♦ If sub injectors are used make sure to mount the injectors after the blow off valve between
the blow off valve and the throttle body.
♦ On some applications, there are possibilities of engine stall if the air is released out to the
atmosphere.
It is recommended to re-circulate the air back into the intake system before the turbo in-

Installation
(1) Remove the OEM Intercooler Piping and
install the adapter tube as shown in the diagram.
Mount the Adapter Tube to the factory mounting
location using the Bolt, Flat washer & Spring Washer
(#13).
(2) For Re-circulated blow off
Install the Hose Attachment (#4) to the BOV and attach to the OEM intake tube.
Install one side of vacuum hose (#5) to the BOV fitting, and splice the other side of the
vacuum hose to a vacuum source from the Intake Manifold using Three Way Fitting (#11).
Mount the BOV using the supplied Bolts and Washers (#12).
(3) For Atmospheric blow off.
Install the BOV with the Atmospheric outlet and put the aluminum plug on the OEM Intake
Tube.
Install one side of the vacuum hose (#5) to the BOV fitting, and splice the other side of the
vacuum hose to a vacuum source from the intake manifold using Three Way Fitting (#11).

(4) Install the One Way Valve (#10) inline with the OEM relief valve and solenoid. Cut the hose
and insert the One Way Valve, making sure that it restricts the airflow to the relief valve.
Make sure the arrow on the One Way Valve points toward the OEM relief valve. Before
cutting, be sure you have the correct hose.
How to change the Attachment
The attachment on the GReddy Type RS is interchangeable with discharge funnel or hose
attachment.
To remove the attachment, turn it counter clock wise, and to instell turn it clock wise.
When changing the attachment, place the O-ring onto the attachment being installed and
tighten until the attachment flange meets the blow off valve of body.
 Apply silicone grease before reinstalling the O-ring.
 O-ring will not require excessive force to seal properly, so please be careful not to
orver tighten the attachment.
This completes the BOV Kit installation.
