SAFETY ___________________________________
Please read this instruction
manual thoroughly prior to using
this appliance! Follow all safety
instructions in order to avoid
damage due to improper use!
Failure to follow these instruc-
tions voids any grant- ed war-
ranty.
•These scales are only intended
for domestic use.
•Do not use the scales on a rug
or carpet.
•Always use the scales on the
same flat and hard floor. This
ensures constant measure-
ments.
•When you stand on the scales,
please leave a gap of 2 cm
from the edge of the scales.
Take care when doing this.
•First center your body weight
in the middle of the scales be-
fore removing your foot from
the scales. Always make sure
that the scales do not tip (risk
of injury).
•Do not step onto the scales
with wet feet. Risk of slipping!
•Never use the scales outdoors.
•Do not use the scales if they
malfunction.
•Do not use the scales if the
glass plate shows cracks or
breaks.
•Do not place objects on the
glass plate of the scales.
•If the scales stop working, re-
move the batteries and then
replace them.
•Never jump on or off the scales.
•If the scales are used in the
bathroom, you must ensure
that they do not come into con-
tact with water.
•The scales must not be im-
mersed in water.
•Do not expose the scales to
direct sunlight, high tempera-
tures or long-term high humid-
ity.
•Keep the scales away from
children.
• Do not use the scales if they are
visibly damaged.

• Never open up the scales. In case
of damage due to improper tam-
pering, any claims for guarantee
are lost.
Caution
The scales should not be used by
the following persons:
• This device can be used by chil-
dren over 8 years of age and by
persons with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental abilities or a
lack of experience and/or knowl-
edge if they are supervised or
instructed in the safe use of the
device and have understood the
resulting risks. Children must not
play with the device. Children
should not clean or maintain the
device unless they are super-
vised.
• The scales determine your body
fat ratio using Bioelectrical Im-
pedance Analysis (BIA). In doing
this, a harmless signal is trans-
mitted through the body. The
scales are therefore not suit-
able for persons with a heart
pacemaker or other surgically
implanted medical device. If in
doubt, please con tact your doc-
tor.
•Pregnant women and persons
under the age of 18 should not
use the scales for analysis (in
these cases, no accurate body
fat value can be determined).
•Your device works with com-
plex electronic algorithms.
External electromagnetic in-
fluences near the device may
therefore effect the results.
In this case, first remove the
source of the electromagnetic
disturbance, then repeat the
measurement.
•In the case of extreme elec-
tromagnetic disturbance,
the device switches to safety
mode for its own protection.
To return to normal operation,
remove the source of the dis-
turbance, remove the batteries
from the device and then re-
place them.

Body Analyser Scales PS 7010 BT.
Please read the following user guide for the
scales carefully to ensure that you have many
years of enjoyment from your quality Grundig
product at home.
About the body fat scale
The product is a smart body fat scale with a
high-pre- cision strain gauge sensor, which can
help you to store and keep track of your weight
on smart phone. This scale can transmit your
weight data to your smart phone via Bluetooth
technology, as well as make graph of your
weight results, from which you are able to keep
track of the trend anytime. Download the App on
your phone to use Bluetooth scale, you will start
your first step of weight control.
Caution
•The product PS 7010 BT is a wellness prod-
uct, not a medical product. Thus no medical
recommendation can be given based on the
use/displayed results.

Installing and using our app
Downloading the free app
1 Go to the “App Store” or “Google Play” and
search for our app “HomeWhiz” to download
it.
2 Or scan the QR code:

Power supply
You operate the scales with 4X1.5V AAA batter-
ies (total 6 V).
1 Open the cover of the battery compartment

2 Insert the 1.5V LR3/AAA batteries. Pay
attention to the poles marked on the base of
the battery compartment.
3 Close the cover of the battery compartment

Notes
•Do not expose the battery to extreme heat, for
example sunlight, radiators, fire, etc.
•When the batteries are becoming flat, the dis-
play shows » «. Replace the batteries im-
mediately.
•Remove the batteries if they are used up or if
you do not use the device for a long time. We
do not assume liability for damage caused by
leaked batteries.
Environmental note
The batteries, even those free from heavy met-
als, must not be disposed of as domestic waste.
Used batteries must be discarded in used bat-
tery collection containers found at commercial
or public waste management services.
Battery Installation
Open the battery cover on the back of the scale
as shown in the following picture, and then in-
stall the batteries according to the polarity mark
in the battery case.
Operating the scales
Notes
•No data needs to be entered for measuring the
body weight.
•The scales measure your body weight in 100
g intervals.
•The very accurate 4-point measurement is
used as the measurement method.
1 Usetheswitch F(attherear)tospecifywhether
you want to use Anglo-Saxon units of measure
(lb/in) or European units of measure (kg/cm).
2 Place the scales on a flat and even surface.

Weight unit conversion
You will find the unit conversion button at the
bottom of scale, press or pull it to convert the
weight unit, you will see it changed on LCD.
Connect the scale with your
phone
Turn on your phone’s bluetooth connection,
login to HomeWhiz application. If you don’t
have an account, create a new account, find the
“Devices” page and tap on “ADD DEVICE” and
follow the instructions for adding products in the
app. Make sure that your phone is connected to
the scale via bluetooth while performing these
operations.
All measurements you taken can be saved in
history for detail review anytime anywhere by
getting access to your own account.

Symbol of connection status:
Fail to be connected:The symbol will be flash-
ing;
Succeed to be connected: The symbol will be
on constantly.
Some models may not have connection symbols,
please refer to actual product.
Start Measurement
For the first measurement, keep the scale con-
nected with the App, then put it on a solid and
flat floor, and step on it for the measurement.
Once the weight is stable and flashing, fat meas-
urement will be proceeded. You will review your
weight and body fat display on the screen for
several time, then the scale will be off automati-
cally.
•Do not put the scale on a carpet or other soft
surface, it will lead to a wrong weight meas-
urement.
•The first measurement has to be taken with
Bluetooth connection, the first weight data will
be reference for next auto user recognition.
•To make a proper measurement of body fat,
please keep your bare feet on the electrodes
of scale. The scale platform should be clean
and dry.
•If you want to review all measurement data,
open the App, and check them in detail inter-
face.

Warning indications
Fat Measuring
Fat measurement is in process, please don’t step off the scale, and make
sure your bare feet is touching with the electrodes.
Low Fat% Indication
The Fat% is too low. Please lead a morenutritional diet and take good care
of yourself.
High Fat% Indication
The Fat% is too high. Please watch your diet and do more exercise.
Calibration
Error exists, please re-test to get the correct result.
Over-load Indication
The weighing subject on the platform exceeds the maximum capability of
scale.Please step off to avoid damage.
Low Battery Indication
The battery power is running low, please replace with a new battery.

OPERATION_________________________________
User profile creation
After downloading the app Fill the gender, birth
date, height, weight and activity frequency parts
in the user information section and press con-
tinue.
Main screen and goal setting
After filling the parts in the user information sec-
tion, you can start to monitor your current infor-
mations on the main screen. You can also enter
your target values as weight, fat ratio, muscle
ratio. Furthermore, you can compare them with
your historical measurement results.
Measurement moment and
Recording:
Open HomeWhiz mobile app and turn on
Bluetooth on your mobile device. Make sure that
“Grundig Smart Scale” is connected to mobile
application. Then place the scale on a hard and
flat surface and step on it for measurement.
When the measurement value is stabilized on
the smart scale display, you will see measure-
ment screen on your mobile application as well.
This measurement details can be viewed by log-
ging into your account. The detailed review is
stored in the history to view anytime anywhere
History view and removing/
sharing the data
You can view all the scaling results you have
made in the paste as long as you do not delete
them. Among these results, you can move the
ones you want to delete to the left and the ones
you want to share to the right.

NOTES ON THE MEASUREMENT VALUES___________
Notes
•The following table contains guideline values
which will help you to assess your body fat and
body water percentages. There are no guide-
lines for muscle mass and bone mass.
•It is more important to observe the changes
in your body fat percentage, body water per-
centage, muscle mass and bone mass over
a longer period than to concentrate on your
body weight.
•Ensure that your bare feet are always in con-
tact with the measurement electrodes. Very
dry skin or thick callouses can influence the
analysis result. In this case, the scales show
» «.
•To achieve accurate measurement results, do
not use the scales immediately after consum-
ing coffee, beer, wine or other alcoholic drinks.
The same applies to physical exercise. These
factors reduce the percentage of water in the
body tissue (dehydration). In such cases, wait
for several hours.
Body fat percentage
It is particularly important to monitor your body
fat percentage. A body fat percentage that is too
high can lead to high blood pressure, high cho-
lesterol, heart problems and other physical prob-
lems. The following recommendations for body
fat have been given by the American College of
Sports Medicine:

•It is best to measure the body weight, body
fat percentage and body water percentage at
the same time each time, ideally during the
evening.
•If possible, use the scales when undressed.
This gives more accurate measurement re-
sults.
•The measurement results are not suitable
for drawing medical conclusions. If in doubt,
please contact your doctor.
•Your feet should always be clean and dry when
you use the scales.

INFORMATION ______________________________
Notes on operation and
maintenance
•To prolong battery life, the scales are equipped
with an automatic Off function. They switch off
automatically if operation is interrupted for ap-
prox. 20 seconds.
•Clean the scales with a damp cloth. Do not use
cleaning products.
•Do not use the scale in humid, overheat en-
vironment. (Temperature range from 5°C to
35°C. )
•Stand on the scale steadily and touch the elec-
trodes on the platform with your bare feet. Tip
over will lead to a fall when you step on the
edge of one side of the scale.
•Do not drop, shock or strike the scale as it is a
precise instrument.
•Do not use the scale on the place with intense
shake. Keep standing firmly on scale when in
use.
•To ensure the accuracy of the data, it is rec-
ommended that each measurement be carried
out at the same time of day.
•Fat measurement is not available for children
under 10 years of age and adults over 100
years of age.
•When the battery runs out, please remove the
battery in time to prevent leakage of the bat-
tery lead scale body corrosion;
•The use of a fat measurement function is not
permitted for pacemakers or other implanted
medical devices.
Compliance with the WEEE
Directive and Disposing of the
Waste Product:
This product complies with EU WEEE Directive
(2012/19/EU). This product bears a classifica-
tion symbol for waste electrical and electronic
equipment (WEEE).
This symbol indicates that this prod-
uct shall not be disposed with other
household wastes at the end of its
service life. Used device must be re-
turned to offical collection point for
recycling of electrical and electronic devices. To
find these collection systems please contact to
your local authorities or retailer where the prod-
uct was puchased. Each household performs
important role in recovering and recycling of old
appliance. Appropriate disposal of used appli-
ance helps prevent potential negative conse-
quences for the environment and human health.

Information on Waste Batteries
This symbol on rechargeable batteries/
batteries or on the packaging indicates
that the rechargeable battery/battery
may not be disposed of with regular
house hold rubbish. For certain rec-
hargeable batteries/batteries, this symbol may
be supplemented by a chemical symbol.
Symbols for mercury (Hg) or lead (Pb) are provi-
ded if the rechargeable batteries/batteries con-
tain more than 0,0005 % mercury or more than
0,004 % lead.
Rechargeable batteries/batteries, including tho-
se which do not contain heavy metal, may not
be disposed of with household waste. Always
dispose of used batteries in accordance with lo-
cal environmental regulations. Make enquiries
about the applicable disposal regulations where
you live.

2 Ya da aşağıdaki QR kodunu tanıtın:

Güç kaynağı
Tartıyı 4 adet 1,5 V LR3/AAA (toplam 6 V) pil ile
çalıştırın.
1 Pil yuvasının kapağını Eaçın.
2 1,5 V LR3/AAA pilleri takın. Pil yuvasının alt
kısmındaki işaretli kutuplara dikkat edin.
3 Pil yuvasının kapağını Ekapatın.
Notlar
•Pilleri güneş ışığı, radyatör, ateş vb. gibi aşırı
sıcaklıklara maruz bırakmayın.
•Pil seviyesi düştüğünde, ekranda » « görün-
tülenir. Pilleri hemen değiştirin.
•Piller bitmişse veya cihazı uzun bir süre kullan-
mayacaksanız pilleri çıkarın. Akmış pillerden
dolayı meydana genel hasarlardan sorumlu
değiliz.
Çevre ile ilgili not
Piller, ağır metal içermiyor olsalar dahi evsel atık
olarak atılmamalıdır. Kullanılmış piller, ticari veya
kamu atık yönetim hizmetlerinde bulunan pil top-
lama kutularına atılmalıdır.
Batarya takma
Tartının arkasında bulunan batarya kapağını
görselde gösterildiği gibi açın ve pilleri yuvada
gösterilen kutup işaretlerini dikkate alarak yer-
leştirin.
Tartının çalıştırılması
Notlar
•Vücut ağırlığını ölçmek için hiçbir veri girilme-
sine gerek yoktur
•Tartı, vücut ağırlığınızı (kilonuzu) 100 gramlık
aralıklarla ölçer.
•Ölçüm yöntemi olarak çok kesin olan 4 nokta
ölçüm kullanılır.
•Fdüğmesini (arka tarafta bulunur) kullana-
rak İngiliz ölçü birimleri (lb/in) mi yoksa Avrupa
ölçü birimleri (kg/cm) mi kullanmak istediğinizi
belirleyin.
•Tartıyı düz ve sabit bir zemine yerleştirin.

Ağırlık Birimini Değiştirme
Tartının altında birim dönüştürme butonu bula-
caksınız. Butonu kullanarak ağırlık birimini değiş-
tirip, değişimi ekran üzerinde görebilirsiniz.
Tartının telefona bağlanması
Telefonunuzun bluetooth bağlantısını açın,
HomeWhiz uygulamasına giriş yapın, hesabınız
yoksa yeni bir hesap oluşturun, uygulamaya giriş
yaptıktan sonra Cihazlar sekmesinden ‘‘CİHAZ
EKLE’’ye basınız ve uygulamadaki ürün ekleme
talimatlarını takip edin. Bu işlemleri yaparken te-
lefonunuzun bluetooth ile tartıya bağlı olduğun-
dan emin olun.
Tüm ölçümler, istenilen zamanda tekrar görüntü-
lenebilmesi için geçmiş olarak kaydedilebilir.

Ölçüme başlama
İlk ölçüm için, tartıyı uygulama ile bağlı tutun.
Sonraki aşama olarak, tartıyı düz bir zemine ko-
yarak üzerine çıkın. Ekrandaki ağırlık değeri sa-
bitlendiğinde ve yanıp söndüğünde, yağ ölçümü
başlayacaktır. Ağırlığınızı ve vücut yağ oranınızı
ekranda birkaç kez gördükten sonra, tartı otoma-
tik olarak kapanacaktır.
•Tartıyı halı üzerine veya diğer yumuşak yüzey-

HomeWhiz mobil uygulamanızı ve telefonunuzun
Bluetooth bağlantısını açın. Mobil uygulamanız
ile Grundig Akıllı Tartı’nın bağlı olduğundan emin
olun. Ardından tartıyı sert ve düz bir zemine ko-
yun ve ölçüm için üzerine basın.
Ağırlık değeri tartı ekranında sabitlendiğinde,
mobil uygulamanızda da ağırlık gösterim ekranını
göreceksiniz. Bu ölçüm, kendi hesabınıza erişir
ve ölçüm detaylarını görebilirsiniz. Her zaman her
yerde ayrıntılı inceleme için geçmişe kaydedilir.
Geçmiş ekranı ve Geçmişten
silme
Geçmişte yaptığınız tüm ölçüm sonuçlarını silme-
diğiniz sürece görüntüleyebilirsiniz. Bu ölçümler
içerisinde silmek istediklerinizi sola, paylaşmak
istediklerinizi ile sağa kaydırarak işlemi gerçek-
leştirebilirsiniz.
