Consignes de sécurité
L'encastrement et le montage d'appareils
électriques doivent être eectués uni-
quement par des électriciens qualifiés, en
conformité avec les normes d'installation et
dans le respect des directives, dispositions
et consignes de sécurité et de prévention
des accidents en vigueur dans le pays.
L'appareil doit être installé conformément
aux instructions de cette notice. Toute autre
utilisation/installation de cette appareil est
interdite et n'engage pas la responsabilité
de HagerGroup.
Le non-respect des consignes d’installation
peut entraîner des dommages sur l’appareil,
un incendie ou présenter d’autres dangers.

•Veuillez observer les prescrip-
tions et les normes en vigueur
pour les circuits électriques
TBTS lors de l’installation et
de la pose des câbles. Avant
toute intervention sur l’ap-
pareil ou la charge, mettre
l’installation hors tension.
•Ne pas oublier de prendre en
compte tous les disjoncteurs
qui délivrent des tensions
potentiellement dangereuses
à l’appareil ou à la charge.
Montage et raccordement
électrique
Les composants électroniques de
la carte peuvent être endommagés
par des décharges électrostatiques
(ESD) lors des manipulations.
La version de la carte contrôleur doit
être supérieur à 4.x.x.x. Dans le cas
contraire, il faut remplacer la carte
contrôleur par une carte XEVS070.
Pour vous assurer de monter correctement
votre carte Ethernet, il est recommandé de :
•Tenir la carte par les bords pour éviter de
toucher les composants sensibles.
•Porter un bracelet antistatique lors de la
manipulation de la carte pour prévenir
tout dommage. Si vous n’avez pas de
bracelet antistatique, toucher un point
métallique relié à la terre avant de mani-
puler la carte afin de vous décharger de
votre électricité statique.
Toucher régulièrement l’objet métallique
pendant toute la manipulation.
•Conserver la carte Ethernet dans son
emballage protégé contre les décharges
électrostatiques ou sur un support anti sta-
tique tant que la carte n’est pas installée.

applicable for SELV electrical
circuits during installation and
when laying cables. Before
any work on the device or the
load, switch o the power to
the installation.
•Do not forget all the circuit
breakers that deliver voltages
which are potentially dange-
rous to the device or the load.
Installation and electrical
connection
Electronic components of the
board may be damaged by
electrostatic discharges (ESD)
during handling.
The controller board version
must be higher than 4.x.x.x..
If this is not the case, the con-
troller board must be replaced
with an XEVS070 board.
To ensure you correctly install your card,
we recommend:
•Holding the edges of the card only, to
avoid touching the sensitive components.
•Wearing an antistatic bracelet when
handling the card to prevent any damage.
If you do not have an antistatic bracelet,
touch a metal object connected to the
earth before handling the card to remove
any static electricity from your body.
Regularly touch the metallic object when
handling the card.
•Until the card is installed, store it in its
packaging to protect it from electrostatic
discharges, or on an antistatic support.
Fonction
La fonction première de la carte de communi-
cation XEVS060 est de connecter votre borne
au réseau informatique. Doté du protocole de
communication OCCP 1.6 json, elle ouvre la
possibilité d’optimiser le pilotage du parc de
bornes de charge sur les parkings tertiaires.
Cette carte de communication s’installe éga-
lement dans les bornes de charges wittypark
déjà installées. Elle permet de chaîner jusqu’à
10 bornes grâce au switch embarqué.

Mise à jour logiciel
Le logiciel embarqué permet la mise à jour
software de la borne de charge. Après avoir
connecté l’ordinateur, il faut:
•Aller dans le menu paramétrage
•Cliquer sur le bouton mise à jour
•Sélectionner et importer le fichier witty_
ocpp-j_v6.5.5.x.bin_signed, pour la
mise à jour du logiciel de migration.
Lorsque le chargement est terminé, le voyant
de la borne de charge clignote en bleu.
•Aller dans le menu mise à jour
•Sélectionner et importer le fichier
b1237_update_v9.0.1.x.bin_signed
pour la mise à jour de l’application.
Lorsque le chargement est terminé, le voyant
de la borne de charge s’allume en vert fixe.
La borne de charge est à présent compatible
avec la nouvelle carte de communication.
Le paramétrage de la borne de
charge s’eectue désormais via
l’application WEB. Le port USB est
utilisé uniquement pour le diagnostic.
Recommandations
Tout accès aux zones internes, au-delà des
zones décrites dans la présente notice sont à
proscrire et annulent la garantie et toute autre
forme de prise en charge. En eet, ces mani-
pulations peuvent être dommageables aux
parties et/ou aux composants électroniques.
Ces produits ont été définis afin de ne pas avoir
à y accéder dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre
et des opérations de maintenance du produit.

•Bitte beachten Sie bei Instal-
lation und Einbau der Kabel
die Vorschriften und gelten-
den Normen für SELV-Strom-
kreise (TBTS). Schalten Sie
die Anlage vor jedem Eingri
am Gerät oder an der Last aus.
•Denken Sie auch an alle Leis-
tungsschalter, die potentiell
gefährliche Spannungen für das
Gerät oder den Ladevorgang
liefern.
Montage und elektrischer
Anschluss
Elektronische Bauteile der Karte
können bei der Handhabung
durch elektrostatische Entladungen
(ESD) beschädigt werden.
Die Version der Controller-Karte
muss höher als 4.x.x.x sein. Ist
dies nicht der Fall, müssen Sie
die Controller-Karte durch eine
XEVS070-Karte ersetzen.
Für das korrekte Einsetzen Ihrer Karte emp-
fehlen wir, wie folgt vorzugehen:
•Halten Sie die Karte am Rand, damit Sie
die empfindlichen Bauteile nicht berühren.
•Tragen Sie während der Handhabung der
Karte ein Antistatikband, um Beschädigun-
gen an dieser zu vermeiden. Sollten Sie kein
Antistatikbandbesitzen, berühren Sie vor
Handhabung der Karte eine geerdete Metall-
oberfläche, um die statische Elektrizität
Ihres Körpers zu entladen. Berühren Sie die
Metallfläche während der gesamten Hand-
habung in regelmäßigen Abständen.
•Bewahren Sie die Karte in ihrer ESD
Verpackung oder auf einer antistatischen
Fläche auf, solange sie nicht installiert ist.
Function
The main function of the XEVS060 communi-
cation board is to connect your charging sta-
tion to the network. Equipped with the OCCP
1.6 json communication protocol, it oers the
possibility of optimising the management of
charging stations in commercial car parks.
This communication card can also be installed
in existing Witty Park charging stations. Up to
10 charging stations can be daisy-chained
using the on-board switch.

Software update
The on-board software can be used to update
the charging station software. After connecting
the computer, you must:
•Go to the settings menu
•Click on the update button
•Select and import the witty_ocpp-j_
v6.5.5.x.bin_signed file to update the
migration software.
When the upload is complete, the LED on the
charging station will flash blue.
•Go to the update menu
•Select and import the file b1237_up-
date_v9.0.1.x.bin_signed to update
the application.
When the upload is complete, the LED on the
charging station will light green.
The charging station is now compatible with
the new communication card.
The charging station parameters are
now set via the WEB application. The
USB port is used for diagnostics only.
Recommendations
Do not access or tamper with any internal
sections of the device beyond those men-
tioned in these instructions. Doing so will
void the warranty and any other assistance.
Indeed, this kind of tampering may cause
damage to electrical components and/or
parts. These products have been designed so
that there is no need to access these areas as
part of set-up and maintenance.

Funktion
Die Hauptfunktion der Kommunikationskarte
XEVS060 besteht darin, Ihre Ladestation mit
dem Computernetzwerk zu verbinden. Da sie
mit dem Kommunikationsprotokoll OCCP
1.6 json ausgestattet ist, bietet sie die Möglich-
keit, die Verwaltung der Ladestationen auf den
Parkplätzen der Dienstgebäude zu optimieren.
Diese Kommunikationskarte kann auch in
bereits installierte Witty-Park-Ladestationen
nachgerüstet werden. Sie ermöglicht die
Verknüpfung von bis zu 10 Ladestationen
über den integrierten Switch.

Software update
Die Ladestation kann über die eingebaute
Software aktualisiert werden. Nachdem Sie
den Computer angeschlossen haben:
•Rufen Sie das Einstellungen-Menü auf
•Klicken Sie auf die Update-Taste
•Die Datei witty_ocpp-j_v6.5.5.x.bin_
signed zur Aktualisierung der Migrations-
software auswählen und importieren.
Wenn der Upload abgeschlossen ist, blinkt
die LED an der Ladestation blau.
•Rufen Sie das Update-Menü auf.
•Die Datei b1237_update_v9.0.1.x.bin_
signed zur Aktualisierung der Applikation
auswählen und importieren.
Wenn der Upload abgeschlossen ist, leuchtet
die LED der Ladestation grün.
Die Ladestation ist nun mit der neuen
Kommunikationskarte kompatibel.
Die Einstellungen der Ladestation
werden nun über die WEB-App vor-
genommen. Der USB-Anschluss wird
nur für die Diagnose verwendet.
Empfehlungen
Jeglicher Zugang zu geräteinternen Bereichen,
die über die in dieser Anleitung beschriebenen
Bereiche hinausgehen, ist untersagt und führt
zum Erlöschen der Garantie sowie jeder
anderen Form der Gewährleistung. Derartige
Eingrie können die Elektronik und/oder elektro-
nischen Bauteile beschädigen. Diese Produkte
wurden so konzipiert, dass im Rahmen der
Inbetriebnahme und der Wartungsarbeiten nicht
auf diese Bereiche zugegrien werden muss.
