The Gourmia Egg Cooker- prepares soft, medium or hard-cooked eggs
with the press of a button. Safety features include auto power o, and keep
warm feature- making the Gourmia Egg Cooker safer and more convenient

2. Do not touch hot surfaces- Use handles or knobs.
3. To protect against re, electric shock and injury , do not im-
merse cord, plug or unit in water or any other other liquid.
4. Never leave the appliance unattended when in use.
5. Unplug from outlet when not in use.
6. Do not use use a base unit other than the one supplied. The use
of accessory attachmnents that are not manufactured by the
appliance company as they may result in re, electric shock or
injury.

8. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter, or touch hot

9. Egg Cooker must be operated on a at surface. Do not place on
or near a hot gas or electric burner, in a heated oven, or on top
of other electric appliances.

11. Allow appliance to cool down before putting on or taking o
parts, and before cleaning the appliance.
12. Close appliance before removing the plug.
13. Beware of steam escaping from the cover. Do not remove lid
during boiling cycle.

1. Upper cover
Is used to preserve
heat and its transpar-
ent design allows you
to check on the food
while cooking.

Clean all parts with lukewarm water and soap.
Dry thoroughly before using
WARNING: Do not immerse the appliance in water!
CAUTION:
• Hold the handle when lifting the cover.
• When the egg cooker is in use or when the egg is cooked-
hot steam will escape.
• Hold the handle, lift the cover and then remove the egg shelf.
Be careful the parts are hot after cooking.
WARNING:
• The appliance is very hot during use.
• Do not touch the Egg Cooker surface it is extremely hot and you
can burn yourself.
• Never leave the Egg Cooker unattended while boiling water-
especially when children are nearby.
• Do not open the lid while in use.
• Do not immerse the base in water or any liquids. This
can cause electric shock or damage to the appliance.
• Be careful when handling the eggs when nished- they are
very hot.

Using Your Egg Cooker
Boiling eggs
Six eggs can be boiled simultaneously.
1. Use the measuring cup to add the
right amount of water to the heating tray.
2. Using the protrusion at the bottom
of the measuring cup - make a crack
on the wider end of the egg.
3. Put the egg on the heating plate and put
the bigger end of the egg on the egg shelf.
4. Place the cover on top.
5. Insert the plug into a wall outlet.
6. Turn the control switch to“heat”mode.
The indicator light will turn on and
the egg steamer will start heating up.
When the water in the heating
tray evaporates, the eggs are cooked.
The appliance will turn o and the alarm will ring.
7. Turn the switch to“o”mode, and remove the egg.
To keep the egg warm, leave the egg inside
on“warm”mode.
