This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and the supply of spare parts, upon
return of the same, at the headquarters of the manufacturer. Once the damage-mal-
function has been examined, Gaggio srl, at its sole discretion, determine whether or
not it is caused by defective material or by a manufacturing defect and therefore

The canopy can be cleaned with warm water and mild detergent using a sponge or
soft brush and then rinsed with fresh water

l’ombrellone o inserire il fodero per il rimessaggio
It is recommended to completely dry the fabrics before closing the umbrella or
inserting the sheath for storage

Mettere sempre il fodero di protezione quando si rimessa l’ombrellone che deve
essere completamente asciutto

Per evitare l’insorgere di mue, ricordarsi di aerare i tessuti dell’ombrellone durante
il rimessaggio invernale ponendo particolare attenzione ai tessuti resinati

the winter storage, paying particular attention to the resin-coated fabrics

La dimensione della base ed il peso della zavorra dipendono non solo delle dimen-
sioni dell’ombrellone ma anche dal luogo di installazione dello stesso e dalle condi-
zioni di esposizione al vento del prodotto. Si raccomanda pertanto di valutare ed
eventualmente aumentare la zavorra fornita di serie in base alle variabili sopra
descritte.
The size of the base and the weight of the ballast depend not only on the size of
the umbrella but also on the place of installation of the same and on the wind
exposure conditions of the product. It is therefore recommended to evaluate and
possibly increase the ballast supplied as standard on the basis of the variables
described above.

Chiudere sempre l’ombrellone in caso di forte brezza, vento sostenuto o in
caso di eventi meteorologici avversi. Ombrelloni incustoditi non devono
rimanere aperti.
Always close the umbrella in case of strong breeze, strong wind or in case of
adverse weather events. Unattended umbrellas must not remain open.

Togliere l'imballaggio dell'ombrellone prestando attenzione a non
danneggiare il tessuto. In caso di ombrelloni con ciu separati
(Swing multipli) rispettare l'ordine numerico riportato nell'imballo
per il successivo assemblaggio.
Remove the umbrella's packaging paying attention to do not

CHIUSURA
/CLOSING
Tirare lentamente verso il basso la cima che fuoriesce dal braccio il ciuo dell'ombrello-
ne inizierà cosi ad allontanarsi progressivamente dal palo fino al raggiungimento della
posizione standard pre-impostata (ombrellone orizzontale). Percepirete a questo punto
un netto scatto che indica arrivo a percorso orizzontale. (Vedi in alternativa apertura
ombrellone già in posizione inclinata).
Slowly pull down on the rope that comes out of the arm. The air / vent of the umbrella
it will thus begin to progressively move away from the pole until reaching the standard
pre-set position (horizontal umbrella). At this point, there must be a clear locking snap
of the pin. (See alternatively umbrella opening already in inclined position)
Avvitare la manopola di regolazione (la manopola avvitata mantiene
comunque il braccio bloccato orizzontalmente in caso di rottura
accidentale del perno a scatto automatico) ed eseguire un semplice
nodo della cima di apertura attorno alla manopola di regolazione:
“giri morti”. (Tale operazione di sicurezza evita al ciuo di chiudersi in
caso di sbloccaggio accidentale della cima stessa dall'Easy-Block)
Screw in the adjustment knob (the screwed knob still holds the arm
blocked horizontally in case of accidental breakage of the automa-
tic snap pin and tie a simple knot of the opening top around the
knob adjustment: "dead turns". (This safety operation prevents the
tuft from closing in the event of accidental release)

Lock the rope in the EASY-BLOCK locking system
Accertarsi che l'area di movimento dell’ombrellone sia libera da ingombri o persone
Check that the movement area of the umbrella is free from obstructions or people
Posizionarsi sul lato dell'ombrellone dove è presente il sistema
Easy-Block e allentare i giri morti (o il nodo) della cima attorno alla
manopola di regolazione e allentare quest'ultima svitandola
Stand on the side of the umbrella where the system Easy-Block is
located and loosen the dead turns (or knot) of the rope around the
adjustment knob and loosen it by unscrewing it.
Procedere con l’apertura ombrellone (vedi istruzioni paragrafo sucessivo)
Proceed with opening the umbrella (see instructions in the next paragraph)
Sollevare quindi il ciuo dell'ombrellone e inserire lo snodo presente
all'estremità superiore direttamente nel braccio di sostegno, fissandolo
allo stesso tramite le viti M6x20 in dotazione
Then lift the air/vent of the umbrella and insert the joint that is at the
opposite top, directly into the support arm, securing it to the arm,
through the supplied M6x20 screws
Ruotare l'ombrellone fino al raggiungimento della posizione desiderata;
fatto ciò avvitare la vite di fissaggio ombrellone della base
(chiave da 17)
Rotate the umbrella until the desired position is reached; after this,
tighten the fixing screw of the base (with wrench of 17)
Inserire la cima attraverso la carrucola presente nello snodo inferiore;
fatto ciò inserire nuovamente la stessa cima attraverso il bozzello
presente nella staa dei bracci situata verso la parte superiore del palo
Insert the rope through the pulley present in the lower joint; after this,
insert the same rope again through the block in the bracket of the arms
located at the top of the pole
Sbloccare la cima dal sistema di bloccaggio Easy-Block e rilasciarla
lentamente per rallentare la chiusura del ciuo dell'ombrellone. Con
l'altra mano si consiglia di trattenere ed accompagnare il movimen-
to della manopola di regolazione verso il basso in modo da regolare
la velocità di rientro del braccio dell'ombrellone verso il palo
Unlock the rope from the Easy-Block locking system and release it
slowly in order to slow down the closing of the umbrella air/vent.
With the other hand it is advisable to hold and accompany the
movement of the adjustment knob downwards.

Free the layers of fabric left between the ribs to avoid damage to the fabric
Avvicinare ulteriormente il ciuo al palo dell'ombrellone e avvitare
la manopola di regolazione per mantenerlo aderente allo stesso
Bring the air vent closer to the umbrella pole and screw the knob to
keep it adherent to it
collocare la base di fissaggio in posizione sul pavimento/supporto

assicurarsi che la base sia in perfetto piano eventualmente spessorarla

lamente al palo) fino al raggiungimento della completa tensione del tessuto
Proceed with the opening of the umbrella air/vent continuing to pull the rope (parallel to the
pole) until complete fabric tension is reached
Accertarsi che l'area di movimento dell’ombrellone sia libera da ingombri o persone
Check that the movement area of the umbrella is free of obstructions or people
Sciogliere la cintura di fissaggio del tessuto
Loosen the fabric fixing belt
Inserire la cima proveniente dal ciuo dell'ombrellone all'interno del brac-
cio di sostegno (collegato al palo) facendo attenzione che la cima stessa
passi attraverso la carrucola presente nello snodo inferiore del braccio
Insert the rope coming from the air/vent of the umbrella inside the
support arm (connected to the pole) making sure that the top pass
through the pulley present in the lower joint of the arm

Insert the umbrella pole into the support base tube
Fissare la staa fermo stecca al pattino inferiore del palo tramite vite e
dado già inseriti, prestando attenzione nell'inserire una rondella all'interno

Secure the bracket to the lower shoe of the pole by means of the screw
and nut already inserted, paying attention to insert a washer inside and
one on the outside of the bracket
Aprire e rimuovere il fodero dell'ombrellone
