READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING
1. This appliance is for household use only.
2. Do not use appliance outdoors.
3. Remove all packaging from the appliance before using.
4. Wash and dry all removable parts of the appliance before rst use.
5. A short cord set is provided to reduce the hazards of becoming entangled
in or tripping over a longer cord.
6. Using an extension cord is not recommended for this appliance.
However, if it is needed, the marked electrical rating should be at least
as great as the electrical rating of this appliance.
7. Do not operate the appliance near ammable materials, such as walls,
curtains, towels, etc.
8. Do not place paper, plastic or other non-food items into the appliance.
9. To protect against re, electrical shock or injury, do not immerse unit,
cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
10. Do not leave the machine unattended when in use. Keep the appliance
out of reach of children and people with limited capabilities.
11. Do not place on or near a gas or electric burner or in a heated oven.
12. Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug. If the
appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner, do not use it.

16. Do not add liquid to the mini pan after the egg cooking process has

19. Use caution when handling the measuring cup, the egg piercer on the
bottom is sharp.

The Gourmia Breakfast Maker has various
features that make it a user friendly
and convenient appliance.
The steamer tray is perfect for steaming foods to
add to your breakfast, and is compact enough to
reheat small amounts of food.Its transparent lid
allows you to watch and control the doneness of
your food.
Additionally, when toasting your bread, you can
select the desired level of darkness by adjusting
the browning control knob.
Before Using your Breakfast Maker
Before using your toaster:
1. Allow adequate space above
and around the toaster for air to circulate.
2. The browning level knob allows you
to toast bread according
to your preference.
It is numbered from 1 to 7;
1- being lightly toasted
7- being a darker toast.
3. The maximum amount of bread that
can be toasted at one time is two slices.
4. Before rst use, use the browning level knob
to set the browning level to 7.
5. Push the lever down without adding bread.
The toaster may emit a slight odor and some
smoke. This is normal and will subside with
more use of the appliance.

USING YOUR BREAKFAST MAKER
• Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.
• Insert bread into the toaster slots.
• Press down the lever.
• The cancel indicator light
will turn on, indicating that
the toaster is ready for use.
NOTE:
The crumb tray is located on the bottom left of the
machine and can be removed by sliding it outward.
Clean out the crumb tray regularly,
as the accumulation of crumbs can cause burning.
Use caution while removing the bread from the slots;
the toaster is very hot at this point.
The maximum amount of bread that can be
toasted simultaneously is two slices.
TOASTING BREAD:
•To cancel toasting at anytime, press the cancel button. The lever will
then return to its original position.
• Unplug the appliance when toasting is complete.
WARNING: It is recommended to use oven mitts when operating the toaster
since the appliance gets very hot and can cause burns.
• Using the browning level knob, select the number that indicates how well
done your toast should be.
• The toasting process will begin.
• When the toasting is complete, the toast will pop up.
• The cancel indicator light will turn o and the lever will return to its upper
position.

TOASTING FROZEN BREAD:
• Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.
• Place the frozen bread in the toaster slots.
• Press down the lever.
• The cancel indicator light will turn on,
indicating that the toaster is ready for use.
• Using the browning level knob, select
the number that indicates
how well done your toast should be.
NOTE:
To cancel toasting at any time,press the cancel button. The
lever will then return to its original position.
• Press the frozen button.
• The frozen indicator light will turn on. The bread will begin to defrost and will
automatically start toasting.
• When the toasting is complete, the toast will pop up.

Using Your Breakfast Maker
WARNING:
Do not put your hands over the breakfast maker while in use.
The steam vent emits hot steam and can burn you.
REHEATING TOAST:
• Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.
• Place cold bread in the toaster slots.
• Press down the lever.
• The cancel indicator light will turn on, indicating that the toaster is ready for use.
• Unplug the appliance when toasting is completed.
CAUTION:
While removing the bread from
the slots; the toaster is very hot.
• Press the reheat button.
• The reheat indicator light will turn on and the reheating process will
begin.
• When the toasting is complete, the toast will pop up.
• The reheat indicator light will turn o and the lever will return to its
upper position.
NOTE:
To cancel toasting at any time,press the cancel button.

BEFORE USING THE EGG COOKER:
• The egg cooker can be used while the toaster is in use, or independently.
• The cooking time of the eggs will depend on the way you want them
to be cooked, as well as the size and starting temperature of the eggs.
• Always use fresh water when using the boiling or steaming function.
General time for cooking eggs :
Soft: Liquid 6-10 minutes
Medium: Partially cooked 10-15 minutes
Hard: Fully cooked 16-20 minutes,

• Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.
• Always wipe or brush the pan with cooking oil or cooking spray before use.
• Flip the switch that is located to the right of the browning level knob,
to the fry option.
• The indicator light next to the switch will turn on.
The mini pan allows you to fry eggs and other foods, such as
small strips of bacon, a burger, etc.
The maximum amount of eggs that can be fried at one time
is one egg.
WARNING: Never place the egg cooker lid on the mini pan while
using the fry option. Do not use sharp or metal utensils as they
may scratch the surface of the pan.
MINI PAN:
USING THE MINI PAN
• For best results, allow the pan to heat up for a few minutes
before addingthe food.
• Place the food on the pan and cook according to your recipe.
• As the food is frying, the indicator light will turn on and o.
• When the fried eggs are done, ip the switch to o.
• The switch indicator light will turn o.
• Remove the food with the spatula.
• Unplug the appliance.

• Place the egg tray on top of the mini pan, with the rubber rim facing downward.
• Use the measuring cup provided to determine the amount of water needed to
boil the desired cook of the egg.
The maximum amount of eggs that can be boiled simultaneously is 6 eggs.
Do not add water after the egg cooking process has started.
EGG BOILING TRAY:

• Flip the switch to cook.
• The switch indicator light will turn on.
• The eggs will begin to boil.
• The boiling is complete when the water
has evaporated (approximate times can
be found below). The indicator
light will then turn o.
• Flip the switch to o.
• Pour the water into the mini pan.
• Use the egg piercer on the bottom of the measuring cup
to lightly prick the bigger end of the egg.
This helps to prevent the egg from cracking during cooking.
• Place the eggs onto the egg tray (pierced end- upward).
• Place the lid over the egg tray.
• Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.

USING YOUR BREAKFAST MAKER
• Fill the entire measuring cup with water.
• Pour the water into the mini pan.
• Time the steaming process according to your recipe.
• Place the boiled egg tray, with the rubber rim
facing downward, on to the mini pan.
• Place the food on the steamer tray.
• Place the steamer tray on top of the boiled egg tray.
• Place the lid on top of the steamer tray.
USING THE STEAMER TRAY
The steamer tray allows you to steam vegetables, rolls and other foods,
while toasting bread.
It is also useful for reheating small portions of food in a quick and
ecient manner.

• Plug the appliance into a wall outlet.
• Flip the switch to cook.
• The switch indicator light will turn on.
• When the steaming is complete, ip the switch to o.
The indicator light will turn o.
• If the water evaporates rst, the indicator light will turn o.
• Flip the switch to o and the cancel indicator light will turn o.
• Unplug the appliance.
Carefully remove the lid with oven mitts. Hot steam will escape!

WARNING:
• DO NOT place the poaching tray, steamer tray
or egg cooker lid directly onto the mini pan.
• ONLY THE BOILED EGG TRAY WITH THE RUBBER
RIM FACING DOWNWARD, CAN BE PLACED OVER
THE MINI PAN.
• DO NOT place the egg cooker lid on the mini
pan while using the fry option. Do not use sharp
or metal utensils as they may scratch the surface
of the pan.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This appliance is equipped with a polarized plug in which one prong is wider
than the other. This is a safety feature to reduce the risk of electrical shock.
Make sure the plug is attached to the appliance before connecting it to an
electrical outlet.
The plug will fit into a polarized outlet only one way. If you are unable to
insert the plug into the outlet, try reversing the plug. If it still does not fit,
contact a qualified electrician.
Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way. Gourmia cannot accept any
liability for damage or injury resulting from failure to observe these safety
procedures.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Flip the switch to o.
• Unplug the appliance.
• Always allow the appliance to
cool down completely before
cleaning or disassembling.
• Disassemble all attachments.
• The mini pan has a nonstick surface.
Clean the pan after each use. Use a soft cloth,
sponge or rubber spatula to remove any
leftover food or residue. Wipe down the pan
with a damp cloth or a moistened paper towel
with one tablespoon of white vinegar.
(This helps to remove any mineral deposits left
behind from the water.) If it is not cleaned with
vinegar on a regular basis, mineral deposits will
accumulate on the pan.
• Do not use abrasive brushes, pads, or harsh
cleaning agents.
• Pull the crumb tray out of the toaster. Empty it
and then wipe down with a damp cloth. Dry the
crumb tray completely before returning the tray
to the toaster.
• All attachments can be washed with warm soapy
water.
• Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
• Do not immerse the, cord, or plug, into water or
any other liquid.
• Thoroughly dry all attachments before
reassembling and using this appliance.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
STORAGE:
Wrap the appliance plug around the built-in storage
holder which is located underneath the appliance.

WARRANTY & SERVICE
This Limited Warranty is for one full year from the date
of purchase. It is applicable to the original purchaser
only and is not transferable to a third party user. Repair
or replacement of defective parts is solely at the seller’s
discretion. In the event that repair isn’t possible, the
seller will replace the product/part. If product repair/
replacement won’t suce, the seller has the option of
refunding the cash value of the product or component
returned.
Product defects not covered under the Warranty
provisions include normal wear and damage incurred
from use or accidental negligence, misuse of instruction
specications or repair by unauthorized parties.
