These ample instructions have been compiled in order to help
you learn how to handle the appliance. They will show you step
by step what your appliance is capable of, so please read them
carefully before you attempt to use your cooker for the first time.
The first thing to do is to check if your appliance has arrived
undamaged. In case you find any transport damages, please
report it immediately to your local dealer, or to the regional
warehouse which supplied the appliance. You will find their
phone numbers on the invoice or on the delivery note.

• Warning: do not let small children in the vicinity of the appliance. They are not yet aware of
danger of burns. Older children may use the appliance only under your surveillance.
• Danger of burns: Heating elements, oven and cooking accessories may become very hot during
operation. To avoid burns use kitchen clothes and gloves when handling hot parts or utensils.
• Mains lead of adjacent appliances may be damaged by hotplates or if stuck between the oven
doors, and produce short circuit, therefore keep them at safe distance from the appliance.
• Never clean the oven with hot steam or steam pressure cleaning devices, as it may provoke
short circuit.
• Oven door may become very hot during operation. For extra protection there is a third glass
fitted on the door to reduce surface temperature of the oven door glass.
• Do not wrap the oven with aluminum foil, and avoid placing baking pans or any other crockery
at the oven bottom. Aluminum foil prevents air circulation, impedes proper roasting, and ruins
enamel.
• Juices dripping from the pan may leave traces upon the enamel, which can not be removed.
• The appliance is manufactured in compliance with the relevant effective safety standards.
Nevertheless, we strongly recommend that persons with impaired physical, motoric, or mental
capacity, or persons with inadequate experience or knowledge, do not use the appliance
unless attended by a qualified person. The same recommendation applies when the appliance
is used by persons of less-than-legal age.
The symbol on the product or on its packaging indicates that this product may not
be treated as household waste. Instead it shall be handed over to the applicable
collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment. By ensuring
this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences
for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate

This appliance is intended for use in your household. Never use
the appliance for any other purpose!
These instructions describe in detail all the particulars and
possibilities of its use.
The appliance is equipped with a built-in cooling fan, cooling the
casing and the control panel of the appliance.
Cooling fan works for some time after the oven is turned OFF
and thus additionally cools the appliance.
Oven door is fitted with a safety switch which cuts the heating
when oven door is opened, and resumes heating after the door is
closed again.

Description of the appliance

All oven commands and selections are carried out by
touching relevant sensors.
• Each selection is accompanied by sound signal.
• Display illumination is automatically switched off and changes
to clock display if no sensor is touched within 5 minutes,
except during baking. The display is illuminated again when
you touch any sensor.
• Illuminated sensors are the active ones. Flashing illumination
offers assistance - it suggests the sensor which probably
needs to be pressed subsequently to resume the desired
operation.
INFO sensor
By pressing the INFO sensor you can get information relevant to
the actual menu you are currently in.

• Take all the accessories out of the oven and clean it with warm
water and your usual mild detergent. Never use aggressive
cleaners!
• During the first heating the oven might produce a somewhat
unpleasant smell of a new product. This is normal, just
ventilate the place thoroughly!
• If possible use dark, silicone coated or enamel baking pans,
because of their excellent thermal conductivity.
• Preheating of oven is necessary only if recommended by the
recipe or if written in the chart below.
• Heating of empty oven consumes a lot of energy. Save it
by baking several pizzas or cakes consecutively, one after
another, while the oven is still warm from the previous one.
• Towards the end of baking, the oven may be switched off
about 10 minutes before the completion, thereby making use
of the remaining heat.
When the appliance is connected to the mains the LCD display is
illuminated, indicating the clock with the current time of day (see
section ‘Setting the current time’).
Switch the appliance on by pressing the ON/OFF sensor. The
display indicates Master menu.
• If the language appearing on the display does not suit you,
select another one. Go to the Master menu and select
Settings.
• Touch the arrow and select the desired language.
Confirm your selection. Display returns to Master menu.

• Flashing arrow within the display indicates selected setting/
item.
• Selected item is set or reset by using relevant sensors, or up
and down arrows. Short touch of the arrow means the smallest
change of setting unit, longer touch accelerates the change.
• When all desired values are selected within a particular menu,
confirm the settings.
• Current time needs to be set after the first hook-up of the
appliance, or when it is cut off from power supply for more than
a week time.
• To set the clock, select Settings from the Master Menu.
• In the Settings menu,press the clock and use arrows to set the
current time (short touch changes time in one minute intervals,
prolonged touch accelerates minute changes).
• Confirm new setting.

Operating mode manual settings
All heating parameters in this mode are set manually
Temperature values for the selected heating mode are already
preselected, you can only ad just them prior commencement of
baking/roasting.
• Oven operation mode is selected by touching the relevant
mode sensor or selection arrows .
Top/bottom heater
Heaters from the upper and the lower side uniformly heat the
exposed food. Baking and roasting is possible only at single
level. Preset temperature (°C) - 200, maximum available setting
(°C) - 275.
Fan with hot air
The fan at the rear panel forces the air to circulate continuously
around the roast or pastry. It is suitable for roasting and baking at
more than one level. Preset temperature (°C) - 160, maximum
available setting (°C) - 275..
Fan with bottom heater
Both the bottom heater and hot air fan are in operation. This
mode is most appropriate for baking pizza. It may also be used
for baking moist or heavy cake, fruit cake from leavened or flaky
dough, and cheese soufflés.
Preset temperature (°C) - 200°C, maximum available setting
- 275.
Grill with fan
Infrared heater and fan operate simultaneously. This mode is
appropriate for roasting and grill of larger chunks of meat or
poultry at one level. Place meat on the grid and insert drip pan
one level below. It may also be used to obtain crisp skin on your
roast. Preset temperature (°C) - 170, maximum available setting
(°C) - 275.
Grill
Heat comes directly from the infrared heater, located at the oven
ceiling. It is especially suitable for preparing steaks, sausages, T-
bones, pork chops, etc. Preset temperature (°C) - 250, maximum
available setting (°C) - 275.

Bottom heater and fan
Both the bottom and fan are in operation. The mode is useful
for baking thin pastry and preparation of preserved fruit and
vegetables. Use the first guide level from the bottom, and not too
high pans, to allow the air to circulate along the upper side of the
food. Preset temperature (°C) - 160, maximum available setting
(°C) - 230.
Bottom heater
Heat is applied only by the bottom side of the oven. Use this
option for browning the bottom side of the food (baking heavy,
moist pastry with fruit dressing). Use temperature button to set
the appropriate temperature. Lower heater may also be used for
the cleaning of oven. You will find details in the section Cleaning
and maintenance. Preset temperature (°C) - 160, maximum
available setting (°C) - 230.
Top heater
Heat comes only from the upper part of the oven. Use it
for browning the upper side of your roast or cake. Preset
temperature (°C) - 150, maximum available setting (°C) - 230.
Defrosting
In this mode the air circulates without any of the heaters
being turned on. It is used for slow defrosting of food. Preset
temperature (°C) - /, maximum available setting(°C) - /.
Baking/roasting temperature setting
• After selecting the mode of operation, press the temperature
sensor to set the oven temperature anywhere between 30 to
275°C (depending on the selected mode) in 5°C steps.
• If the meat probe is hooked-up the display above the oven
temperature indicates the icon for probe temperature setting
(see section ‘Programmed roasting with meat probe’).
• Use temperature sensor to set meat probe temperature and
roasting temperature.

Timer function settings
• Press sensor to select the desired setting. Flashing arrow
indicates selected setting. Touch selection arrows to select
desired time setting.
Setting oven operation period
• Operation period can be set anywhere from 0 to 10 hours in 1
minute intervals.
• Touch the confirmation sensor to switch the oven on. When
the preset time elapses, the oven is switched off, and the
sound signal announces the end of baking/roasting.
Setting end of operation
This setting is active only if the oven operation period
was set previously, and if the selected recipe does
not require preheating.
• This function is used when you wish to set the end of baking
(prepared food) at the exact preset time.
• Touch the selection arrows to read automatically the sum of
current time and oven operation time.
• Confirm the setting to switch the oven on at the preselected
time.
• In addition to the clock, the indicator displays the start time
and the finish time of oven operation. Operation signal LED is
flashing. To delete the delayed start press twice the ON/OFF
sensor.
Setting the alarm
• This option is used during oven operation, when you wish to
be alerted at a certain time during baking/roasting.
• Use arrows to select alarm time anywhere from 0 to 10 in
one minute intervals. After the start of baking, the countdown
time is displayed in the top left corner of the display. Alarm
sounds after the preset time elapses, while the oven operation
continues normally.
A. Commencement of baking/roasting
• Press the sensor to confirm all settings and switch the oven
on. Red signal LED appears on the ON/OFF sensor
• If you also programmed the End of baking option, the oven will
start at the calculated preset time.
During roasting/baking the indicator periodically
displays different information.

Graphic display of oven temperature:
Oven is cold.
Oven is heated at approximately half of the set
value.
Oven is heated at the selected temperature.
Oven temperature is slightly over the set value. This
appears if you reduced the setting of the already
heated oven.
Thermometer symbol is displayed throughout the heating
process.
When the oven reaches the preset temperature (preheating
is finished), this is signaled by a short beep. The thermometer
symbol disappears after a while. During baking the heaters
periodically turn on and maintain the preset temperature.
Displaying baking periods
• Displayed when baking time is not set. It indicates the elapsed
baking time.
• Displayed when baking time is preset. Your preset time is
displayed on the left, and elapsed baking time is displayed on
the right. Graphic display dynamically indicates these times.
B. Changing baking/roasting parameters
You can change baking parameters (baking mode, temperature,
time) at any given moment during the baking process, and
continue with new settings after confirmation. If changes are not
confirmed, baking is continued on originally selected parameters.
C. End of baking/roasting
You can finish baking/roasting in two ways:
• Touching the STOP sensor ends oven operation. Display
reads Stopped. You can change parameters and recommence
new baking by pressing confirmation sensor.
• Pressing the ON/OFF sensor and switching the appliance off.
Baking menu remains lit for a while, signal LED is flashing,
after that the display switches to the clock indication.
If you set the baking time, the end of baking is signaled by the
beep and relevant warning on the display. Sound signal can be
stopped by pressing the confirmation sensor. If you do not intend
to continue baking, press the ON/OFF sensor to switch the
pliance off. 11

For the reasons of safety oven is automatically
switched off after certain period:
- after 10 hours if the set baking temperature exceeds
120°C
- after 24 hours if the set baking temperature is less
than 120°C
This mode is used for preparation of food from the list with
automatic baking mode, temperature and baking period settings.
We have prepared 27 different recipes for you. In the preparation
of this food follow the instructions, saved in the attached recipes
(see section ‘Recipes’). Factory memorized recipes can not be
modified.
• Press the sensor, Recipes to display factory memorized
recipes.
• Dishes, or dish groups, sometimes also food quantities, are
selected with arrows. Confirm the selected recipe.
• You can inspect the ingredients and baking mode for each
selected recipe if you press the INFO sensor.
• You can also change baking time and set the alarm for the
selected recipe if required.
• Confirm your selection to switch the oven on.
Certain recipes require preheating of the oven,
marked by the symbol , above the recipe name.
When the oven is preheated at the set temperature
(preheating is terminated) this is signaled by the beep
and the display.
Confirm the warning and insert food into the oven.
Baking/roasting is continued according to the preset
recipe.

Note: Before grilling see the relevant grilling instructions including all cautions. Oven is preheated
when empty. Oil the grid and the meat. Thinner slices of meat should be turned once during the
grilling. When roasting larger chunks of meat on the position (like chicken or fish), oil and spice
them well. Stuff the fish with garlic and parsley. Turn the chicken or ½ of hen around at approximately
half roasting time. Fish do not need to be turned during roasting/grilling. Read also the general
instructions and tips for roasting on the position, especially in regard to adding sufficient quantity
of liquid, to prevent fat from the meat to burn during the process. Turn the roast in the deep pan once
during roasting. If you use smaller pans for roasting, place them on the grid inserted in the 2nd guide

When baking broccoli, first boil potatoes and broccoli halfway in salted boiling water. When
preparing mousaka with eggplants, first fry quickly the flour covered eggplant slices in oil and
stew minced meat with onions on some fat. Our suggestion is to add dry salted vegetable
mixture (“Vegeta”). When preparing stuffed tomatoes, boil the potatoes, mash them, fry on some
margarine, mix with egg yolks and stuff tomatoes with the mixture. Sprinkle with parmesan
cheese.
Note: use fireproof glass pan, and do not pour cold liquid into it during the roasting process.
Attention: in automatic cooking mode the oven beeps when preheating is completed (for all
dishes which require preheating). Insert the food and confirm continuation of roasting.
You can store your own favorite recipes into memory, and recall
them whenever you wish to use them. You can save up to 12
different recipes in memory.
Selection and setting procedure is the same as with the factory
recipes.

Roasting/baking own

• Select Memory from the Master menu . and open Memory
content. Here you can select New entry, Edit or Delete entry.
• Confirm each selection.
New entry
If you already have 12 saved recipes, new entry is
not possible. You will have to delete some of them to
make space for new ones.
Naming the recipe
• Select New entry.
• In the Memory name move between characters with arrow on
the left side of the display. Selected character has a flashing
dash below it. Confirm the character with the right arrow .
Delete the character with the arrow . Name is written in the
field below, and can contain up to 10 haracters. Confirm the
written name.
Setting baking/roasting parameters
• Select mode, set temperature, and select desired time
settings.
• If you wish to make a recipe for meat probe roasting, the
probe must be plugged in the relevant socket in the oven prior
setting parameters (see section ‘Programmed roasting with
meat probe). Set probe temperature. Next time you select this
recipe, the appliance will alert you to hook-up the meat probe if
you forgot to do so.
• Touch the sensor to set preheating of the oven.
• Confirm selected settings.
Baking/roasting levels
• Record the guide level for baking specific food. Available
levels are 1-5, depending on the type of food and baking
mode.
• Confirm the settings and finally confirm the memory.
Editing
Enter the Edit menu and select the recipe name. You can modify
all baking/roasting parameters. Confirm the changes made.

Saving and editing own

Deletion
In the Delete menu, all recipe names are displayed. Select the
recipe(s) you wish to delete. A warning appears for confirmation.
After confirmation the selected recipe is permanently deleted
from memory.
Child lock
The oven can be protected against accidental start or changes of
baking program.
It can be activated in two instances:
- when the indicator displays current time;
- during the baking process.
Child lock is activated by touching the relevant sensor and its
confirmation. The key symbol appearing on the display indicates
that the protection is activated.
By pressing the ON/OFF sensor during the baking the oven can
be switched off despite the activated child lock.
in case of power failure child lock is switched off.
Additional settings
Language, current time, volume, display brightness and
contrast.
• Additional settings are selected by touching the sensor
then press the sensor for the particular setting option. Use
arrows to set different options.
• Confirm selected settings.
Oven illumination
There is an independent sensor for oven illumination .
• Oven accessories (grid, shallow and deep baking pan) can be
inserted at 5 different levels.
• Particular levels are described in baking/roasting charts below
(see section ‘Preparation of food’).
• Please note that baking levels are counted from below
upwards!

Baking/roasting levels

Telescopic pull-out guides are fitted in levels 2, 3, and 5.
Telescopic pull-out guides and other oven
accessories can become very hot during operation.
Use kitchen gloves or similar protection!
• To insert the grid, biscuit tray or drip pan, first pull the
telescopic guide of one level out.
• Place the grid or biscuit tray onto the pulled guides, and then
push the set inside the oven all the way. Close oven door only
after the telescopic guides re pushed all the way into the oven.
Grid for placing the baking pan with food, or for placing food
directly onto the grid.
Flat biscuit tray for baking cakes and pastry.
Deep pan for roasting meat and baking moist cakes, as well as
for use as a collection pan for dripping grease.
Caution: Deep pan for collection of dripping grease can not be
inserted in the first, bottom level guide.

Telescopic pull-out
guides

Inserted grease filter at the rear panel of the oven protects
the fan, the heater and the oven from accidental staining with
grease. For roasting meat we recommend the use of grease.
Remove the filter when baking pastry. Grease filter might cause
unsuccessful baking of some kinds of pastry.
• In this mode you can set the desired temperature of the meat
core between 30 and 99°C. Temperature in the meat core is
measured by the meat probe.
• Take care that the meat probe does not touch the heater
during the process.
• This roasting mode is appropriate for large chunks of meat,
possibly boneless, since the bones make temperature
measurements unreliable and give wrong results. Chicken or
rabbit is therefore not suitable for this mode of roasting.
Probe insertion
Insert the probe plug into the socket and stick the probe into the
meat. Probe socket is located in the front top corner of the left
oven panel. It is plugged with a metal plug which you need to
remove and reinsert after the end of roasting.
Suggested temperatures of the meat core:
Pork roast 85°C
Roast beef 80°C
Veal roast 75°C
Beef fillet 40-50°C
Procedure
• Connect the probe and stick it into the meat.
• In the roasting setting menu select probe temperature between
30 and 99 degrees in 1 degree steps. Select roasting mode
(heaters) and oven temperature.
• Confirm settings and switch the oven on. Meat probe starts
measuring the temperature of meat core, which is rising.
• When the preset temperature of meat core is reached, the
oven stops operating and ignals it with a beep.

Programmed roasting
with meat probe

Use of meat probe in combination with timer functions (for
experienced users only)
Meat probe can be used in combination with selecting roasting
time or end of roasting (see section ‘Timer settings’). However,
remember the following:
• If you set the time of operation the oven will stop working
when preset time runs out, irrelevant of whether the actual
temperature of food had reached the preset value. Therefore,
this time must always be longer that the time, required to
obtain the desired temperature. During the remaining time the
oven maintains certain temperature to keep the meat warm.
• The same procedure must be applied with the end of operation
setting mode .
• This combination can be applied successfully after you had
gathered experience related to the periods of roasting different
quantities of meat at the preset temperature.
• Once you know from experience the amount of time required
to roast meat, you can easily set the period of operation a bit
longer than actually required, and also successfully use the
end of operation option.
Notes
• If you insert the meat probe during roasting, the roasting stops.
• If you select the recipe which does not include the meat probe,
and the probe is connected, roasting is not possible. This is
written on the display, and an alarm sounds. The same goes
for your own recipes with included meat probe, which you
must hook-up prior the commencement of roasting.
You can only use the meat probe fabricated for this
particular oven.
• Most appropriate position for baking is the application of both
top and bottom heater, or the hot air.
• Note! Grease filter must always be removed!
Instructions
• When baking pastry, strictly follow the instructions regarding
the selection of guide level, temperature and baking time, and
do not rely on any previous experience, because information
indicated in the baking tables have been determined and
tested specially for this particular type of oven.
• In case you may not find any particular type of cake in the
tables, use the information available for the next most similar
type of cake.

Baking pastry
