Manual or Automatic transmission
The command module is set by default to operate in
a vehicle equipped with a Manual transmission.
For an Automatic transmission refer to Fig 1 and cut
the loop.
Note : Remember to always reset the unit ( power off/on) after cutting the loop
A -To code the transmitter (Hand brake must be On or White/Blue Grounded)
1-It is mandatory to override the starter kill and to reactivate it before proceeding to the
following steps :
a-Turn the key to Ign On and within 6 sec, press and hold the programming button ,
system will chirp once with 1 parking light flash and LED will stay On for 5 sec then Off
for 5 sec continuously (system is NOW in Valet/Override). Turn Off Ignition.
b-Repeat the same procedure as in above step a , system will chirp twice with 2 parking
light flashes and LED will turn Off . Turn Off Ignition.
2- Immediately after the system chirps twice, turn the key to Ign On, within 6 sec , push
and release Slowly foot brake pedal 3 times = LED will flash rapidly, press LOCK
button of the transmitter immediately (within 5 sec). One long chirp will sound to
confirm with parking lights flashing.
To code a second and third transmitter, press same LOCK button of the respective
transmitter one after the other.
B - OVERRIDE VALET (Sleep Mode)
To Override the alarm and starter kill
1-Turn the key to Ign On and within 6 sec.
2-Press and hold the programming button .
3-Siren or horn will stop sounding, alarm and
starter kill will be cancelled instanly in
case of lost or malfunction of the
transmitter.
To reactivate the alarm function, repeat step
1 and 2 . System will chirp Twice (2) with 2
parking light flashes to confirm.
To put the system in “Sleep Mode” for car
servicing or in “Valet Parking”
1-Turn the key to Ign On and within 6 sec.
2-Press and hold the programming button
3-System will chirp Once (1) with 1 parking
light flash for Valet mode activated (On).
LED will stay ON for 5 sec then Off for
5sec continuously.
4-To turn Off the “SleepMode” or the “Valet
Parking”, repeat steps 1 and 2. System will
chirp Twice (2) with 2 flashes to confirm.

C - TO GET INTO PROGRAMMING MODE
1-Disarm the system.
2-Turn Ign On then Off.
3-Within 10sec, hold the programming
button for 5 sec, 5 chirps and 5 parking
lights will confirm that you are entering
into the programming mode.
4-Push and release the programming
button (1 chirp / 1 Flash each time) the
number of times corresponding to the
chosen option. To go to another option
push again the additional time from the
last location. To verify at what option you
are in, count the number of flashes of the
LED after each pause.
5-Push the button Lock, Option, Start
or Lock + Unlock accordingly to the
selected option.
TO QUIT PROGRAMMING MODE Repeat
step 2 & 3 except that parking lights will
flash 5 times (instead of 5 chirps) to confirm
the end of the operation.

No programming mode is necessary. After completing installation, press Start or Lock / Arm button and refer to the below
chart to locate the problem.

Note : In the event that the vehicle has the domelight delay longer than 6sec, to avoid the 4 chirps when doors are locked by
the transmitter, go to section C and Disable Option 20 (domelight diagnostic).
E – TACH LEARNING PROCEDURE
1-Start the engine with the key, the LED will stay solid if the
tach source is correct. In the negative, change to another
location or cut the Black/White loop for Low Tach.
Unplug the command module to reset for the new
setting. It happens sometime that the tach signal seems
to be correct when the engine is warm, but it becomes
weak when it starts to getting cold. Consult our Tach
Referrence List or call us to get one.
2- Warm up the engine at the normal temperature at approx.
800rpm. Press and hold buttons Lock & Unlock for 3
sec and release as soon as the parking lights start
flashing to confirm the learning procedure. Wait to hear
a chirp (if horn is installed) or one final parking flash to
end the operation.
F – CHANNEL EXPANDER
Option 16 will allow you to add an optional device to create
4 extra channels to command such as the new motorized
sliding door of the 2001 Chrysler Mini Van, the Honda
Odysee, the GM Transport / Silhouette and the Ford
Windstar

G- TOGGLE (ON/OFF) SWITCH
The function of the Toggle (On/Off) switch is to allow or stop mechanically the system to remote start.
The alarm and starter kill function remain functionnal regardless the position of this switch.
To override the alarm, the starter kill and the remote starter, refer to section B

USER GUIDE MODEL FS-105 WITH ALARM * optional
Arm / Lock ( Optional )
Press button to arm. Parking lights will flash once, horn or siren chirp once
( if installed ). System is armed within 6 seconds. LED ( red flashing light inside
vehicle) start flashing.
Any attempt to open the doors will immediately trigger the horn for 30 sec ( or
siren for 60 sec.)
To stop, press the same button on again once.
Panic – Hold for 1.5 sec. will trigger the horn or siren.
1- Press momentarily to Lock / Arm or
2- to Unlock / Disarm
SILENTLY
LED (Flashing red light located inside the vehicle optional)
1- the LED stays lit during the first minute after the engine has been started with
the key then shuts off thereafter. Normal.
2- When the alarm or the starter kill is in operation, the LED will flash regularly
once every 1 second.
Security switch (On/Off) (ask for it’s location)
Leave the Security switch to the OFF position to disable the operation of the remote starter (such as
when indoor parking or at car maintenance, etc…) Switch back to ON position for normal operation.
OFF = No remote start ON = Yes remote start
Disarm / Unlock (Optional)
Press button to Disarm / Unlock. Parking lights flash twice with 2 chirps.
System is disarmed. Starter kill function is temporarily suspended for 60
seconds.
Trunk (optional)
Hold button for 2 seconds to release the trunk. Parking lights will flash 3
times. System is disarmed automatically and all doors stay locked
Red button
1- Hold 1.5 sec. = PANIC
2- Press momentarily will also Lock/ Arm ONLY
Start / Stop
Press button to start. Parking lights will flash 6 times and stay on for
the duration of the cycle (20 or 12 minutes).
Press again to stop.
Cold Start Timer (every 2,3 or 4 hrs for 6 minutes)
+
Press 2 buttons at the same time to enable this function, parking lights will
flash 2 times to confirm for 2 hrs. Press same again for 3 hrs and again for 4
hrs.
To cancel this feature, start the vehicle with the transmitter or with the key.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
Pit stop : Running mode – Without key and with alarm (Applicable only for
automatic car)
If you want to keep the engine running & the accessories working (heater,air conditioner)
for a short time when you’re not in the vehicle, proceed as follow :
Before shut the engine off :
1. Press once button START / STOP
2. Remove the key from the ignition. The engine will stay running.
3. Open and close the door. Arm & lock your vehicle with your transmitter (if installed) or
with your key. The engine will keep running for a maximum of 30 minutes.
NOTE : This feature does not function is the brake pedal is depressed.
Starter Kill (Optional and selectable in Auto or Manual mode)
Car starter will not work when the starter kill is in function. After disarming, the system
will rearm automatically within 60 seconds (in Auto mode) except if the car is started
prior to the 60 seconds. To disarm, press the button once Unlock / Disarm of the
transmitter and start the vehicle.
Valet Mode / (override)
In the case of lost or malfunction of the transmitter, use this mode to pass or override the
alarm or the starter kill.
a) Turn the key to the run position ON
b) Immediately (within 6 sec.).
1. Press and release the override button. You will hear 1 chirp and / or one parking
flash to confirm (if installed).
2- OR push and release the brake pedal at least or more than 6 times (if that option
is chosen)
c) LED will stay ON for 5 sec. and OFF for 5 sec. continuously – Start with the key
as usual. System is temporary suspended.
To reset the system, repeat step a and b. You will hear 2 chirps and / or 2 parking flash

to confirm. The LED will start flashing slowly.
The following sequences must be performed in order to remote start the vehicle
equipped with a manual transmission:
1. While the engine is running (or start with the key), put the gear shift in Neutral, pull
the hand brake or set the parking.
2. Press momentarily the START button of the transmitter, parking light will stay ON.
3. Remove the key, engine should remain.
4. Exit the vehicle, close the door, engine will shut off with 1 chirp if installed), door will
lock & alarm is engaged automatically after 6 seconds (if installed).
5. While closing the door, if the motor continues to turn, push the same Start / Stop
button to stop the motor. Verify the system by your installeur because the starting is
temporarily out of function.
6. As soon as the door is reopened, the remote starter will be automatically canceled.
To use the transmitter to remote start again, repeat steps 1, 2, 3 and 4.
Note : In the event that engine does not automatically shut off after closing the door,
check one of the following causes :
a) The Brown / White wire (door switch or domelight) has a ground when the door is
open.
b) The loop must remain uncut or reconnect it (do not forget to power off the unit when
you do the change).
c) RE-do the tach learning procedures with the engine at the normal temperature.
! WARNING !
The remote starter for manual transmission does not monitor the position
of the gear shift. It requires the user of the vehicle equipped with this
remote starter for manual transmission to activate the parking brake or
the hand brake and leave the gear shift in the Neutral position at all times
before leaving the vehicle even when he or she does not intend to remote
start the vehicle. The Manufacturer will not be liable for any
consequences resulted from.
