Förberedelser / Preparations
Tack för att ni har valt att installera en produkt från Granberg!
För att produkten ska fungera säkert är det ytterst viktigt att installationsanvisningen följs.
Installatör skall läsa och förstå hela installationsanvisningen innan installation påbörjas.
Installatören ansvarar för att golvkonstruktioner uppfyller de krav som ställs och att fästelement klarar de krafter
som kan uppstå.
Installatör ansvarar även för att rätt behörighet och kompetens nns för el- och vattenarbete.
Efter utförd installation ska produkten funktionstestas enligt avsnitt på s. 17.

In order for the product to work safely and securely, it is extremely essential that the installation instructions be
followed.
The installer should read and understand all the installation instructions before installation begins.
It is the installer who is responsible for oor structures meeting the set requirements and that fasteners can withstand
the forces that may occur.
The installer is also responsible for the right authority and skills being available for electric and water works.
After completed installation, the product shall be functionally tested according to sections on p. 17.

Mycket Viktigt!
Kontrollera golvetsstabilitet före installation.
Max belastning på lyftenhet är 200 kg och egenvikt upp mot 100 kg.
Säkerställ att golvet klarar den koncentrerade belastning som uppkommer under motorenheter.
Säkerställ att motorenheterna kan xeras i golvet och att golvkonstruktionen ej är porös.
I vissa fall kan golvet behöva förstärkas och anpassas för att motorenheter skall kunna xeras tillfredsställande.
Placera aldrig Centerlift 960 så att klämrisker uppstår mot annan fast inredning.
Om lyftaren placeras mot en slät vägg ska springan inte understiga 5mm och inte överstiga 8 mm.
Very Important!
Check oor stability before installation.
Maximum load on lifting unit is 200kg and dead load up to 100kg.
Ensure that the oor can withstand the concentrated load that occurs under motor units.
Make sure that the engine units can be xed to the oor and that the oor structure is not porous.
In some cases, the oor may need to be reinforced and adapted in order for engine units to be adequately xed.
Never place Centerlift 960 so that there is a risk of crushing against other solid interior ttings.
If the lift is placed in front of a at wall, the gap should not be below 5mm or exceed 8mm.

Elektricitet och Vatten / Electricity and Water

Lyftenheten kräver två st eluttag och förbrukar maximalt 10 A (5 A + 5 A).
2st anslutningskablar med stickpropp medföljer leverans.
Om bänken är utrustad med diskho placeras anslutningar till El, Vatten och Avlopp centriskt under blandaren.
El-anslutning kan även placeras skyddad innanför en motorenhet.
The lifting unit requires two power outlets and consumes a maximum of 10A (5A+5A). (mm)
2x connecting cables with plugs included in delivery.
If the counter has a sink, the connections for electricity, water and drain should be placed centrally below the mixer.
The electrical connection can also be placed in a protected position inside a motor unit.

SE Placera Motorenheterna på rätt c-c mått enligt raminfästningar på ramen.
C-C måttet är variabelt och kan behöver justeras för att inte motorer ska kollidera med diskhoar.
Infästningarna i ramen yttas genom att lösgöra 4st M8 bultar, skjut i sidled, dra åt bultar.
EN Place the motor units with the right C-C distance according to the xtures on the frame.
The motor unit C-C distance is variable and may need to be adjusted to avoid colliding with the sinks.
The fastenings on the frame can be moved by loosing 4x M8 bolts, sliding sideways, tightening bolts.

Använd fästelement avsedda för aktuell golvkonstruktion.

Use fasteners designed for the oor structure in question.

SE Stödsidor kan behöva yttas i sidled för att inte kollidera med integrerad utrustning i bänkskivan.
Lösgör skruvar, justera, dra åt.
EN Side supports may need to be moved sideways so as not to collide with equipment integrated in the worktop.
Loosen screws, adjust, tighten.

Bänkskivan kan även limmas fast mot ramens ovankant.
