta SIM jest prawidłowo zainstalowana w
zegarku i czy obsługuje internet 2G.
- Wyślij SMS z telefonu na nr karty SIM zainstalowanej w zegar-
ku o treści pw,123456,ip,52.28.132.157,8001# - zegarek w od-
powiedzi odeśle smsa o treści [surl,52.28132.157,port,8001#]
ok.! i po tej czynności będzie działać poprawnie.

- Sprawdź czy parametry serwera zawierają prawidłowy numer
IP, port i ID. Parametry sprawdź wysyłając SMS z telefonu na nr
karty zainstalowanej w zegarku o treści: pw,123456,ts# - zega-
rek w odpowiedzi powinien przesłać SMS z treścią zawierającą
numer IP, port oraz ID, jak w przykładzie:

numer ID różni się od numeru z plakietki przypiętej do zegarka
lub spodzie opakowania, należy ustawić nowy numer IMEI.
Wyślij z telefonu na numer karty zainstalowanej w zegarku
SMS o treści: pw,123456,imei,xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx# - zegarek
po otrzymaniu SMSa z kodem odsyła w odpowiedzi SMS
z prawidłowym numerem IMEI na przykład: pw,123456,i-
mei,359614514986574#
- Sprawdź w aplikacji, na liście urządzeń czy zarejestrowany nu-
mer ID jest zgodny z ID zegarka.

Nie można zadzwonić na zegarek. Sygnał jest zajęty lub
abonent nie odpowiada
Powód: Zegarek nie rozpoznaje numeru przychodzącego lub w
aplikacji ustawiony jest tryb „nie przeszkadzać”.
Rozwiązanie:
- Sprawdź czy numer z którego dzwonisz nie jest zastrzeżony.
- Sprawdź czy w aplikacji ustawione są numery kontaktowe.
Zegarek odbiera tylko połączenia z numerów wcześniej usta-
wionych w kontaktach aplikacji.
- Aplikacja nie aktualizuje lokalizacji w czasie rzeczywistym.
Wybiera tylko lokalizacje LBS
Powód: Sygnał GPS jest zbył słaby, aby zlokalizować zegarek lub
jest w trybie uśpienia.
Rozwiązanie:
- Należy wyjść z budynku, z zegarkiem i w aplikacji w funkcji
„MAPA” nacisnąć funkcje „LOKALIZACJA”.
- Należy pamiętać, że w aplikacji można ustawić odpowied-
ni tryb pracy dla zegarka. Wiąże się to z częstotliwością
pobierania danych, dotyczących także lokalizacji. W trybie
energooszczędnym dane wysyłane są raz na godzinę. Dlatego
chcąc mieć pełną kontrolę lokalizacji w czasie rzeczywistym,
zalecane jest użycie trybu normalnego, który pobiera dane co
10 minut lub trybu śledzenie, czyli raz na minutę.
Zegarek nie pokazuje aktualnej godziny i daty
Powód: Zegarek nie połączył się z serwerem aplikacji w celu
aktualizacji czasu.
Rozwiązanie:- Czas można zaktualizować także przy połącze-
niu lokalizacji GPS. Można sprawdzić wychodząc na zewnątrz i
użyć funkcji lokalizatora GPS.
- Jeżeli zegarek pokazuje kilka godzin do tyłu, należy sprawdzić i
wybrać odpowiednią strefę czasową poprzez aplikację.
- Jeżeli powyższe czynności nie pomogą, należy wysłać ze swo-
