1. Set slitters to “Film Set Position.”
5. Manually push 2 sheets of
11”x17” chipboard through.
Keep pushing until the chipboard
starts to exit the machine.
3.  Open rollers (rotate lever on
side of machine to “Open”).
 Remove old film.
 Remove bar (push to one side
and lift out).

2. Remove film roll tension.
Unscrew
4.  Insert new film rolls (black line
on roll to black dot on
tensioner).
 Overlap film onto heat rollers to
seal film together.
 Re-install bar (reverse of
removal; route film behind bar).

6. Evenly set tension on all four knobs and
turn lever (from step 3) to “Laminate.”

7. Use “Move” switch to drive
chipboard out of machine.
Press “Move” switch

8. When lamination is clear and wrinkle
free, push “cut” button, ...
