Chopping
You can quickly make this recipe for Chinese Mushroom
Pizza when you use your blender’s chopping blade.
1 Ingredients:
Pizza toppings Pizza dough
300g x cheese 300g x flour
200g x Chinese mushroom 1 x egg
25g x green pepper 120g x milk
5g x shallot 3g x yeast powder
4 pieces x bacon 5g x salt
6 tablespoons x pizza sauce
1 teaspoon x pepper
2 Mix all the pizza dough ingredients together in
a bowl and then knead it into a smooth dough.
3 Cover the bowl with a dry cloth and leave it in
a warm place until the dough has risen to become
three times its original size.
4 Roll the dough into a 30 cm square and place it
on a lightly greased baking tray. You can make
the pizza edges a bit thicker if you want a crusty
edge.
5 Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the pizza
base.
6 Sprinkle 50 percent of the cheese on top of the
sauce. Then add all the mushrooms, green pepper,
shallots and bacon onto the pizza base and
season with pepper.
7 Place the pizza in the middle of a preheated
220°C oven for 20 minutes.
8 Take the pizza out of the oven and sprinkle the
remaining cheese over the pizza. Now return it
to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
