Installation will require the following tools:
Phillips screw driver, 10mm socket, Extention, Ratchet, Pliers & 5/16 nut driver.

• Do not attempt to work on your vehicle when the engine is hot.
• Disconnect the negative battery terminal before proceeding.
• Retain factory parts for future use.

Refer to Figure A for step 1-2
Step 1: Begin removing the engine strut brace by removing the two nuts and one bolt from both the
passenger and driverside strut towers 1 .
Step 2: Remove the plastic cover located under the windshield wipers 2 and remove the two nuts
securing the strut brace to the vehicle, then remove the strut brace.

Step 3: Remove the five mounting nuts from the engine cover and lift the cover out of the vehicle 3 .
Step 4: Disconnect the crank case ventilation from the intake tubes 4 .
Step 5: Disconnect both intake tubes from the throttle bodies by loosening the clamps 5 .
Step 6: Unplug the mass air flow sensor harnesses from the intake tubes and disconnect the plastic
retainer clips securing the wire harness to the air boxs 6 .

Step 7: Loosen and remove the air box mounting bolts from both the passenger and driverside 7
air box.
Step 8: Remove the complete air box and intake tubes out of the vehicle.

Refer to Figure D for steps 9-12
Step 9: Remove the 7 (white circles) retaining clips from the splash guard and remove it.
Step 10: Remove the 7 (black circles) retaining clips from the bumper.
Step 11: Remove the two 10mm bolts that connect the bumper to the fenders.
Step 12: Remove the bolts that are located underneath the car that connects the bumper to the belly
pan then carefully remove bumper from vehicle.

Refer to Figure E for step 13-14
Step 13: Insert both supplied silicone couplings through the radiator support passage 8 .
Step 14: Remove the three factory screws for the bumper support brace and replace with the supplied
hex head screws and washers 9 .

Refer to Figure F for steps 15-19
Step 15: Place the supplied straight couplings onto the throttle bodies with the clamps provided 10 .
Step 16: Install a clamp on each side of the elbow couplings going through the radiator support.
Step 17: Install the supplied crank case vent hoses on factory crank case chambers 11 .
Step 18: Remove both mass air flow sensors & gaskets from your factory intake tubes and install them
carefully onto your new upper intake tubes with the screws provided. (Do not mix up sensors)
Step 19: Install both upper intake tubes into position and attach the crank case vent hoses 12 .

Refer to Figure G for step 20-25
Step 20: Position the lower intake tubes into the elbow couplings 13 .
Step 21: Guide the intake tubes into the supplied air filter and adjust the intake tubes to line up with the
air filters mount 14 and tighten with the supplied hardware.
Step 22: Tighten all clamps and connections then plug in the mass air flow sensors harnesses.
Step 23: Re-install bumper in reverse order.
Step 24: Re-install engine cover and strut brace in reverse order.
Step 25: Verify all connections are secure, your installation is now complete.
