Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf
Mängel, die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler
zurückzuführen sind. Bei Geltendmachung eines Mangels
im Sinne der Gewährleistung ist der original Kaufbeleg mit
Verkaufdatum beizufügen. Von der Gewährleistung
ausgeschlossen sind unsachgemäße Anwendungen, wie
z. B. Überlastung des Gerätes, Gewaltanwendung,
Beschädigungen durch Fremdeinwirkung oder durch
Fremdkörper. Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchs- und
Aufbauanleitung und normaler Verschleiß sind ebenfalls
von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Die Bedienungsanleitung muss vor der ersten Anwendung
des Gerätes ganz durchgelesen werden. Falls über den
Anschluss und die Bedienung des Gerätes Zweifel
entstehen sollten, wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller
(Service-Abteilung).
•Nach dem Entfernen der Verpackung kontrollieren,
dass das Gerät und alle seine Teile in einwandfreiem
Zustand sind.
•Bevor Sie dieses Werkzeug benutzen, müssen Sie

unbedingt die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen überprüfen.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass scheinbar nur leicht
beeinträchtigte Teile tatsächlich ordnungsgemäß
funktionieren.
•Achten Sie auf beschädigte Teile. Untersuchen Sie
das Gerät, bevor Sie es benutzen. Sind einzelne
Teile beschädigt? Fragen Sie sich bei leichten
Beschädigungen ernsthaft, ob das Gerät trotzdem
einwandfrei und sicher funktionieren wird.
•Verwenden Sie nur zugelassene Teile. Verwenden
Sie bei Wartung und Reparatur nur identische
Ersatzteile. Wenden Sie sich für Ersatzteile an ein
zugelassenes Service Center.
•Warnung! Die Verwendung von Zubehör und
Anbauteilen, die nicht ausdrücklich in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung empfohlen werden, kann die
Gefährdung von Personen und Objekten nach sich
ziehen.
•Die Kunststoffteile nicht mit Lösungsmitteln
reinigen! Lösungsmittel wie Benzin, Verdünner,
Dieselöl oder sonstige Substanzen, die Alkohol
enthalten, können die Kunststoffteile beschädigen;
diese Teile nicht mit solchen Substanzen reinigen,
sondern gegebenenfalls Seifenlauge oder geeignete
Flüssigkeiten verwenden.
•Ausschließlich Originalersatzteile verwenden
Bei der Verwendung von Ersatzteilen von anderen
Herstellern verfällt der Gewährleistungsanspruch und
kann zu Funktionsstörungen des Gerätes führen. Die
Originalersatzteile sind bei den Vertragshändlern
erhältlich.
•Keine Änderungen am Gerät vornehmen
Keine Änderungen am Gerät vornehmen. Für
alle Reparaturen an eine Kundendienststelle
wenden. Eine nicht genehmigte Änderung kann die
Leistung des Gerätes beeinträchtigen, sie kann aber
auch schwere Unfälle verursachen, wenn sie von
Personen durchgeführt wird, die nicht die dafür
erforderlichen technischen Kenntnisse aufweisen.
•Werden Sicherheits- oder Schutzvorrichtungen
gewartet oder repariert, müssen Sie nach Abschluss
der Arbeiten unverzüglich wieder korrekt eingebaut
werden.
Verhalten im Notfall
Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen
Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern Sie schnellst
möglich qualifizierte ärztliche Hilfe an. Bewahren Sie den
Verletzten vor weiteren Schädigungen und stellen Sie
diesen ruhig. Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall
sollte immer ein Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am
Arbeitsplatz griffbereit vorhanden sein. Dem
Verbandskasten entnommenes Material ist sofort
wieder aufzufüllen. Wenn Sie Hilfe anfordern, machen
Sie folgende Angaben:

Entsorgung
Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den
Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung
aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen
Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel „Kennzeichnung“.
Entsorgung der Transportverpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden.
Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind in der Regel nach
umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen
Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recycelbar.
Das Rückführen der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf
spart Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen.
Verpackungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können für
Kinder gefährlich sein. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie sie so schnell wie
möglich.
Anforderungen an den Bediener
Der Bediener muss vor Gebrauch des Gerätes
aufmerksam die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.
Schulung
Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich einer
entsprechenden Unterweisung. Eine spezielle Schulung ist
nicht notwendig.
Sicherheitshinweise für die Erstinbetriebnahme
•Der Gesichtsschutz dient dem Schutz von Augen-
und Gesichtsverletzungen durch große,
umherfliegende Partikel.
•Der Gesichtsschutz schützt vor Augen- und
Gesichtsverletzungen. Der Gesichtsschutz muss
während der gesamten Dauer der Gefahrenquelle
getragen werden. Der Gesichtsschutz schützt nicht
gegen Spritzer von Flüssigkeiten, heißen Partikel,
elektrische Risiken, Infrarot- und UV-Strahlung.
•Der Gehörschutz bietet Schutz gegen
Hochfrequenzlärm. Verlassen Sie umgehend den
Arbeitsbereich, wenn das Gerät selbst oder andere
Bestandteile beschädigt wurden.
•Der Gehörschutz muss für die gesamte Dauer in
einem Hochfrequenzlärmbereich getragen werden.
Der Gehörschutz muss richtig an dem Kopfgestell
angebracht werden.
Montage/Betrieb (Abb. 2, 3, 4)
Montieren Sie den Sicht-& Gehörschutz so wie in den
Abbildungen 2-4 gezeigt wird.
Der Sicht- & Gehörschutz GSG 8/15,5 erfüllt die
Anforderungen der Richtlinie 89/686/EWG persönliche
Schutzausrüstung.
Um einen sicheren Schutz zu gewährleisten, passen Sie
am Einstellrad (Abb. 1/4) den Sicht-& Gehörschutz an die
Kopfgröße des jeweiligen Benutzers an. Es darf nicht
rutschen und drücken.
Transport und Lagerung
•Reinigen Sie das Produkt mit einem befeuchteten
Tuch. Lassen Sie alle Teile komplett an der Luft
trocknen. Wenn Sie den Sicht- & Gehörschutz zur
gründlichen Reinigung in seine einzelnen
Bestandteile zerlegen, setzen Sie danach alle Teile
wieder ordnungsgemäß zusammen.
•Zum Desinfizieren der Ohrenschützer, benutzen Sie
am besten Reinigungsalkohol und wischen Sie mit
einem feuchten Tuch über alle Bestandteile des
Gehörschutzes.
•Lagern Sie das Produkt immer an einem trockenem
und staubfreiem Ort.

Guarantee
The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused by
material defect or manufacturing defect.
Original payment voucher with the sales date needs to be
submitted for any claim in the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such
as appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a
result of any unauthorised interference or caused by
foreign items. Failing to follow the operating and assembly
instructions and common wear are also not included in the
guarantee.
General Safety Instructions
It is necessary to read these operating instructions before
first use of the machine. If there are any doubts as far as
machine connection and handling are connected please
contact the manufacturer (servicing department).
•After removing the package, check whether the
appliance and all the parts are in a perfect condition.
Safety equipment must necessarily be checked
before using the appliance.
Make sure that visibly slightly damaged parts are
really working all right.
•Check for damaged components. Inspect the
appliance before using it. Are any parts damaged? If
the appliance is slightly damaged, please consider
seriously whether or not it is going to work all right
and safely.

•Approved parts to be used only. Identical spare
parts should only be used for maintenance and
repair. Contact the authorised service centre for
spare parts.
•Caution! Use of accessories and extensions not
expressly recommended in these Operating
Instructions may result in causing danger to persons
and objects.
•Do not clean plastic parts with solvents! Solvents
such as petrol, thinner, oil or similar substances
containing alcohol can damage the plastic parts; do
not clean these parts by such substances, use soap
suds or suitable liquids instead.
•Original spare parts to be used only
If spare parts by other manufacturers are used, the
guarantee will expire and appliance functions may
break down. Original spare parts can be obtained at
authorised dealers.
•Do not make any change to the appliance
Do not make any change to the appliance. Contact
the customer service for all repairs.
Any unauthorised change may negatively influence
the appliance performance; however, it may also be
the cause of serious accidents if made by persons not
possessing the necessary technical knowledge.
•If safety and protection equipment is maintained o
repaired, it must be refitted appropriately immediately
after maintenance or repair has been finished.
Emergency Action
Apply the first aid adequate to the injury and get qualified
medical assistance as quickly as possible. Protect the
injured person from more accidents and calm him/her
down.
For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance with
DIN 13164, a workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid
kit. It is essential to replace any used material in the
first-aid kit immediately after it has been used. If you
seek help, state the following pieces of information:
1. Accident site
2. Accident type
3. Number of injured persons
4. Injury type(s)
Disposal
The disposal instructions are based on icons on the
appliance or its package. The description of all the
meanings can be found in the “Marking“ chapter.
Transport package disposal
The package protects the appliance against damage when
transported.
Package materials have usually been chosen depending
on their environment friendliness and disposal method and
can therefore be recycled.
Returning the package into circulation saves raw materials
and reduces waste disposal costs.
Some parts of the package (e.g. foils, styropor) can be
dangerous to children. Risk of suffocation!
Keep parts of the package out of reach to children and
dispose them as soon as possible.
Operator Requirements
The operator shall read the instruction manual carefully
before using the unit.
Qualification
No special qualification is required for use of the unit
except for detailed direction by a professional.
Safety instructions for first starting up
•The eye protection is used to prevent injuries to eyes
and face caused by big flying items.
•The eye protection protects eyes and face against
injuries. The face protection needs to be worn as long
as a source of danger persists. The face protection
does not protect against getting sprayed by liquids,
hot items, electrical risk, infrared and ultraviolet
radiation.
•The hearing protection provides protection against
high-frequency noise. If the appliance or any of its
parts get damaged, leave the place of your work
immediately.
•The hearing protection needs to be worn as long as
there is high-frequency noise. The hearing protection
must be appropriately fitted to the supporting
structure.

Fit the face protection and hearing protection as shown in
pictures 2-4.
The GSG 8/15.5 face protection and hearing protection
meet requirements of the 89/686/EWG directive on
personal protection aids.
To ensure safe protection, adjust the face protection and
hearing protection to the size of head of the given user on
the adjusting wheel (pic. 1/4). It must not slip or push.
Transport and storing
•Clean the product by a wet cloth. Let all components
completely dry out by air. If the face protection and
hearing protection are unfolded to individual parts to
be cleaned thoroughly, the parts must then be refitted
properly.
•To disinfect the ear protection, cleaning alcohol
should ideally be used and all parts of the ear
protection should be wiped by a wet cloth.
•The product should always be stored in a dry and
dust-free place.

Consignes générales de sécurité

•Ne modifiez pas l’appareil
N’effectuez aucune modification sur l’appareil. Pour
toutes les réparations, contactez le service après-
vente.
Une modification non approuvée peut influencer
négativement le rendement de l’appareil ou
provoquer des accidents graves lorsqu’elle est
réalisée par des personnes dont les connaissances
techniques sont insuffisantes.
•En cas d’entretien ou de réparations des dispositifs
de sécurité et de protection, il est nécessaire des les
remonter correctement immédiatement après ces
interventions.
Conduite en cas d’urgence
Effectuez les premiers gestes de secours et appelez
rapidement les premiers secours. Protégez le blessé
d’autres blessures et calmez-le.
Pour des raisons de risque d’accident, le lieu de travail
doit être équipé d’une armoire à pharmacie selon DIN
13164. Il est nécessaire de compléter immédiatement
le matériel pris dans l’armoire à pharmacie. Si vous
appelez les secours, fournissez les renseignements
suivants:

Liquidation
Les consignes de liquidation résultent des pictogrammes
indiqués sur l’appareil ou sur l’emballage. La description
des significations individuelles se trouve dans le chapitre
« Indications sur l’appareil ».
Liquidation de l’emballage de transport
L’emballage protège l’appareil de l’endommagement lors
du transport. En général, le matériel d’emballage est choisi
de façon à ce qu’il réponde aux règles de protection de
l’environnement et de liquidation des déchets, par
conséquent, il peut être recyclé.
La remise de l’emballage dans le circuit de matières
permet d’économiser des matières premières et de réduire
les déchets.
Des parties de l’emballage (telles que films, styropore)
peuvent être dangereux pour les enfants. Danger
d’étouffement !
Rangez les parties de l’emballage hors de portée des
enfants et liquidez-les le plus rapidement possible.
Opérateur
L’opérateur doit lire attentivement la notice avant d’utiliser
l’appareil.
Formation
L’utilisation de l’appareil nécessite uniquement l’instruction
par un spécialiste, éventuellement par la notice. Une
formation spéciale n’est pas nécessaire.
Consignes de sécurité pour la première mise en
marche
•La protection des yeux sert à protéger les yeux et le
visage des blessures provoquées par de grands
objets volants.
•La protection du visage protège les yeux et le visage
des blessures. La protection du visage doit être
portée pendant toute la durée d’effet de la source de
danger. La protection du visage ne protège pas des
éclaboussures de liquides, des objets brûlants, des
risques électriques, du rayonnement infrarouge et
ultraviolet.
•La protection de l’audition permet de protéger du bruit
haute fréquence. Si l’appareil lui-même ou d’autres
pièces sont endommagées, veuillez quitter
immédiatement le lieu de travail.
•La protection de l’audition doit être portée pendant
toute la durée d’effet du bruit de haute fréquence. La
protection de l’audition doit être correctement fixée à
la construction portante.

Montez la protection du visage & la protection de l’audition
de la façon représentée sur les images 2-4.

Accessoires de protection personnels.
Afin d’assurer une protection sûre, adaptez la protection
du visage & la protection de l’audition selon la taille de la
tête de l’utilisateur en question à l’aide du bouton d’arrêt
(fig. 1/4). Elle ne doit ni glisser ni trop serrer.
Transport et stockage
•Nettoyez le produit à l’aide d’un chiffon humide.
Laissez toutes les parties sécher complètement à
l’air. Si vous démontez la protection du visage & la
protection de l’audition pour un nettoyage minutieux,
remontez bien toutes les pièces après le nettoyage.
•Pour désinfecter les protections des oreilles, utilisez
de l’alcool de nettoyage et nettoyez toutes les parties
de la protection des oreilles à l’aide d’un chiffon
humide.
•Stockez toujours le produit à un endroit sec, exempt
de poussière.

Záruka se vztahuje výhradněna nedostatky způsobené
vadou materiálu nebo výrobní vadou.
Při reklamaci v záruční doběje třeba přiložit originální
doklad o koupi s datem prodeje.
Do záruky nespadá neodborné použití jako např. přetížení
přístroje, použití násilí, poškození cizím zásahem naebo
cizími předměty. Nedodržení návodu k použití a montáži a
normální opotřebení rovněž nespadá do záruky.
Bezpečnostní pokyny
Před prvním použitím stroje je nutno tento návod k obsluze
celý pročíst. Vzniknou-li pochyby, pokud jde o zapojení a
obsluhu přístroje, obraťte se na výrobce (servisní
oddělení).
•Po odstranění obalu zkontrolujte, zda jsou přístroj a
všechny jeho díly v bezvadném stavu.
Před použitím přístroje musíte bezpodmínečně
zkontrolovat bezpečnostní zařízení.
Ujistěte se, že viditelnějen lehce poškozené součásti
skutečněřádněfungují.
•Dávejte pozor na poškozené díly. Přístroj před
použitím prohlédněte. Jsou jednotlivé díly
poškozené? Zeptejte se sami sebe vážněpři

nepatrných poškozeních, zda bude přístroj i přesto
bezvadněa bezpečněfungovat.
•Používejte jen schválené díly. Při údržběa opravě
používejte jen identické náhradní díly. Pro náhradní
díly se obraťte na autorizované servisní středisko.
•Výstraha! Použití příslušenství a nástavců, jež
nejsou výslovnědoporučeny v tomto návodu
k obsluze, může mít za následek ohrožení osob a
objektů.
•Umělohmotné díly nečistěte rozpouštědly!
Rozpouštědla jako benzín, ředidlo, nafta čpodobné
látky, které obsahují alkohol, mohou umělohmotné
díly poškodit; tyto díly nečistěte těmito látkami, nýbrž
případnějen mýdlovým louhem či vhodnými
kapalinami.
•Používejte výhradněoriginální náhradní díly
Při použití náhradních dílůjiných výrobcůzaniká
záruka a může to vést k poruchám funkcí přístroje.
Originální náhradní díly získáte u smluvních prodejců.
•Neprovádějte změny na přístroji
Neprovádějte změny na přístroji. Při všech opravách
se obraťte na zákaznický servis.
Neschválená změna může negativněovlivnit výkon
přístroje, může však způsobit i vážné nehody, pokud
ji provedou osoby, které nemají k tomu potřebné
technické znalosti.
•V případěúdržby a opravy bezpečnostních a
ochranných zařízení musí být po skončení prací tato
ihned správněnamontována zpět.
Chování v případěnouze
Zaveďte úrazu odpovídající potřebnou první pomoc a
vyzvěte co možná nejrychleji kvalifikovanou lékařskou
pomoc. Chraňte zraněného před dalšími úrazy a uklidněte
jej. Kvůli případné nehoděmusí být na pracovišti vždy
po ruce lékárnička první pomoci dle DIN 13164.
Materiál, který si z lékárničky vezmete, je třeba ihned
doplnit. Pokud požadujete pomoc, uveďte tyto údaje:

Likvidace
Pokyny pro likvidaci vyplývají z piktogramůumístěných na
přístroji resp. obalu. Popis jednotlivých významůnajdete
v kapitole „Označení“.
Likvidace přepravního obalu
Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě.
Obalové materiály jsou zvoleny zpravidla podle jejich
šetrnosti vůči životnímu prostředí a způsobu likvidace a lze
je proto recyklovat.
Vrácení obalu do oběhu materiálu šetří suroviny a snižuje
náklady na likvidaci odpadů.
Části obalu (např. fólie, styropor) mohou být nebezpečné
pro děti. Existuje riziko udušení!
Části obalu uschovejte mimo dosah dětí a co nejrychleji
zlikvidujte.
Požadavky na obsluhu
Obsluha si musí před použitím přístroje pozorněpřečíst
návod k obsluze.
Kvalifikace
Kroměpodrobného poučení odborníkem není pro
používání přístroje nutná žádná speciální kvalifikace.

•Ochranu sluchu je třeba nosit po celou dobu
působení vysokofrekvenčního hluku. Ochrana sluchu
musí být správněpřipevněna k nosné konstrukci.
Montáž/provoz (obr. 2, 3, 4)

je znázorněno na obrázcích 2-4.

Aby byla zaručena bezpečná ochrana, přizpůsobte na
stavěcím kolečku (obr. 1/4) obličejovou ochranu & ochranu
sluchu velikosti hlavy daného uživatele. Nesmí klouzat ani
tlačit.
Přeprava a skladování
•Výrobek očistěte vlhkým hadříkem. Všechny části
nechte kompletněuschnout na vzduchu. Pokud
rozložíte obličejovou ochranu & ochranu sluchu za
účelem důkladného vyčištění na jednotlivé součásti,
všechny díly poté opět řádněsmontujte.
•K dezinfikování chráničů uší použijte nejlépe alkohol
na čištění a otřete vlhkým hadříkem všechny součásti
chrániče uší.
•Výrobek skladujte vždy na suchém a bezprašném
místě.

Záruka
Záruka sa vzťahuje výhradne na nedostatky spôsobené
chybou materiálu alebo výrobnou chybou.
Pri reklamácii v záručnej lehote je potrebné priložiť
originálny doklad o kúpe s dátumom predaja.
Do záruky nespadá neodborné použitie, ako napr.
preťaženie prístroja, použitie násilia, poškodenie cudzím

Všeobecné informácie o bezpečnosti

Rozpúšťadlá ako benzín, riedidlo, nafta či podobné
látky, ktoré obsahujú alkohol, môžu umelohmotné
diely poškodiť; tieto diely nečistite týmito látkami, ale
prípadne len mydlovým lúhom či vhodnými
kvapalinami.
•Používajte výhradne originálne náhradné diely
Pri použití náhradných dielov iných výrobcov zaniká
záruka a môže to viesťk poruchám funkcií prístroja.
Originálne náhradné diely získate u zmluvných
predajcov.
•Nevykonávajte zmeny na prístroji
Nevykonávajte zmeny na prístroji. Pri všetkých
opravách sa obráťte na zákaznícky servis.
Neschválená zmena môže negatívne ovplyvniťvýkon
prístroja, môže však spôsobiťi vážne nehody, pokiaľ
ju vykonajú osoby, ktoré nemajú na toto potrebné
technické znalosti.
•V prípade údržby a opravy bezpečnostných a
ochranných zariadení musia byťpo skončení prác
tieto ihneďsprávne namontované späť.
Správanie v prípade núdze
Zaveďte úrazu zodpovedajúcu potrebnú prvú pomoc a
vyzvite čo možno najrýchlejšie kvalifikovanú lekársku
pomoc.
Chráňte zraneného pred ďalšími úrazmi a upokojte ho.
Pre prípadnú nehodu musí byťna pracovisku vždy
poruke lekárnička prvej pomoci podľa DIN 13164.
Materiál, ktorý si z lekárničky vezmete, je potrebné
ihneďdoplniť. Ak požadujete pomoc, uveďte tieto

Likvidácia
Pokyny na likvidáciu vyplývajú z piktogramov
umiestnených na prístroji, resp. obale. Popis jednotlivých
významov nájdete v kapitole „Označenie“.
Likvidácia prepravného obalu
Obal chráni prístroj pred poškodením pri preprave.
Obalové materiály sú zvolené spravidla podľa ich šetrnosti
voči životnému prostrediu a spôsobu likvidácie a je možné
ich preto recyklovať.
Vrátenie obalu do obehu materiálu šetrí suroviny a znižuje
náklady na likvidáciu odpadov.

Požiadavky na obsluhu
Obsluha si musí pred použitím prístroja pozorne prečítať

Na prístroji smú pracovaťlen osoby, ktoré dosiahli 18
rokov. Výnimku predstavuje využitie mladistvých, ak sa
toto deje počas profesijného vzdelávania za účelom
dosiahnutia zručnosti pod dohľadom školiteľa.

Garantie
De garantie heeft uitsluitend betrekking op
onvolkomenheden die op materiaal- of productiefouten
betrekking hebben.
Bij een claim van een onvolkomenheid, in de zin van
garantie, dient de originele aankoopfactuur met de
aankoopdatum bijgesloten te worden.
Van garantie uitgesloten zijn verkeerd gebruik, zoals bijv.
overbelasting van het apparaat, gebruik van geweld,
beschadigingen door vreemde invloeden of door vreemde
voorwerpen. De niet-naleving van gebruiks- en
montageaanwijzingen en normale slijtage zijn eveneens
van garanties uitgesloten.
Algemene veiligheidsinstructies
De gebruiksaanwijzing dient, vóór de eerste
ingebruikneming van het apparaat, geheel doorgelezen te
worden. Indien over de aansluiting en bediening van het
apparaat twijfels bestaan, dient u zich tot de producent
(serviceafdeling) te wenden.
•Na het verwijderen van de verpakking controleren of
het apparaat en alle onderdelen in een onberispelijke
staat zijn.
•Voordat u dit werktuig gaat gebruiken moet u beslist
de veiligheidsinrichtingen controleren.
Overtuigt u zich dat ook schijnbaar slechts licht
beschadigde onderdelen daadwerkelijk naar behoren
functioneren.

•Let op beschadigde delen. Onderzoek het apparaat
voordat u deze gaat gebruiken. Zijn afzonderlijke
delen beschadigd? Als afzonderlijke delen
beschadigd zijn vraagt u zich dan bij kleine
beschadigingen serieus af of het apparaat toch nog
perfect kan functioneren.
•Gebruik uitsluitend goedgekeurde onderdelen.
Gebruik bij onderhoud en reparaties identieke
reserveonderdelen. Wendt u zich voor onderdelen tot
een officieel servicecentrum.
•Waarschuwing! Het gebruik van andere onderdelen
of aanbouwdelen, die in deze gebruiksaanwijzing niet
uitgesproken aanbevolen zijn, kan bedreiging van
personen en objecten tot gevolg hebben.
•De kunststofonderdelen niet met oplosmiddelen
reinigen! Oplosmiddelen zoals benzine, verdunner,
dieselolie of andere stoffen, die alcohol bevatten,
kunnen de kunststofonderdelen beschadigen; deze
onderdelen niet met dergelijke middelen reinigen
maar eventueel een zeepoplossing of andere
geschikte vloeistoffen gebruiken.
•Uitsluitend originele reserveonderdelen
gebruiken
Bij het gebruik van reserveonderdelen van andere
producenten vervalt het recht op garantie. Er kunnen
functiestoringen van het apparaat ontstaan. De
originele reserveonderdelen zijn bij de
contracthandelaren te verkrijgen.
•Geen wijzigingen aan het apparaat uitvoeren
Geen wijzigingen aan het apparaat uitvoeren. Voor
alle reparaties zich tot een klantendienst wenden.
Een niet toegestane wijziging kan de prestatie van
het apparaat beïnvloeden en kan ook ernstige
ongevallen veroorzaken, indien deze door personen
wordt uitgevoerd die de daarvoor vereiste technische
kennis niet hebben.
•Indien beveiligings- of bescherminrichtingen worden
onderhouden of gerepareerd, moeten deze na het
beëindigen van de werkzaamheden opnieuw correct
ingebouwd worden.
Handelswijze in noodgeval
Tref de noodzakelijke maatregelen om éérste hulp te
verlenen, die met het letsel overeenkomt en vraag zo snel
mogelijk gekwalificeerde medische hulp aan. Bescherm
gewonde personen voor overig letsel en stel ze gerust.
Voor het eventueel plaatsvinden van een ongeval zou
altijd een verbandtrommel, volgens DIN 13164, op de
werkplaats bij de hand moeten zijn. Het uit de
verbandtrommel genomen materiaal dient onmiddellijk
aangevuld te worden. Indien u hulp vraagt, geef de
volgende gegevens door:
1. Plaats van het ongeval
2. Soort van het ongeval
3. Aantal gewonden mensen
4. Soort verwondingen
Verwijdering
De verwijderinginstructies zijn met pictogrammen
aangegeven die op de machine, resp. op de verpakking, te
vinden zijn. Een beschrijving van de afzonderlijke
betekenissen is in het hoofdstuk “Aanduiding” te vinden.
Verwijdering van de transportverpakking
De verpakking beschermt de machine tegen
transportschades.
De verpakkingsmaterialen zijn meestal volgens
milieuvriendelijke en verwijderingtechnische standpunten
gekozen en derhalve recyclebaar.
Het terugbrengen van de verpakking naar de
materiaalomloop spaart grondstoffen en verlaagt de
afvalhoeveelheden.
Verpakkingsdelen (bijv. folies, styropor) kunnen voor
kinderen gevaarlijk zijn. Er bestaat verstikkingsgevaar!
Bewaar de verpakking buiten het bereik van kinderen en
verwijder deze zo snel mogelijk.
Eisen aan de bedienende persoon
De bedienende persoon moet, vóór het gebruik van de
machine, de gebruiksaanwijzing goed gelezen hebben.
Scholing
Voor het gebruik van de machine is passend onderricht
voldoende. Een speciale scholing is niet noodzakelijk.
Veiligheidsinstructies vóór de eerste ingebruikneming
•De gelaatsbeschermer dient als bescherming van de
ogen en het gezicht voor grove en andere
rondvliegende deeltjes.
•De gelaatsbeschermer beschermt tegen ogen- en
gezichtsletsels. De gelaatsbeschermer dient tijdens
de gehele duur van de werkzaamheden gedragen te
worden. De gelaatsbeschermer beschermt niet tegen
het verspuiten van vloeistoffen, warme deeltjes,
elektrische risico’s, infrarode- en UV-straling.
•De gehoorbeschermer biedt bescherming tegen door
hoge frequenties veroorzaakt geluid. Verlaat
onmiddellijk de werkplek, indien het apparaat zelf of
andere onderdelen worden beschadigd.
•De gehoorbeschermer dient de gehele duur in een
omgeving met door hoge frequenties veroorzaakt
lawaai gedragen te worden. De gehoorbeschermer
dient op de juiste wijze aan het hoofdgestel
gemonteerd te worden.
Montage/Gebruik (afb. 2, 3, 4)
Monteer de gelaats- en gehoorbeschermer zoals op de
afbeeldingen 2-4- wordt getoond.
De gelaats- en gehoorbeschermer GSG 8/15,5 voldoet
aan de eisen van de Richtlijn 89/686/EWG persoonlijke
beschermende uitrustingen.
Pas met het instelwiel (afb. 1/4) de gelaat- en
gehoorbeschermer aan de grootte van het hoofd van de
betreffende gebruiker aan om een veilige bescherming te
waarborgen. De beschermer mag niet glijden en drukken.
Transport en opslag
•Maak het product met een vochtige doek schoon.
Laat alle onderdelen compleet aan de lucht drogen.
Indien u de gelaats- en gehoorbeschermer voor een
grondige reiniging naar enkele onderdelen
demonteert, zet daarna alle onderdelen naar behoren
weer in elkaar.
•Voor het desinfecteren van de oorbeschermer kan als
beste reinigingsalcohol gebruikt worden; neem
vervolgens met een vochtige doek alle onderdelen
van de gehoorbeschermer af.
•Bewaar het product altijd op een droge en stofvrije
plaats.

La garanzia include esclusivamente gli inconvenienti
dovuti dal difetto del materiale oppure dal difetto dalla
produzione. Per la contestazione in garanzia occorre
allegare l’originale del documento d’acquisto riportante
della data di vendita.
La garanzia non include l’uso profano, es. sovraccarico
della macchina, manomissione, danni dall’intervento
estero oppure dagli oggetti. La garanzia non include anche
l’inosservanza del Manuale d’Uso, del montaggio e l’usura
normale.
Istruzioni di sicurezza generali
Prima di utilizzare la machina occorre leggere
completamente il presente Manuale d’Uso. Nel caso dei
dubbi sulla connessione e manovra della macchina,
rivolgersi al costruttore (Centro d’Assistenza).
•Dopo aver tolto l’imballo, controllare che
l’apparecchio e tutte sue parti sono in perfette
condizioni.
Prima di usare l’apparecchio è indispensabile
controllare i dispositivi di sicurezza.
Accertarsi che le parti evidentemente danneggiate
solo leggermente funzionano bene.

•Porre attenzione alle parti danneggiate. Prima di
utilizzare l’apparecchio, ispezionarlo. Sono
danneggiate alcune parti? Domandare seriamente se
stessi, se l’apparecchio funzionerà perfettamente e in
sicuro anche con i piccoli danni.
•Utilizzare solo le parti approvate. Per
manutenzione e riparazioni utilizzare solamente i
ricambi originali. Rivolgersi per tal scopo al Centro
d’Assistenza autorizzato.
•Ammonimento! L’applicazione degli accessori e
delle parti aggiuntive, non consigliate univocamente
nel presente Manuale d’Uso, può condurre ai danni
delle persone e cose.
•Non utilizzare i solventi per la pulizia delle parti di
plastica! I solventi, come la benzina, i diluenti,
gasolio e le sostanze simili contenenti l’alcol, possono
danneggiare le parti di plastica. Non utilizzare queste
sostanze per la pulizia di tali parti, applicare
eventualmente solo la liscivia a sapone oppure gli
altri liquidi adatti.
•Utilizzare esclusivamente i ricambi originali.
Con utilizzo dei ricambi dei produttori diversi cade la
garanzia e possono avvenire le anomalie in funzione
dell'apparecchio. I ricambi originali sono disponibili
presso nostri venditori concessionari.
•Non eseguire le modifiche dell’apparecchio!
Non eseguire alcune modifiche dell’apparecchio! Per
tutte le riparazioni rivolgersi al Centro d’Assistenza.
Una modifica non autorizzata può influire
negativamente all’efficienza dell’apparecchio e può
provocare anche le gravi ferite, se fatta dalle persone
senza le conoscenze tecniche necessarie.
•In caso di manutenzione e delle riparazioni dei
dispositivi di sicurezza e protezione, tali devono
essere rimontati immediatamente in modo giusto.
Comportamento nel caso d’emergenza
Applicare il pronto soccorso relativo all’incidente e
rivolgersi più rapidamente al medico qualificato.
Proteggere il ferito agli ulteriori incidenti e tranquillizzarlo.
Con riferimento alla DIN 13164, il luogo di lavoro deve
essere sempre dotato della cassetta di pronto
soccorso per eventuali incidenti. Il materiale utilizzato
deve essere aggiunto immediatamente.
In caso di richiesta del pronto soccorso comunicare le
seguenti informazioni:
1. Luogo dell’incidente
2. Tipo dell’incidente
3. Numero dei feriti
4. Tipo della ferita
Smaltimento
Le istruzioni per lo smaltimento derivano dai pittogrammi
attaccati sull’apparecchio e sull’imballo. La descrizione dei
singoli significati riporta il capitolo "Segnaletica”.
Smaltimento dell’imballo da trasporto
L’imballo protegge l’apparecchio contro i danni durante il
trasporto.
I materiali d’imballo sono scelti a seconda la tutela
dell’ambiente ed il modo di smaltimento, perciò possono
essere riciclati.
Il ritorno dell’imballo in circolazione dei materiali risparmia
le materie prime e diminuisce i costi di lavorazione dei
rifiuti.
Le singole parti dell’imballo (es. fogli, styropor) possono
essere pericolosi per i bambini. Esiste il pericolo di
soffocamento!
Tenere le parti dell’imballo fuori portata dei bambini e
smaltirli prima possibile.
Requisiti all'operatore
L’operatore è obbligato, prima di usare l’apparecchio,
leggere attentamente il Manuale d’Uso.
Istruzioni
Utilizzo dell’apparecchio richiede solo le istruzioni
adeguate del professionista rispettivamente leggere il
Manuale d’Uso. Non sono necessarie le istruzioni speciali.
Istruzioni di sicurezza per prima messa in funzione
•La protezione degli occhi serve contro le ferite degli
occhi e della faccia dai grandi oggetti lanciati.
•La protezione della faccia protegge gli occhi e la
faccia stessa contro le ferite. La protezione della
faccia deve essere utilizzata per tutto il periodo della
presenza del pericolo. La protezione della faccia non
protegge contro lo spruzzo dei liquidi, contro gli
oggetti caldi, rischi elettrici né contro la radiazione
infrarossa ed ultraviola.
•La protezione dell’udito protegge contro il rumore ad
alta frequenza. In caso che l’apparecchio proprio
oppure le altre parti subiscono il danno, abbandonare
immediatamente la zona di lavoro.
•La protezione dell’udito deve essere utilizzata per
tutto il periodo della presenza del rumore ad alta
frequenza. La protezione dell’udito deve essere
correttamente fissata sulla struttura portante.
Montaggio/esercizio (fig. 2, 3, 4)
La protezione della faccia e la protezione dell’udito devono
essere montate secondo l’illustrazione delle figure 2 – 4.
La protezione della faccia e la protezione dell’udito
GSG8/15,5 sono conforme alla Direttiva 89/686/CEE,
Mezzi di protezione personale.
Per assicurare la protezione sicura adattare con la
manopola di regolazione (fig. 1/4) la protezione della faccia
e quella dell’udito alla dimensione della testa dell’Utente.
Non devono scivolare né stringere.
Trasporto e stoccaggio
•Pulire il prodotto con il panno umido. Attendere che
tutte le parti si asciughino sull’aria. Scomponendo la
protezione della faccia e la protezione dell’udito ai
singoli elementi per lo scopo di pulizia accurata,
rimontarli pio correttamente.
•Per disinfettare la protezione dell'udito è meglio
utilizzare l'alcol da pulizia e pulire tutte le parti della
stessa con panno umido.
•Conservare il prodotto sempre nel luogo asciutto e
privo della polvere.

A használati utasítás mellőzése következményeire,
szerelési és szokásos, normális elhasználódásra sem
vonatkozik a jótállás.
Általános biztonsági utasítások
•A csomagolás levétele után ellenőrizze a készüléket
hibátlan-e minden része.
Gép használata előtt feltétlenül ellenőriznie kell a
biztonsági berendezést.
Győződjön meg arról, hogy látható csak könnyen
sérült alkatrészek valóban rendesen működnek.
•Ügyeljen a sérült részekre. Használat előtt a gépet
nézze át. Sérültek a termék egyes részei? Könnyű
sérülés esetén komolyan kérdezze meg magától,

hogy fog- e a termék ennek ellenére hibamentesen
és biztonságosan működni.
•Csak jóváhagyott alkatrészt használjon.
Karbantartásnál és javításra csupán eredeti
alkatrészeket használjon. Pótalkatrészekért forduljon
márka szervizközponthoz.
•Figyelmeztetés! Nem ebben a kezelési utasításban
ajánlott tartozékok illetve alkatrészek használata
személyi sérülés és hibásozás kockázatával jár.
•Műanyag részeket ne tisztítsa oldószerekkel!
Oldószerek mint benzin, hígítók, gázolaj vagy
hasonló szesz tartalmú anyagok a műanyag részeket
megsérthetik, ezeket a részeket ezekkel az
anyagokkal ne tisztítsa, esetleg csak szappanos
vízzel.
•Csak eredeti pótalkatrészeket használjon.
Más gyártóktól származó alkatrészek használata
esetén a garancia elveszik és a készülék
meghibásozhat. Eredeti pótalkatrészeket a mi
szerződéses eladóinknál kaphat.
•A készüléken ne végezzen változtatásokat.
A készüléken ne végezzen változtatásokat. Minden
javítással forduljon a vevőszervizhez.
Nem jóváhagyott változtatás negatívan hathat a
készülék teljesítményére, komoly sérüléseket is
okozhat amennyiben azt műszaki képzettséggel nem
rendelkezőszemély végzi.
•A biztonsági és védelmi berendezéseket karbantartás
és javítás után azonnal helyesen vissza kell szerelni.
Kényszerhelyzet
Biztosítson a balesetnek megfelelőelsősegélyt és lehető
leggyorsabban hívjon kvalifikált orvosi segítséget.
Óvja a sebesültet további sebesüléses ellen és nyugtassa
meg. Az esetleges balesetek miatt a munkahelyen, a
DIN 13164 norma követelménye szerint, mindig legyen
kéznél, elsősegély nyújtáshoz, kézi patika. Amit,
szükség esetén, a kézi patikából kivesz, azonnal
pótolja vissza. Ha segítségre van szüksége, tüntesse
fel az alábbi adatokat:
1. A baleset színhelye
2. A baleset típusa
3. A sebesültek száma
4. A sebesülések típusa
Kiselejtezés:
A kiselejtezésre vonatkozó utasításokat a gépen vagy a
csomagoláson elhelyezett piktogramok jelzik Jelentésük
leírását a „Megjelölés” fejezet tartalmazza.
Csomagolóanyag megsemmisítése
A csomagolás védi a készüléket a sérüléstől.
A csomagolóanyag rendszerint környezetkímélőanyagból
készült ezért anyaga újrafelhasználható.
A csomagolóanyag újrafelhasználása csökkenti a hulladék
megsemmisítésére használt kiadásokat.
A csomagolóanyag része (pl. fólia, sztirol) veszélyes lehet
a gyerekekre. Megfulladás veszélye áll fenn.
A csomagolóanyaghoz ne jussanak gyerekek, lehető
leggyorsabban semmisítse meg.
Képzettség
Szakember által végzet aprólékos kioktatáson kívül a
készülék kezeléséhez nincs szükség speciális
képzettségre
Kiképzés
A készülék használata csupán szakember által végzett
megfelelőkioktatást, illetve használati útmutató
ismertetését igényli. Speciális oktatás nem szükséges.
Biztonsági utasítások az elsőüzembeállításhoz
•Szemvédővédi a szemeket és az arcot nagy repülő
tárgyak okozta balesetek ellen.
•Arcvédővédi a szemeket és az arcot baleset ellen.
Az arcvédőt a veszély forrás hatásának ideje alatt
álladóan viselni kell. Az arcvédőnem véd folyadék
fröccsenése, forró tárgyak, elektromos kockázat,
infravörös és ibolyántúli sugárzás ellen.
•Fülvédőnagyfrekvenciás zaj ellen nyújt védelmet.
Amennyiben maga a készülék vagy része megsérül
azonnal hagyja el a munkahelyet.
•A Fülvédőt a nagyfrekvenciás zaj egész időtartama
alatt viselni kell. A Fülvédőt helyesen kell
hozzáerősíteni a hordozó szerkezethez.

Arc & Fülvédőt úgy szerelje fel ahogy az a 2-4. ábrán van
ábrázolva.
A GSG 8/15,5 arc & fülvédőmegfelel a 89/686/EWG -
személyi védőeszközökre vonatkozó irányelv
követelményeinek.
Hogy garantálva legyen a védelem a beállító keréken (1/4
ábra) igazítsa az arc & fülvédőt a felhasználó fejének a
méreteihez. Nem csúszhat és nem is nyomhat.
SZÁLLÍTÁS ÉS TÁROLÁS
•A terméket tisztítsa le nedves ronggyal. Azután
minden részét hagyja levegőn megszáradni.
Amennyiben az arc & fülvédőt alapos tisztítás végett
szétbontja alkotórészeire, utána miden részét ismét
rendesen szerelje össze.
•A fülvédők fertőtlenítésére használjon tisztító szeszt
és utána a fülvédőminden részét nedves ronggyal
törölje le.
•A terméket tárolja mindig száraz és pormentes
helyen.
