the product, provided that they are
under supervision or have been given
clear instructions concerning the safe

flammable, combustible or explosive
liquids.

4. Installation
4.1 Safety symbols on the pump
4.2 Changing the control box position
Observe the position of the clamp
before the clamp is tightened. Incorrect
position of the clamp will cause
leakage from the pump and damage
the hydraulic parts in the pump head.
Fit and tighten the screw holding the
clamp to 8 Nm ± 1 Nm. Note: Do not
apply more torque than specified even
though water is dripping from the
clamp. The water (condensed) is most
likely coming from the drain hole under
the clamp.
Warning
Observe local regulations setting limits
for manual lifting or handling.
Warning
Before dismantling the pump or related
parts, drain the system and close the
isolating valves on both sides of the
pump as the pumped liquid may be
scalding hot and under high pressure.

5. Electrical connection
Carry out the electrical connection and
protection according to local regulations.
Warning
When loosening the clamp, do not drop
the pump head.
Warning
Risk of escaping vapour.

Switch off the power supply before
making connections.

Warning
The pump must be connected to an
external mains switch with a minimum
contact gap of 3 mm in all poles.
Earthing or neutralisation can be used
for protection against indirect contact.
If the pump is connected to an electric
installation where an earth leakage
circuit breaker (ELCB) is used as an
additional protection, this circuit
breaker must trip when earth fault
currents with DC content (pulsating
DC) occur.
The earth leakage circuit breaker must
be marked with the first or both of the
symbols shown below:
Warning
It must be possible to lock the mains
switch in position 0. Type and
requirements as specified in EN
60204-1, 5.3.2.

7. Fault finding
Warning
At high liquid temperatures, the pump
may be so hot that only the button
should be touched to avoid burns.
The surface of the pump may be so hot
that it may cause burns or personal
injury.
Warning
Before dismantling the pump or related
parts, drain the system and close the
isolating valves on both sides of the
pump as the pumped liquid may be
scalding hot and under high pressure.
Warning
If the power supply cable is damaged,
it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, the manufacturer’s
service partner or a similarly qualified
person.

The maximum system pressure is indicated
on the nameplate:
PN 6: 6 bar / 0.6 MPa
PN 10: 10 bar / 1.0 MPa

10. Disposal
This product has been designed with focus
on the disposal and recycling of materials.
The following average disposal values apply
to all variants of Grundfos MAGNA1 pumps:
• 85 % recycling
• 10 % incineration
• 5 % depositing.
This product or parts of it must be disposed
of in an environmentally sound way
according to local regulations.

4. Монтаж
4.1 Символи за безопасност върху помпата

Отбележете положението на
скобата, преди да язатегнете.
Неправилното положение на скобата
ще доведе до утечки от помпата и
повреди вхидравличните детайли
на силовата ѝчаст.
Монтирайте изатегнете винта, който
придържа скобата, с8 Nm ± 1 Nm.
Забележка: Не затягайте спо-голям
въртящ момент от указания, дори от
скобата да капе вода. Водата
(кондензирала) най-вероятно идва
от отвора за оттичане под скобата.

5. Електрическо свързване
Изпълнете електрическото свързване и
защита всъответствие сдействащата
нормативна уредба.
Предупреждение
Преди да разглобите помпата или
свързаните части, източете
системата или затворете
изолиращите вентили от двете
страни на помпата, тъй като
изпомпваната течност може да е
изгарящо гореща ипод високо
налягане.

Предупреждение
Помпата трябва да се свърже чрез
външен електрически прекъсвач с
разстояние между контактите
минимум 3mmза всички полюси.
Като защита от индиректен контакт

или зануляване.
Ако помпата есвързана към
електроинсталация, вкоято като
допълнителна защита се използва
заземителен прекъсвач на веригата
(ELCB), прекъсвачът трябва да се
