BASIC ASSEMBLY TECHNIQUES
FOR YOUR FURNITURE TO LAST,CORRECT ASSEMBLY AND PROPER MAINTENANCE ARE NECESSARY.
PLEASE FOLLOW THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BELOW TO FULLY ENJOY YOUR FURNITURE.
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES ABOVE MAY
RESULT IN INJURY AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
IT IS THE USER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE FURNITURE.THE HARDWARE MAY
LOOSEN OVER TIME AND MAY CAUSE THE FURNITURE TO BE WOBBLY AND UNABLE TO
SUPPORT ITS INTENDED WEIGHT CAPACITY. THIS MAY LEAD TO COLLAPSE AND MAY CAUSE
SERIOUS INJURY.
When lock or spring washer is used in
an assembly, please make sure the
lock or spring washer is placed
between the larger flat washer and the
head of the screw or bolt.
Some furniture comes with height
adjusetment knobs underneath each
leg. To lower or to raise each leg, you
need to turn clockwise or
counterclockwise, respectively.

Make sure all parts are properly
aligned, then use the appropriate
hand tool to completely tighten the
bolts or screws. Do not use power
tools and do not overtighten.
Position each part correctly and insert
screws or bolts into their respective
holes by hand tighten or using the
proper hand tool. Only tighten when
step is completed or when instructed
to do so.
Save the instructions and store the Allen
wrench or any supplied tool for later
maintenance. After two weeks, check and
tighten any loose hardware and repeat
again every six months thereafter.
Use cardboard or carpet area when
assembling furniture to prevent
scratches .Make sure the furniture
rests on a flat and level surface with
each leg evenly touching the floor.

Insert barrel nuts (#B) into side rails (#5). Align side
rails (#5,6) to the holes of the headboards (#1,2), then
secure by inserting and connecting bolts (#A) to barrel
nuts (#B).
Insert barrel nuts (#B) into side rails (#7,8) to the
holes of the upper headboard (#3,4), then secure by
inserting and connecting bolts (#A) to barrel nuts
(#B).

1) Align the back guardrail (#9) to the holes of the headboard
(#3,4) and side rails (#7). Secure holes aligned to headboard
(#3,4) with bolts (#C). Secure holes aligned to side rails (#7)
with bolts (#E).
2) Align the front guardrail
(#10) to the holes of the
headboard (#3,4) and side
rails (#8). Secure holes
aligned to headboard (#3,4)
with bolts (#C). Secure holes
aligned to side rails (#8) with
bolts (#E).
Insert metal dowels (#I) to the holes of the
headboards (#1,2), then place the twin frame
to the metal dowels (#I) of the queen frame.

Align ladder rung (#13,14,15) to the holes of the ladder rails (#11,12),
then secure with screws (#F).
Align ladder to the holes of the side rails (#7,5), then secure with bolts (#D).

Align the support legs (#16) to the holes of the slats (#18),
then secure with screws (#H).
Align slats (#17) to the top side rails, then secure with
screws (#G). Align slats (#18) to the bottom side rails, then
secure with screws (#G).
