Secure hardware password protection
The Mobile Drive II is equipped with a secure hardware 256bit password protection
feature. Your password is encrypted and stored in a chip – the data on the drive can
only be accessed by entering the correct password. The obligatory combination of
the hardware chip and password to unlock the drive and access the data means that
even if the internal hard drive is taken out of its original enclosure and assembled into
another enclosure, people will never be able to access the data. Should you forget your
password or should you lose your Mobile Drive II, the only way for anyone to be able
to continue using the drive is by reformatting it, thereby erasing all data. There is no
possibility for password recovery. There is no safer way to protect your data !

NTI SHADOW  EASY TO USE BACKUP SOFTWARE FOR WINDOWS AND MAC COMPUTERS
NTI Shadow for PC and Mac is an easy-to-use backup application that automatically protects
your photo, music, video, and various data fi les. It makes data restoration as easy as dragging and
dropping fi les from one place to another. For real-time, continuous data backup, set Shadow to
save your fi les/folders every time they change. You can also specify your backup schedule by the
minute, hour, day, week and start time(s) and also choose a specifi c or even a customized fi le type
with Shadow’s new advanced fi le fi ltering.
Not only does Shadow allow users to automatically copy fi les from their PCs to various devices in
real time, but it also preserves the fi les in their native format - meaning no additional software is
necessary to restore fi les. Shadow works transparently in the background without disturbing you
while you work, and does not take up important system resources.
