What is the POSTAKU?
About the locker key
The POSTAKU is a home-delivery locker that receives
parcels delivered during your absence and allows you to
take them out anytime.
To use the home-delivery box, the locker key must be
registered.
There are two locker types: Double-sided operation type
and single-sided operation type.
To request delivery, you may need to apply separately.
In this case, the resolution must be proposed by the
board of directors. For details, contact your administra-
tor.
Only compatible models can be set up. The life care
registration feature cannot be used on incompatible
models.
You can request laundry service or sending parcel
You can request to deliver parcels anytime (24/7) using the
locker key.
You can set up that parcels are put in the lower locker
If you are a wheelchair user or find it inconvenient to take
out parcels from high boxes, you can use the life care
registration feature to set up that parcels are checked in to
the low boxes only.
• Double-sided operation type:
Delivery operators can only check in parcels from the
check-in side. Parcels can be taken out both from the
check-in side and from the take-out side. Residents
can check in parcels both from the check-in side and
from the take-out side.
• Single-sided operation type:
Parcels can only be checked in and taken out from a
single side.
• Authenticate the locker key using the key to take out
a parcel. If “ お客様宛ての荷物はございません ” (No parcel)
is displayed on the panel, the locker can be used. If
“ このカードは登録されていません ” (Not registered) is
displayed, the locker cannot be used. Register the
Fulltime Locker.
• If the locker key is lost, contact the administrator
immediately. In addition, when you leave the
residence, return the FTS card and FTS ic key to the
administrator.
• Please note that an issue fee will apply for reissue or
additional issue when the FTS card or FTS ic key is
lost or damaged.
