Important Safeguards
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including
the following:
●Read all instructions.
●Protect against risk of electrical shock.Do not put this appliance in water or other liquid.
●This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of
children.
● Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
●Avoid contact with moving parts. Never feed ingredients by hand. Always use food pusher.
●Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, after the appliances malfunctions,
or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliances to the nearest authorized service
facility for examination, repair, or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
● The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric
shock or injury.
●Do not use outdoors.
●Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
● Be sure to turn switch to OFF position after each use of your juicer. Make sure the motor stops
completely before disassembling.
●Do not put your fingers or other objects into the juicer opening while it is in operation. If food
becomes lodged in opening, use food pusher or another piece of fruit or vegetable to push it
down. When this method is not possible, turn the motor off and disassemble juicer to remove the
remaining food.
●Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or
lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
●Children shall not play with the appliance.
●The longest continuous working time is 14 minutes. Resume work after motor cools off.
●This appliance does not have speed setting function.

Assembly, Disassembly and Cleaning
1. Attach drum assembly to main body and twist
anticlockwise to fasten as shown.
2. Insert auger into drum. Insert strainer over auger as
shown. Drum cap should be attached to the end of
drum, turn drum cap anticlockwise to lock in place.
3. Place juice container under the hole in the middle of
the drum to collect juice. Place pulp container under
the drum cap to collect pulp. Then plug in the machine.
4. Press “ON” button and start to feed ingredients
smoothly with enclosed pusher.
5. After using juicer, be sure to unplug and disassemble. Then
press the safety lock. At the same time, turn the drum
clockwise to disassemble.
6.Clean surfaces of parts in contact with food thoroughly
with the cleaning brush. If unit is not cleaned after each
use, dried pulp can jam the machine for future use.
Tips:
As for vegetables such as carrots, cut into slices to fit into feed tube. As for grains, wash and soak in water before grinding them.
Especially for soaked rice powders, put them into the feed tube with additional water. If this product stops due to input of an excessive
amount, press “reverse”. After the auger begins to reverse 2 or 3 times, the machine will begin normal operation.
Properly frozen meats and fish can be minced with ease.
Precautions:
●Turn off the device after juicing. Only touch the power button with dry hands.
●Always disconnect the appliance from power supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
●Do not immerse the motor base or power cord into water or any other liquid. Do not rinse motor base or power cord with water.
Use soft cloth to clean the surface.
●If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
● It may cause fire, electric shock or human injury if using unauthorized parts & accessories or refitting machine without authorization.

How to Use it
How to make vegetable juice
When juicing leafy and hard vegetables, use the juicing strainer.
If combining soft and hard fruit or vegetables, such as apples
and carrots, you should alternate quantities of both. Always use
fresh produce for best results.
When extracting juice from wheatgrass or pine
needles
Wash wheatgrass and pine needles. Feed through in small
amounts. For best results, do not force excessive amounts of
produce. This will only take longer to process.
When extracting juice from soft or pulpy
fruits and vegetables
When you extract juice from fruits, cucumbers, carrots and
potatoes, the pulp can still contain juice. To fully juice
them, mix the fruits with highly fibred vegetables.
When extracting grape juice
Grapes usually have seeds and they can block up the small holes
of the juicing strainer and cause damage or malfunction.
Suggestion: after juicing a bunch of grapes, wash the juicing
strainer clean and remove grape seeds from the juicing strainer.
Then, use it again.

How to make frozen deserts
Cut fresh fruit into pieces and store in the freezer. Put in
small pieces at a time.
Mincing seasonings
You can mix fresh hot peppers with onions, tomatos, ginger and garlic,
if you want, and then mince them all together to make salsa. If you
want them fine, repeat the mincing process again.
How to make a rice cake
(1) Steam glutinous rice, mix with salt & sesame oil.
(2) Extract the rice twice to get rice cake.
Shrimps
Dry shrimps thoroughly before grinding. If you feed dry anchovies
together with shrimp, you will get natural seasoning.
Anchovies
Dry small/medium size anchovies thoroughly. Put 2 or 3 down the
drum guide at a time. Anchovies have an abundance of calcium.

Troubleshooting
Check the troubleshooting guide below before calling for assistance or maintenance. If you
cannot resolve the issue, please contact Customer Service for support and service. Trou-
bleshooting when the device does not work:
A. Please check if the plug is correctly positioned.
B. Please check if all components are correctly installed. Only when all components are
properly inserted/assembled can the device be operated. Should the juicer make a strange
noise or not start, please recheck assembly.
The device stops when juicing
Please check power plug has not gone loose. Please ensure you have not put in
excessive or hard food into the juicer. Please check that the device has not been
working continuously for too long.
The device shakes when juicing
The motor rotation may cause it to shake slightly. Please ensure the device is on
a level surface. Please ensure that the food is prepared correctly.
Separation of juice
Please note that some ingredients have different density and you may note a slight
separation during juicing. Simply stir and enjoy.
DO’s and DON’Ts for the GREENIS juicer
●Never put ice through the machine.
●If you are not sure which strainer to use and you are not juicing, use the processing cone.
●When juicing, most of the time you juice with the juice strainer.
●Never force the fruits or vegetables into the machine.
●There is a reverse button if food gets stuck.
●Never stick knives or forks, etc. into the chute. Only use the pusher that comes with the machine.
●Remember the GREENIS is not a grain mill.
●When mincing nuts (nut butters), always soak hard nuts such as almonds and hazelnuts overnight.
●When making milk from legumes such as soy, always soak your legumes.
●When grinding coffee beans and making nut butters, feed through slowly.
●When juicing wheatgrass, spray or rinse first and the grass will almost feed itself through.
●Never put the wheatgrass pulp back through the machine. You will get very little juice out the second
time and you will strain the machine for no good reason.
