connectingrodadapter(30).Removethe
couplingcollars(28).Donotloseordropthem.
5.Securelybracethedisplacementpump(6),or
havetwopeopleholdit.Holdthetierod󰘱atswith
awrenchtokeeptherodsfromturning.Unscrew
thenuts(23).Removethedisplacementpump.

tightenthemsecurelyintothemotor(1).
3.Makesurethecouplingnut(29)andcoupling
collars(28)areinplaceonthedisplacementrod.
4.Useatleasttwopeopletoholdthe
displacementpumpwhileanotherreconnects
ittothemotor.Orientthepump's󰘱uid
outlettothehydraulicinletasnotedunder
DisconnecttheDisplacementPump,page16.
Placethedisplacementpump(6)onthetierods
(24).
5.Screwthenuts(23)ontothetierods(24)and
torqueto50-60ft-lb(68-81N•m).
6.Screwthecouplingnut(29)ontotheconnecting
rodadapter(30)loosely.Holdtheconnectingrod
adapter󰘱atswithawrenchtokeepitfromturning.
Useanadjustablewrenchtotightenthecoupling
nut.Torqueto145–155ft-lb(197–210N•m).
7.Reconnectallhoses.Reconnectthegroundwire
ifitwasdisconnected.Fillthewet-cup1/3fullof
GracoThroatSealLiquidorcompatiblesolvent.
8.Openthehydraulicreturnshutoffvalve(N).This
valvemustbeopenedbeforethesupplyvalve
(M).
9.Slowlyopenthehydraulicsupplyshutoffvalve
(M).Runthepumpslowlytoensurethatit
operatesproperly.
