WARRANTY
3 Year Limited Warranty. Carts, excluding any
finishes, casters and wheels are warranted for three
(3) years from date of original purchase. Casters
and wheels are warranted for 90 days from date of
original purchase. We will repair, without charge,
any defect due to faulty material or workmanship.
These warranties do not cover failures due to
abuse, misuse, improper installation, accidental
damage or when repairs or modifications have been
made or attempted to be made by anyone other
than Granite Industries. Any defective products
that meet warranty specifications and Granite
Industries approval, may be returned to the factory
to be repaired or replaced free of charge. (Granite
Industries will pay to ship replacement item(s) to the
customer; however the customer is responsible for
shipment of products to the factory.) This remedy
is the sole remedy in contact, tort or otherwise,
and Granite Industries is not liable for incidental,
consequential or special damages. These warranties
give you specific legal rights, and you may have
other rights which vary from state to state. Should
you have any questions, contact Granite Industries
(Proof of purchase may be required).

Secure in place using a 3/8” hex bolt and
lock nut. Repeat this for the remaining three
bolts.
STEP 1: REAR WHEEL ASSEMBLY
1
Position the rear caster mount onto the
cart chassis as shown. The lower part of the
mount will connect to the lowest set of holes
on the chassis.
Insert the casters into the rear caster
mount and pin into place.

Needle Nose Pliers
Slide a washer onto the axle.
STEP 2: FRONT WHEEL ASSEMBLY

Slide the wheel onto the axle, making sure
the offset side is facing inwards, toward the
body of the cart.
Then insert the cotter pin into the hole
provided. Bend the cotter pin outward
with a needle nosed pilers.

TOOLS
9/16” Wrench
9/16” Socket
Secure in place using four 3/8” hex bolts
and lock nuts. Tighten down using a 9/16”
wrench and socket. Repeat this for the
remaining three bolts.
STEP 3: INSTALL LIFTING BAR
1
Align the chair lifting bar onto the chart
chassis. Make sure the wheel mount on the
chair bar is pointed down towards the floor.
Place the chair stop bar onto the chair
lifting bar. Secure into place using two
3/8” hex bolts and lock nuts and a 9/16”
wrench and socket.

Secure into place using a 1/2” nut and a
3/4” wrench or socket.
STEP 4: INSTALL FRONT CASTER
1
Insert the caster into the mount on the chair
lifter bar, then slide a 1/2” washer and a 1/2”
lock washer onto the caster.
Congratulations!
Your cart is now fully assembled.
