CAUTION! Read all instructions before using
this product to reduce the risk of injury
DANGER!  Never discharge high pressure
stream at people or animals The high pressure
stream of fluid that this equipment can produce
may pierce skin and its underlying tissues,
creating a pressure puncture wound, leading
to serious injury, amputation or death. Seek
immediate surgical treatment if you receive a
pressure puncture wound
 Inspect hose each time before using it The high
pressure hose can develop leaks from wear, kinking,
abuse, etc Check all hoses for cuts, leaks,
abrasions, bulging of cover, damage or movement
of couplings If any of these conditions exist, replace
hose immediately with another that meets the
maximum pressure rating of your pressure washer
Never repair a high pressure hose. Water
spraying from a leak is capable of creating a
pressure puncture wound Seek immediate surgical
treatment if you receive a pressure puncture wound
 Keep the hose connected to machine or the spray
gun while the system is pressurized Disconnecting
the hose while the unit is pressurized can cause a
pressure puncture wound
DANGER! Risk of electrocution!
 Inspect cord before every use Do not use if cord is
damaged
 Keep all connections dry and off the ground
 Never touch plug with wet hands
Connect the pressure washer to a power supply
receptacle protected by a Ground Fault Circuit
Interrupter (GFCI). This is done to comply with
National Electrical Code (NFPA 70) and to provide
additional protection from risk of electrical shock
 Keep water spray away from electric wiring or fatal
electric shock may result
WARNING! To reduce the risk of injury, close
supervision is necessary when product is used
near children Do not allow CHILDREN to
operate the Pressure Washer at any time
 Know how to stop the product and bleed the
pressure quickly Be thoroughly familiar with
controls
 Stay alert Watch what you are doing
 Do not operate the product when fatigued or under
the influence of alcohol or drugs
 Keep operating area clear of all people
 Do not overreach or stand on unstable support
Keep good footing and balance at all times
 Operate this pressure washer only in areas away
from combustible materials, combustible fumes or
dust
 Some chemicals or detergents may be harmful if
inhaled or ingested, causing severe nausea, fainting
or poisoning The harmful elements may cause
property damage or severe injury Always use
detergents and chemicals approved for use with
pressure washers and follow the manufactures
instructions for proper use.
 Before starting the pressure washer in cold weather,
check all parts of the equipment and be sure ice has
not formed Never use pressure washer in icy
conditions
 Units with broken or missing parts, or without
protective housing or covers should NEVER be
operated

Always wear eye protection when you use this
equipment or when you are in vicinity where the
equipment is in use High pressure spray can cause
paint chips or other particles to become airborne
and fly at high speeds
 Never move the machine by pulling on high
pressure hose Use the handle provided on the top
of the unit
 Use a respirator or mask whenever there is a
chance that vapors may be inhaled Read all
instructions with the mask so you are certain the
mask will provide the necessary protection against
inhaling harmful vapors
 High pressure spray may damage fragile items
including glass Do not point spray gun at glass
when in high pressure.
 Hold the spray gun firmly in your hand before you
start the unit Do not leave the pressure washer
unattended while the machine is turned on
 Cleaning area should have adequate slopes and
drainage to reduce possibility of a fall due to
slippery surfaces
 Do not bypass any safety device on this machine
 Operate and store this unit on a stable, level
surface
 Store in a clean, dry frostfree room
Servicing a Double Insulated
Product
In a doubleinsulated product, two systems of
insulation are provided instead of grounding No
means of grounding is provided on a
doubleinsulated product, nor should a means for
grounding be added
Servicing a doubleinsulated product requires
extreme care and knowledge of the system and
should be done only by qualified service
personnel. Replacement parts for a doubleinsulated
product must be identical to the parts they replace
Use only genuine replacement parts A
doubleinsulated product is marked with the words
DOUBLE INSULATION or DOUBLE INSULATED
The symbol may also be marked on the product
Extension Cords
Use only extension cords that are approved for
outside use. These extension cords are identified by
a marking ACCEPTABLE FOR USE WITH
OUTDOOR APPLIANCES; STORE INDOORS
WHILE NOT IN USE  Use only extension cords
having an electrical rating greater than the rating of
the product
Do not use damaged extension cords Examine
extension cord before using and replace if damaged
Do not abuse extension cord and do not yank on any
cord to disconnect it Keep cord away from heat and
sharp edges Always disconnect the extension
cord from the receptacle before disconnecting the
pressure washer from the extension cord.

CART ASSEMBLY AND
INSTALLATION
To assemble your cart you need the following
tools:
 Hammer
 Adjustable Wrench
 Phillips Screwdriver
 Wood Block
Assemble Cart as follows:
1 Place wood block (not supplied) on hard surface
2 Place axle (Item 6) on wood block and tap axle
cap (Item 3) onto axle
3 Install wheel (Item 4) on axle with raised hub away
from axle cap Install axle spacer (item 5) and
insert axle through mounting holes on cart base
4 Turn cart base on its side, resting axle cap on
wood block
5 Install axle spacer (Item 5) and then wheel (Item
4) on axle with raised hub toward cart base Tap
axle cap (Item 3) onto axle
6 Attach cart handle (Item 10) using one carriage
bolt (Item 7) and one knob (Item 8) on both sides
of handle
7 Slide two T-Head bolts (Item 11) into slots on
bottom of pressure washer unit
8 Align bolts on pressure washer to holes on cart
base Tighten to cart base with nuts (Item 2)
9 Insert wire frame accessory holder (Item 9) into
cart handle as shown

HOW TO SET UP
PRESSURE WASHER
 Unwind the high pressure hose and attach it to spray
gun (Figure 2)
 Attach the high pressure hose to the high pressure
outlet and tighten by hand (Figure 3)
 Included with this unit is a quick-connect fitting that
you must attach to the water inlet and your garden
hose You can install the male connector by hand
but you may need to use an adjustable wrench to
tighten it (Figure 4)
 Check the screen on the female connector Make
sure it is clean and check for damage If you see
any damage in the screen, do not use that
female connector. Call the pressure washer
helpline to order a replacement
 Attach the female quick connect to your garden
hose
 Attach garden hose to the water inlet using the
quickconnect The quickconnect should lock in
place (Figure 5)

DANGER! When connecting the unit to a
power supply receptacle, use ONLY a
receptacle protected by a Ground Fault Circuit
Interrupter (GFCI) This will help protect against
electrical shock
CAUTION! Before starting you should be sure
the electrical supply is rated at 120 volts, 15
amps
WARNING! To reduce the risk of
electrocution, keep ALL connections dry and off
the ground DO NOT touch plug with wet
hands
HOW TO OPERATE YOUR
PRESSURE WASHER
Note: We do not recommend that you use extension
cords with this pressure washer If, however, your
application requires that you need an extension cord,
use only extension cords that are approved for outside
use These extension cords are identified by a marking
ACCEPTABLE FOR USE WITH OUTDOOR
APPLIANCES; STORE INDOORS WHILE NOT IN
USE  Use only extension cords having an electrical
rating not less than the rating of the product Do not
use damaged extension cords
 Turn on the water.
NOTE: Inlet water temperature should not exceed
104°F
 Squeeze trigger to purge pump of system air and
impurities
 Attach the turbo nozzle extension to spray gun by
aligning the locking tabs on the extension with the
grooves in the gun Push extension inward and twist
clockwise to lock in place (Figure 6)
 Press the master On/Off Switch to the On position
(Figure 7)
DANGER! You must be careful at this point
Anytime you squeeze the trigger, the motor will
start and water will spray out of the gun
DANGER! You must attach the spray gun and
all hoses before you start the motor
WARNING! Before starting the pressure
washer, be sure you are wearing adequate eye
protection Goggles are included with this unit

WARNING! Gun kicks back Use both hands
DANGER! Risk of injury or injection to people
and animals Never discharge stream at people
or animals
 Squeeze trigger to produce spray
NOTE: Behind the trigger to the gun is a SAFETY
LATCH You can place this latch as shown (Figure 8)
to keep the washer from accidentally spraying while
you are changing the nozzle head or foamer or
performing other tasks
STOPPING YOUR
PRESSURE WASHER
 If the pressure washer is running, release the trigger
DANGER! Releasing the trigger will shut off
the motor but does not shut off the unit You
must also place the Master On/Off Switch to
the OFF position
 Place Master On/Off switch in Off position Simply
shutting OFF motor will not release pressure in the
system Squeeze the trigger on the gun to relieve
the pressure in the hose
DANGER! Never leave your pressure washer
unattended even when turned off
HOW TO USE YOUR
PRESSURE WASHER
Applying Detergent With Foamer
IMPORTANT: Use soaps designed specifically for
pressure washers Household detergents could
damage the pump
NOTE: Never use garden hose inlet to siphon
detergent or wax
DANGER! You MUST attach all hoses and the
spray gun before you start the motor
WARNING! Before removing any spray gun
extension, be sure to turn off the pressure
washer and relieve pressure by pressing the
trigger You could be injured if you try to
remove an extension if the pressure washer is
running and there is pressure in the system
Pressure washers are useful cleaning tools designed
to clean almost any surface in two easy steps
 First, apply an appropriate detergent/solvent solution
to penetrate and loosen grime Apply detergent at
low pressure to avoid splashing, overspraying
and waste. Leave the solution on surface for 3 to 5
minutes to allow solution to work Reapply as
necessary to keep solution from drying
 The second step involves cleaning the surface you
have prepared with the pressure washer and then
rinsing it clean
To apply detergent follow these steps:
 Detach the turbo nozzle extension from the spray
gun
 Remove the bottle from the foamer
 Align the locking tabs on the foamer with the
grooves in the gun Push inward and twist clockwise
to lock in place (Note: make sure that when you
lock the foamer into place you have the hose that
connects to the foamer bottle hanging downward )

 Prepare your detergent solution as required by the
manufacturer and fill bottle with the solution

 Attach bottle onto foamer making sure the bottle
hangs down
 Start washer and apply detergent to a dry surface,
starting from the bottom and working up
 To rinse, YOU MUST, stop the pressure washer,
remove the foamer and connect the adjustable
nozzle extension
Note Detergents are most effective applied to a dry
surface
How to Use the Turbo Nozzle
The turbo nozzle rotates the high pressure stream in a
rapid circular pattern The high pressure spray is most
effective when the tip of the wand is held between 8 to
24 inches from the surface being cleaned
Always start the turbo nozzle at a distance, gradually
getting closer to the surface until you get the cleaning
force you want
CAUTION! The turbo nozzle produces an
extremely high pressure spray which is capable
of removing paint and cutting holes through
surfaces if held too close Always make sure
the surface you will clean will not be damaged
by the high pressure spray by testing in a
hidden area
Note: You cannot apply detergent with the turbo
nozzle
How to Use the Utility Brush
The utility brush allows you to scrub surfaces with
water filtering through the bristles
To attach the utility brush to the gun:
 Attach the bayonet adapter to the base of the brush
Tighten
 Remove the turbo nozzle extension from the gun if
attached
 Attach the brush with the bayonet adapter to the
spray gun by aligning the locking tabs on the
adapter with the grooves in the gun Push the brush
inward and twist clockwise to lock in place
Note: You must use the bayonet adapter to attach the
brush to the gun
To Clean
Start at lower portion of area to be washed and work
upward, using long, even overlapping strokes
Detergent or degreaser works best when you apply it
to a dry surface first Let it set for 35 minutes before
washing and rinsing
Rinse
Start at the top of area to be rinsed, working down with
the same action as for cleaning
