nozzle(4).Lightlylubricatetheo-ring(4a).
6.Makesuretheelectrodeneedleis󰘰nger-tight.
7.Triggerthegunwhileinstallingthe󰘱uidnozzle(4)
withthemulti-toolprovidedwiththegun.Tighten
untilthe󰘱uidnozzleseatsinthegunbarrel(1/8
to1/4turnpasthand-tight).
8.Maresurethattheo-rings(4cand4d)are
inplace.Slidetheinneraircap(3)overthe
electrodeandthreaditontothenozzle.
9.Pressontheroundspraydiffuser(3c)andinstall
theaircap(5).Reinstalltheretainingring(6).

1.Closethefanvalvebyturningthevalvefully
clockwise.Thiscontrolstheouterair󰘱ow.
2.Closetheatomizingvalvefullycounterclockwise
andthenopenitoneturn.Thiscontrolstheinner
air󰘱ow.
3.OpentheESon/offvalveandthenadjustthegun
airinletpressuretomaintain45psiatthegun
inlet.TheLEDindicatorshouldremaingreen.
4.TurnofftheESon/offswitch.
5.Adjustthe󰘱uidpressuretotheguntoachieve
thedesired󰘱uid󰘱owrate.
6.Sprayatestpatterntochecktheatomization
level.
•Toimprovetheatomization,increasethe
innerair󰘱owbyturningtheatomizationvalve
clockwise.
•Ifmoreair󰘱owisneeded,increasethegun
inletpressure.
7.Toreducethepatternsize,addoutsideairand
increasetheair󰘱owbyopeningthefanvalve.
8.Whenyouarereadytobeginspraying,turnthe
ESon/offswitchtoon.

2.Removetheretainingringandouteraircap.

capanddiffuser.
4.Soakthepartsinacompatiblesolventandblow
thepassagesoutwithair.
5.Ifyoususpectthatsomepassagesareplugged,
useascrewdrivertopryoffthediffuserfrom
theinneraircaptoinspecttheinner󰘱uid󰘱ow
passages.
6.Useathintooltoprythede󰘱ectorfromtheinner
aircaptoexposetheinnerair󰘱owpassages.Be
verycarefulnottodamageordistorttheedges
oftheparts.
7.Aftercleaning,verifythatalltheo-ringsarein
place.Reassembletheaircap.

negligence,accident,tampering,orsubstitutionofnon-Gracocomponentparts.NorshallGracobeliablefor
malfunction,damageorwearcausedbytheincompatibilityofGracoequipmentwithstructures,accessories,
equipmentormaterialsnotsuppliedbyGraco,ortheimproperdesign,manufacture,installation,operationor
