1. CARACTERÍSTICAS TÉCNICAS / TECHNICAL FEATURES
Fabricado en material de cementación DIN 14CrMo13 (F155)
Cuerpos , portabocas y bocas: Dureza de 50 a 60HRc.
Completamente recticada.
Portabocas jo con tres posiciones que mejoran la posición de la pieza en la máquina.
Bocas reversibles con pinchos o lisas.
Paralelas mecanizables para cambiar la altura de amarre.
Tolerancia de acabado en altura g7.
Husillo muy alto completamente protegido y con rosca trapecial.
Husillo con rodamiento axial
Made from carburizing treatment material DIN 14CrMo13 (F155)
Body, jaw-holder and jaws: Hardness from 50 to 60HRc.
Fully grinded.
3 adjustments of the xed jaw-holder aiming at a better workpiece positioning.

3. CAMBIO DE LA POSICIÓN DEL PORTABOCAS / CHANGING THE POSITION OF
THE FIXED JAW-HOLDER
1. Quitar los tornillos y la paralela del
portabocas. / Remove the screws and
the parallel of the jaw-holder.
2. Sacar los tornillos de refuerzo M-12 /
Remove the M-12 reinforcement screws.
4. Desplazar el portabocas / Move the
jaw-holder.
5. Meter la chaveta / Insert the sunk key.
3. Extraer la chaveta / Remove the sunk
key.
6. Montar los tornillos M-12 (Solo para
grandes esfuerzos de fresado / Mount
the M12 screws (for great
milling efforts only).
7. Montar la paralela / Mount the parallel.
Nota: Se puede trabajar sin los tornillos M-12. Estos solo se montan como un refuerzo
extra en los trabajos con aprietes muy fuertes
Note: You can work without the M12 screws. These are mounted only as an extra
reinforcement in very strong tightening works

5 . FIJACIÓN A LA MÁQUINA / FIXING THE MACHINE VICE
El cuerpo tiene 5 agujeros por la parte inferior para montar con pasadores recticados de
diametro 16mm. / The body has 5 holes at the bottom to mount with 16mm diameter grinded pins.
Esta mordaza monta bridas 15061.
This vice mounts 15061 anges.
Para amarrar la mordaza utilice de 4 a 6 bridas.
To tie the machine vice use 4 to 6 anges.
