Air Max decorave screen

1. APPLICATION
Decorative screen is designed to frame the combustion channel and the door
of Grill’D brand bathhouse heaters. It complements aesthetic appearance of
the heater, and the premise of its installation as a whole. It is indispensable
for implementation of design solutions in bathhouse complexes.
After installation, the screen can be filled with non-combustible, waterproof
decorative material, for example, bath and sauna stone (talcum peach,
dolerite, etc.).
IMPORTANT! The decorative screen is intended for Long Window Max
heater version only.
2. DESIGN AND MATERIALS USED
Decorative screen represents a dimensional meshy structure. It is fabricated
of quality construction steel, painted with thermal-resistant enamel.
3. TECHNICAL DATA
The estimated mass of stones with sizes from 20 to 40 mm to fill the screen is 45 kg.

4. DELIVERY PACKAGE, ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
4.1 Delivery package

4.2 Assembly and installation procedure
IMPORTANT! The works shall be carried out in an extremely careful way,
eliminating the possibility of damage to the paint coating.
1) Take the telescopic part of the heating flue out.

2) Install the heater
and the screen on the
place of permanent
operation. The screen
shall rest on the floor
or on the support in
such a way, that the
heater legs and the
bottom surface of the
screen lie in the same
plane.

3) Insert the telescopic
part of the heating flue
into the fixed part to the
necessary depth (so that
the screen is pressed
against the wall with the
door frame), fasten.

4) Fasten the
screen to the wall
through the holes
with the help of
fastening elements
(for example, self-
tapping screws,
bolts, etc., not
included into
delivery package).

5) Fill it with a non-
combustible water-
resistant decorative
material, for example,
bathhouse and sauna
stone (talcum peach,
dolerite, etc.).

5. WARRANTY
The warranty period for the Product is 1 year. The warranty is valid from the
date of purchase of the Product by the Consumer. If the Consumer detects a
non- compliance of the Product with the specified properties, the Consumer
has the right to address a claim to the Company that sold the Product.
However, the Company has the right to contact the Manufacturer to resolve
issues regarding the Claim. The Manufacturer undertakes to improve the entire
Product or its part (as decided by the Manufacturer) free of charge, replace the
entire Product, its components, parts, compensate for the damage in any other
way (as agreed with the Consumer), if the defect occurred during the warranty
period or due to the Manufacturer’s fault.
Should the Consumer make alterations to the entire Product, its component(s),
part, then warranty obligations do not apply to the Product. Thereafter, the
warranty does not apply to elements that are subject to periodic replacement
during operation.
The Product warranty is not provided in case of violation by the Consumer of
the requirements specified in the Operation Manual, technical requirements
for installation and operation of the Product. The above violations by the
Consumer release the Manufacturer from responsibility.

Notes

IMPORTANT! The Manufacturer disclaims warranty liability in the absence of a
store stamp.
