INTRODUCTION
Note
to owners of Ultra 600, Models 231–307 and
231–325, and Ultimate 600, Model 820–183, airless
paint sprayers:
The 237–659 pressure control kit replaces the
236–815 pressure control kit used on Ultra 600 and
Ultimate 600 airless paint sprayers.
This kit of
fers superior pressure regulation and in
-
creases the maximum working pressure from 2750 psi
(195 bar) to 3000 psi (210 bar).
WARNING
PRESSURIZED EQUIPMENT HAZARD
If you supply your own hoses and spray
gun, be sure the hoses are electrically
conductive, that the gun has a tip guard
and that each part is rated for at least 3000 psi
(210 bar) W
orking Pressure. This is to reduce the
risk of serious injury caused by static sparking, fluid
injection or over-pressurization and rupture of the
hose or gun.
V
erify that all hoses, guns, fittings, and accessories
used on your sprayer are rated for the new 3000
psi working pressure.
NOTE:
The spray gun and hose furnished in Model
231–307 are 3000 psi (210 bar) rated.
