INTENDED PURPOSE
• This product is intended for household use and is not suitable for medicinal,
therapeuticorcommercialpurposes.
• Themaximumpermissibleweightofapersonusingthisproductis100kg.
• Whenusedregularly,theproductstrengthensandtightensthemusclesinyourbelly,
buttandthighs.
HAZARD FOR CHILDREN
• Batteriescouldbefatalifswallowed.Forthisreason,storebatteriesoutofthereach
ofchildren.Ifabatteryhasbeenswallowed,immediatelycontactadoctor.
• Childrencannotrecognizethehazardsthatthisproductmaypose.Forthisreason,
keepthis productoutofthe reachofchildren.Theproduct isnotatoy.Storethe
productatalocationoutofthereachofchildrenandpets.
• Parents and supervisors should be aware of their responsibility, since, due to
children’snaturalplayfulnessandloveofexperimentation,situationsandconductwill
likelyariseforwhichthetrainingunitisnotintended.
• Ifyouallowachildtousetheproduct,donotleaveitunattendedduringuse.Make
all necessary adjustments to the product yourself and supervise the child during
exercise.
• Keep packaging materials out of the reach of children. They pose a suffocation
hazard!

• Donotaltertheproductinanywayanduseonlyoriginalreplacementparts.Have
allrepairscarriedoutinaprofessionalworkshoporfromsimilarlyqualifiedpersons
-improperrepairscanleadtoseriousrisksfortheuser.Usetheproductexclusively
fortheintendedpurposeasdescribedinthisusermanual.
• Shield the product from spraying water, moisture, high temperatures and direct
sunlight.
ADVICE WITH REGARD TO BATTERIES
• Removethebatteriesiftheyareemptyorifyouarenolongerusingtheproduct.In
thiswayyouwillavoiddamagesthatcanbecausedbyleaking.
• Thebatteriesmaynotbechargedoractivatedwithothermeans,dismantled,thrown
intofireorshort-circuited.ThereisaDANGEROFEXPLOSION!
• Abatteryreplacementisnecessaryassoonasthedisplaystartstofadeorfades
completely.
• Heed correct polarity (+ and -) when inserting the batteries. Always replace all
batterieswithnewones.Donotuseoldandnewbatteriesorbatteriesofdifferent
typestogether!
• Preferably use alkaline batteries, since they last longer than regular zinc-carbon
batteries.
INFORMATION ON ASSEMBLY
• Assemblyoftheproductmustbecarriedoutcarefullybyanadultperson.Askforthe
assistanceofanother,technically-skilledpersonincaseofdoubt.
• Before beginning assembly of the product, read all assembly steps carefully and
reviewthediagram.
• Remove all packaging materials and place all individual components on a free
surface. This will give you a good overview and simplify assembly. Shield the
assemblysurfacefromfilthandscratchingbylayingdownsuitablepadding.
• Checkthecomponentsagainstthecomponentslisttomakesureallarepresent.Do
notdisposeofallpackagingmaterialsuntilassemblyiscompleted.
• Pleasenotethatthereisalwaysariskofinjurywhenusingtoolstocarryoutmanual
tasks.Therefore,pleaseexercisecautionwhenassemblingthisproduct.
• Makesureyourworkenvironmentishazard-free.Forexample,donotleaveanytools
lyingaround.Placethepackagingmaterialssomewherewheretheywillnotposeany
hazardsduringassembly.Packagingfoilorplasticbagsposeasuffocationhazardfor
